"convenient but not fancy"
We stayed 3 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was a great location for getting to these places but was considerably more costly than our 4 star hotel in Vegas. Breakfast was nice, beds were bad.
"The Best Western of Williams - Great stay"
The hotel itself was super and the restaurant within the hotel was excellent. We also found nice places to eat in the nearby town of Williams. The drive to the Grand Canyon was a little longer than we expected, but the value and quality of the hotel may have been worth the drive.

We enjoyed our stay. There was a big snow storm which closed I40, so we stopped there. The next morning, some of the staff, even the cook, were out there shoveling snow and pushing cars, if they needed to get out of the parking lot. Very dedicated staff.

This hotel was a real surprise: a lovely room with all the amenities (including the now-required super-comfy bed) plus an in-house restaurant that was unexpectedly excellent. Even provided two luggage racks for couples!

The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. It is a great place to stay if you are riding the train to the Grand Canyon.

Very good location for sightseeing and a very relaxing place to stay after a day out. Live music to accompany dinner and very friendly and attentative staff all help to make a stay a positive experience

We have stayed in a normal Best Western in Tenn. and were not impressed. This is a BW Plus. Live guitar music, outdoor fire pit,hot tub,pool,etc. Design consistent with western setting. Staff were friendly folks. Excellent bed and clean room. No odors present. It is located soon after you get off I-40 and well before you get to the main town. While not as close to the Grand Canyon railway, it's still a good location, quiet and nice, and the staff were nice too.

Paid extra dollars for this hotel but based on reviews for the surrounding, cheaper hotels, I made a smart decision. Everything was clean and it was a definite PLUS that there was a refrigerator in our room. Fun music in the hotel restaurant in the evenings and decent food. "Best Western Plus in Williams - great location"
Great location: right off the interstate and close to many attractions such as Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and the cute little town of Williams. Full Breakfast is a plus too! We had a very nice stay.

The hotel was actually very nice. My one and only complaint would be that the signs for room service/do not disturb are not constructed well. I put it out to have our room cleaned and worked hard to have that side out. The staff misinterpreted it as Do Not Disturb and our room was not cleaned. "BW PLUS INN OF WILLIAMS"
We enjoyed our stay at the BW in Williams, AZ. The room was clean, comfortable and was set a little off the main highway so not too much road noise. The staff was friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone vacationing in Williams. There is no elevator so if you have difficulty with stairs be sure to request a ground-floor room.

"Best Western in Williams"
Only concern was awful smell of water coming out of the faucet in bath. No smell in the shower but when brushing teeth at the sink it was over powering.

Everything was lovely. Town was conveniently close, as was the highway without being noisily close.
"One Horse Town"
In this little tiny town the Best Western was pretty nice. Service was GREAT and very helpful. Town was seconds away. But, the town is only two minutes long. I loved the character of the town. I'd say do it for one night. Any longer you might go stir crazy. REALLY good hotel for the money and a day stay

"Best Western Inn of Williams, AZ"
The hotel is located directly after the highway exit before the city of Williams. The room was clean, staff was freindly. The restaurant is very good with live music at dinner time. The only annoying, was that our room was directly above the huge fan of the central AC-Unit. Ask for a room not to close to the reception and you will be happy.

"Good hotel for price"
Everything was comfortable and working. Not a bad stay at all. I just happened to go during the week when the restaurant/bar was closed. A nice place to wind down after driving all day would have been nice. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly, just a little further from town than I hoped.

Nettes Best Western ca. 1 Stunde vom Grand Canyon entfernt. Ausstattung schon etwas älter, aber trotzdem sauber. Zimmer groß, Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Empfang war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

"Nice hotel"
Most things on the good side. Nice restaurant and bar. To be noticed - no elevator to 2nd floor (half of the rooms are at entrance level) - nothing to do in nearest environment - but downtown Williams a couple of miles away is worth a look (a true Route 66 icon) - quiet - an hour's drive to Grand Canyon south rim (we came from LA and returned to LV, […] so we had a shorter drive getting to hotel from LA and at return to LV, compared to staying up in the GC village - which we think was a good choice!)
