"Best Western Cottontree-It will do in a pinch"
This was a just barely OK hotel. This hotel was not at nice as it appeared on the website. Needs to be updated. Hotel was not dirty, but everything was quite dingy and worn and had a slight musty smell. The bathroom was the worst thing about the room, very old, very little water pressure. Would not stay here again if there was another option available. […] We did have a very late check in, and the staff had paperwork and key ready to hand to us when we arrived. Lisätietoja
"some good, some bad!"
We chose this hotel because of the star recommendations and stayed on 7/28. When we entered the hallways we were shocked how dirty the carpet and staircase was. The room looked clean though and the beds are very comfortable. Old TV's with snowy pictures. Had to call the maintenance guy twice to fix the connections and then didn't dare to touch the TV […] again. Toilet and sink only good for child size people. A family with extremely unruly kids checked in next door screaming and running inside and outside on the first floor walk way past 10:00 p.m. Had to call the front desk to complain three times between 10:30 and 11:30 until someone finally knocked on their door and warned them to keep the noise down. The excuse was, that they didn't answer their phone, oh yeah, duh, why should they? No adjustments to our bill was made for the aggravation we had to put up with. They simply claimed that there was nothing they could do. Breakfast is included and is served in the in house Restaurant. The selection and service was quite good, but the wait is very long. "Hotel could do better - too complacement"
Hotel seems a bit jaded - it could do with a bit of refurbishment. Staff didn;t seem that interested in their jobs or their guests. Would look somewhere else if I was visiting this area again.
"Uncomfortable in Rawlins"
Hair on the floor of the bathroom and a huge hole in the dirty curtains made this the worst motel we stayed in during a three week road trip.

very nice staff and the room was very clean and comfortable. when we checked out in the morning, the gentleman on duty wanted us to grap some breakfast, eventhough it wasn't 6am yet. we would have if we had more time. will definitely stay here again.

This place is awesome. We found it on hotels.com and I am so glad that we chose it. The room was amazing. They didn't charge extra for our dog. The bed was so comfy and luxurous and breakfast was so tasty. Best hotel that we stayed at for the money and we drove all the way from Ohio to Oregon so we stayed at a few places. When booking in Wyoming, it's important to remember that the wind is always blowing a gale! It usually originates in the northwest or north, although at the end of the storm, it can blow back, from the southeast or south. This hotel has interior hallways on one side, exterior hallways on the other. The interior ones are not really heated, but they […] ARE out of the wind. Choose this side! Also, being Wyoming, there ARE smoking rooms. If you have an allergy, be sure to specify that so you're assigned a room that is not adjacent to or above a smoking room. Also, being Wyoming, the staff is very accommodating, and will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. Services are standard, but the hospitality is better than usual. Lisätietoja

my wife and kids really enjoy the open floor plan of the room and the pool area. The breakfast was good. Close to I-80. Easy to find. Overall nice stay.
