Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ammenities are great. Excellent location.

The room was perfectly fine; comfortable. Wifi service was good and bed was comfortable. However, if you stay here over the weekend, be prepared to park 3/4 of a mile away from your hotel! There's a super busy nightclub next door and its patrons fill the parking lot on weekend nights! The outdoor courtyard is kind of nice but there were cigarette butts […] and garbage rolling around back there. Itd be nice if they took care of the outside as well as they took care of the inside. This hotel has not been kept up in the last twenty+ years. Everywhere we went something was either out of service, held up by tape or sagging from age. When I checked in there was a very nice sign on the front desk indicating that the hot tub was out of service. The hot tub was one of the only reasons I was staying. Half the vending machines were […] empty, the other half were only half full. The ice machine was broken. The veneer on the edge of the counter in my bathroom was being held with duct tape--quite poorly, I might add--and for some time. The pool area is quite large and when the hotel was newer it must have been wonderful. However today even the fake plastic plants droop like they're in need of attention. The pool itself had warm water--the only reason we stayed--but the bottom of the pool had an icky brown color that I initially worried was some sort of scum but apparently was only discoloration. My guess is from poor water treatment, with all the other things this hotel fails to maintain. The pool area was chilly and the bathrooms were like little freezers. Dirty, unkept freezers. Given the extremely cheap rate we weren't expexting the Ritz Carlton but I don't think cleanliness is too much to ask for at any price. I will likely try Days Inn again when we want a budget hotel but I wouldn'st stay in this location again. Lisätietoja

The pool was nice but the hot tub was shut down for repairs. :( Our room was in the back hall away from the noise of a wedding dance being held in the conference center and we slept well. A great breakfast was served in the am. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall experience was good and would stay there again...great value for the money.

This hotel as close to our venue....but in below average condition and a bit dingy. toilet was broken and hot tub was out of order. would not recommend,

was not impressed by the hotel the pool was green and gross looking and the hot tub was closed down so was the ice machine. and the room door had tape on it with the # of the room written on the tape. the shower head was very low, even for me and im 5/6 i would recommend this place or go back

This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I hav ever stayed in. There was moldy food left in the room, there was never any towels in the pool area, and the continental breakfast was very poorly stocked, Sunday morning before we left the hotel manager was running around in sweatpants and flip-flops. The staff was very kind, but it was clear that they were under-staffed and under financed. The shelves of towels in the pool area were always empty. The hot tub, ice machine and pop machine were all out of order. This was a weekend get-away for our family. First of all already checked in and changin in room at 4:00 Pm and someone opened the door with a key and tryed to come in! Who does that? Also the bathrooms need work, just kind of grubby and broken up! the rest of the room ok tho.

For convenience of location it is perfect! It feels very dated and has that old smell but if you just need a place a stay - it does what it's supposed to do.

This property reminds me of one that has been sold and the owners are just waiting for the transaction to go through....no maintenance in the interim. On top of the stained carpeting, ice machines that don't work, and the formica falling off the furniture...the bright yellow duct tape in the shower where there should have been caulking was a lovely […] touch. This hotel locates at the shopping mall which is really convenience, at the same time our conference also took place there. This is a good place to be, one thing I hope next time will be better was the pool was not in use condiction at this time..

Gross stains everywhere. the beds felt like sleeping on plywood and there were bad odors

First room we got wasnt cleaned. Had full garbages and all towels were used and on the floor. The bed wasn't made or clean.

Great location and the room was clean and not as bad as I thought it might be, but the place is dated and needs a facelift.

The hotel room I was in(room 106) microwave did not work and the room my daugther was in(room 115) did not have a headboard. It only had a strip of wood on the wall that was dangerous.

This hotel is overall solid. The rooms were clean and relatively quiet. The beds were not as comfortable as I would hope, but they were acceptable given the price. The A/C in our room stopped working during our stay and the manager on duty had us in a new room within 15 minutes of calling in the maintenance issue (which is impressive). This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I only booked it because it was a little cheaper for the area and it looked like the pool was nice. We could hardly stand to sleep here. The pool was green, the hot tub was out of service, there was hair everywhere in our room, and we just didn't trust that the beds or carpet were bug free. The beds are very uncomfortable. I had called the front desk 4 times in 2 hours to get more towels, on the last phone call the guy at the front desk told me he had been to my room several times with the towels yet I never left my room so I know nobody knocked on my door. Needless to say I received very rude service.

Well I'm a guy. And a little mildew smell you can get used to if you've lived in fox holes. The prices is right, there is breakfast with apples, waffles, juices, coffee, milk, cereals, bagels, donuts, and teas. Not the 4 or 5 star version, but something. The rooms are kept spotless, free wireless, nice beds and linens and the towels are soft! All the […] restaurants are about a block away, a major shopping mall with food court, Costco and Sam's Club are less than a mile away as well. I enjoyed my stay at the Days Inn in Maplewood. It was right near everywhere I wanted to go, along with accessibility to local shopping centers and restaurants. Will be staying here again in the future.

This hotel isn't the Four Seasons but I wasn't paying Four Seasons' prices. For the cost, I thought the hotel was very good!

This is obviously an older property that needs a LOT of attention! Carpets stained, wallpaper peeling, ceiling flaking, even the lamp shades were stained! I can say, though, that as far as daily cleaning, they were VERY good about that! You can tell that the staff is doing the best they can under the circumstances. The hotel looked old and not well-taken care of. Floor was dusty. Equipments in the room such as TV or air- conditioner were covered with white dust. Shower drainage was poor. The room we were given first had a broken door. We were then given a smoking room even though we'd asked for non-smoking. There were cig burns all over the carpet - the curtains were water stained as was the mattress. The elastic was so warn on the bottom sheet it wouldn't stay in place. The only reason we stayed was 1 - the late hour and an early morning […] funeral and 2 - the sheets were clean, the floor was freshly vacuumed and the bathroom was clean. We had awesome service when making reservations. I had to call and Derrick helped me tremendously! The day we checked in, the front desk attendant was awesom and pleasant. The attendant when we checked out was pleasant. However that Saturday am when stopping in for continental breakfast, we were greeted with glares from the the staff and when spoke […] nothing was said. The breakfast area was a mess nd none of the juices were good. They were watered down, the filter for them was filled with wasted juice and the containers for breakfast items was half full, non replenished. The hotel room was clean but the air did NOT work at all. We were miserable at night. The next day we stayed, I had to call down for towels as they had not replaced them. The ice machine was indisposed and where the sign said to "see the front desk" they had nothing to give us for the use of ice. We had to find our own. The hotel was fine but I wanted a hot tub since I travel, my back is sore and I'm getting old! First night water was insanely hot. Second night cold. I was told it was broke and wasn't fixed for third night. Really disappointed since this is the reason I choose this hotel.

the hotel is not on the street D_E. It is located almost a block off of Co. Rd. D. No entrance sign visible if you come in from the back. The maid service started to knock on door with do not disturb sign on it an hour befor published checkout time.

Room had leaky roof from shower in room above. Supplied room with one towel and one wash cloth, had to go to front desk several times to get additional supplies. Worst hotel experience in 40 years.

The entire hotel is in dire need of major work. Carpets are worn and filthy, walls are stained...just not a very comfortable atmosphere. The location happened to suit our needs, but I'd think twice before booking there again.

This was a good stay based on the two day sale price we got, but the swimming pool was like a memory of the lake from the creature from the black lagoon. Way beyond murky and dirty.

I tried hard to look past the exterior condition of the facility but when we couldn't open our room door more than half way because it rubbed so hard on the new carpet and the TV didn't work I started to get warm. No coffee pot in room just the base and coffee, never got one. It took two adults to open the door. Laundry was out of order as was the ice machine and vending machines. The lobby and halls had very poor air quality, probably from moisture and fishy smells from the restaurant. Also the noise at night from the restaurant/bar was loud in the lobby, but acceptible in my room. The pool was cloudy and I would not use it. Overall this place needs better maintenance.
