The Hotel was in a great location and had been newly remodeled. The Pool was great for the kids. There was no hot tub, which I found disappointing. The hotel service wasn't all that great. We had left early in the morning for Dance and when we returned after 1pm our room hadn't been cleaned. I made lunch for the kids and then we went to the pool at […] 2. When we got back to the room after 5 it still hadn't been cleaned. I stopped at the front desk to ask for house keeping before leaving for the evening. "Is this really a Super 8?"
Only about 8.5 miles on the highway from the Albertville Outlet mall, this was a comfortable and clean yet inexpensive hotel. The attendant was also very friendly and helpful, offering to provide us with a Wyndham Rewards account so we could earn points for our stay. We had a large room on the upper floor with a king sized bed, 4 large fluffy pillows, […] side tables, flat screen TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker! We didn't even use the microwave and fridge (which made a bit of a noise, though we got used to it) but it would definitely have been handy if we'd been staying for an extended period of time. The bathroom was clean and beautiful with granite countertop, a 1 piece shower/tub and tiled floor. The hotel also offered a pool and the typical self-serve breakfast, which we did not take advantage of. We came to do some shopping at Albertville and Mall of America. We enjoyed our stay. The facilities are excellent. The pool was great for kids to play. Nice breakfast facility with good coffee!! We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was comfortable & good. However, the lock on our door malfunctioned the morning of check out. The staff was very nice & tried to make us as comfortable as possible while they were trying to fix the problem. Ended up calling maintain man who was on his way to church. "Better than expected!"
The service was wonderful. The rooms were nice with refrigerator and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the pool was a good size. The kids especially liked the belgium waffles for breakfast! We would definitely stay there again!

"The Super 8 in Monticello"
The room was fairly clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had was a very minor issue and the hotel staff was notified. I would stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel's overall appearance - it made a good first impression; then the room was clean, comfortable and modern. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a great time in the pool and left saying we'd stay there again. Thanks for a great night!
very affordable and clean and close to all the places we wanted to go.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the rooms were quite nice and quiet. The location is perfect if you are not one for the big city. Few minute drive from the outlet mall and about an hour from the Mall of America. Our only complaint is, we had a room that faced the pool and it was very humid. Everything felt damp.

"Very Accommodating"
Went to the hotel early hoping for early check-in due to a wedding. They were very accommodating and got us in our room early. Rooms were nice and clean!!!

We choose this hotel because of the distance to Albertville and price. This is a very nondescript Hotel, unassuming and hardly any signage. We drove right by it the first time. The location is in a more commercial area, any descent restaurants are a few blocks away. We felt a bit uncomfortable using the back door entrance, some construction workers […] were almost blocking it and using it as a smoke area. "Supe 8 in Monticello"
Easy access off interstate. Rooms are great , newly remodelled. Easy access to Albertville and reasonable drive to Mall of America and other towns with good restaurants. Only complaint would be WFI not great coverage into rooms and breakfast somewhay disapppointing due to lack of choice and got worse on Monday and Tuesady of our stay.

"Great! Newly Remodeled"
Needed a hotel for the night close to the highway, and found this hotel. I booked it due to the good reviews on here, and they are true! The place has been newly remodeled, and is very nice, and clean. My only complaint would be that the beds were pretty hard, as well as the pillows.

"Super 8 in Monticello, Minnesota"
Wonderful clean hotel near Albertville Outlet Mall. Took us 9 minutes to get there. Lots of options for meals. this hotel had a free breakfast which included eggs a real plus. I would stay again. Only draw back was due to lack of signage it was difficult to find at night.

This Super 8 has just remodeled it's entirety. Very clean, comfy, and will recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area. Being Pet Friendly was a PLUS!

I would recommend this Super 8 to anyone. It was newly remodeled, the outside shows it age but it was clean and comfortable. Noticed that the carpet in our room was badly stained but that did not bother us. We brought our golden retreiver with which makes the trip even better since he is part of the family. "Far exceeded expectations!"
Fantastic hotel. Does not seem like a Super 8. Clean, modern room, comfy bed with lots of pillows. Great front desk staff. Check in was really fast and courteous. Breakfast was better than expected as well with biscuits and sausage gravy, hot sausage and eggs, as well as cold and hot cereals, pastries, juice, fruit, etc. Stay here!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well updated. My only complaint was the rooms were small but there are 4 of us. Very nice hot continental breakfast!
