"Don't listen to bad reviews. Make up your own mind"
After reading some of the bad reviews I was a little skeptical especially since this is no longer a Best Western Motel. DON'T freat, this is a good place to stay. The most helpful staff, all rooms have a beautifull view and the breakfast is to die for. YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY and be sure to order the pancakes!!!!!
"Vacation Stop"
Hotel was old and in bad need of repairs. Was nothing like advertisement. Brand new Holiday Inn next door for the same price. It was waaaaaayyyy over priced for the value, quality n cleanliness.

Our stay at this Hotel was very comfortable. Rooms are clean, with good sound proofing between rooms. Breakfast is wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good and the stay was nice but housecleaning did not do a wonderful job before we got there. I think it was just an oversight.

The Landmark Lookout Lodge was an extremely comfortable, quiet, picturesque property. The staff was very hospitable. The quality I found most exceptional was the complimentary breakfast. It was a full sit-down breakfast and not a buffet. Very impressive FULL breakfast. I would definitely return to this location and highly recommend it.

"Needs Updated"
We drove out from Colorado for my sisters wedding and when I looked this hotel up on line, it looked good.But you can not see the room and the age. I must say they have by far the best free breakfast I have ever had in any hotel!! But as far as the hotel it was OK, very out dated needs to be modernized. The heater didn't work very well the door needs […] weather stripping on it cause it let in a lot of cold air. The TV was very small, and put the sign up for room service and did not get. I think the price was very high for what they have. We stayed in a hotel on the way back to Colorado it was cheaper and super nice! comfortable, quiet, relaxing... close to downtown area.... breakfast was good.. however, if you want real eggs, you must pay for them.. $1.50 for two eggs... still a great deal..
"Great Stay"
We have stayed at this hotel twice over the years. It's an older hotel but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. We don't spend alot of time in our room no matter where we stay so we aren't hard to please in that area. The beds and pillows were great, the walls a little thin, we could hear the neighboring room TV. We had the 2 queen beds so the […] room was on the smaller side but not cramped. The view of the desert and surrounding mountains was incredible from our room window and tne grounds were well maintained and lanscaped. The cooked to order breakfast was great in their little restaurant and staff friendly and informative. It's a not a short walk to town but town is maybe a mile or so away, not far to ride. They have a beautiful pool in the back. We will stay there again and would recommend it to others. Lisätietoja

"Best Western Lookout Lodge"
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to Tombstone and Boot Hill. The view is great, one evening we sat on the chairs on the balcony and just relaxed. The fact that you could choose your breakfast made to order was appreciated.

"Best Western Look out Lodge Tombstone Arizona"
This little Hotel was so nice and convienant to Tombstone! The front desk staff were so nice and pleasant and very helpful to all our needs! Rooms were clean and comfy but the beds were a little hard! Only complaint I have about the place and thats just because I like soft beds! The firepits that look over the valley are awesome and the BREAKFAST A+++.. […] I never wake up that early to get breakfast in a hotel and both days I was up at 7am!! Love this place.. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was perfectly located near all the hot tourist spots. I couldn't ask for anything more. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great location on top of hill/ with fabulous views of desert and distant mountains, all pink at sunet. beautifully landscaped property & whimsical murals, close to historical Tombstone and Boot Hill cemetery; big clean, comfortable room, elegant décor, very good hot breakfast, friendly staff. A top experience.
Check in was very slow - computer was not working! room was OK although decor was a bit dark. Breakfast was adequate but ordering was confusing. The restaurant was closed which was disappointing. Plenty car parking space and lovely views but a little way out of town.
Hotel is located 2 minutes out of the main town. OK for Drive little far for walking.

Check in went smoothly, Room was very clean. Temperature was brisk and the hotel already had the heat on in the room. The complimentary breakfast was not the usual buffet style. You were able to choose from a specific menu what you would like to eat. Food was prepared to our liking. Staff was extremely accommodating.
"Lookout Lodge - Retro comfort"
Enjoyed the retro motel feel of this place; suited the Tombstone ambience. Rooms were big and comfortable, not fancy, but recently renovated and still old timey. Not like a undistinguishable chain place: funky murals, fire pits, family restaurant with full-service meals.

We tried the dinner at the attached restaurant and found it pretty horrible. The food tasted frozen and the garlic "toast" was nothing more than soggy pieces baggette with some garlic butter. In the morning we decided to give it a second chance (new cook hopefully and it was free) but the breakfast was inedible. I don't know how you can manage to screw […] up biscuits and gravy but they did it. Neither my wife nor I finished any of our meals there. Additionally, the room was not very comfortable. The beds did not allow for a good nights sleep and the swinging saloon doors that separate the bathroom (the tub and toilet had a separate door) were a nice touch but a huge pain to deal with. "Good Basic Hotel"
We visited Tombstone in early July and wanted to stay close to the historic town. The Best Western Lookout Lodge fit the bill. It is not fancy but it was in good shape and very clean. It is located just down the street from Boot Hill and within five minutes of historic Tombstone and the OK Corrale. "Nice Place to Stay"
This is a nice place to stay while visiting Tombstone. I suppose you could walk to town, but it would be quite a hike in the heat. It is very close to Boothill Cemetary. The hotel has a great view. It is an older hotel, but is pretty clean. Our room was a bit too warm, but overall a nice place. They have a great hot breakfast. Very friendly staff.

the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast (complimentary) was excellent. I would like to have seen the fire pits going but did not have time to ask why they were not lit whilst we were there. If you need a place to stay in Tombstone, the no 1 choice has to be the Best Western Lookout Lodge.

au bord d'une route tres passante ,hotel vetuste retapé a l'économie: pas de rideau occultant , mais une feuille de plastique ; lavabo trop bas, pouvait servir d'urinoir tellement il etait bas ; WC qui fonctionnait tres mal ou pas , le personnel venait reparer car il avait l'air de connaitre l'etat de la plomberie ; frigo et clim peu utilisables car […] tres bruyants ;piscine plutot sale ;bikkers alcoolisés et bruyantsla nuit. hotel a eviter ,il y a un holiday inn pas plus cher et tout neuf sur la hauteur a coté.
