very happy to arrive after a long drive, super comfortable and new facility, it absolutely met all my needs 100%, free breakfast was awesome

A wonderful and super clean place to stay when you are away from home.

Hotel was clean and very professional staff. I thought is was a little pricey for the location (smal town). Maybe they took advantage of the number of archers for that weekends archery tournament. A discount for archers would have been nice.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, nice pool & spa area. Would recommend.

Great place for travelers just wanting an overnight stop or those who may want a base for seeing the southern part of Arizona. Convenient location right off I-10, close to several restaurants with a variety of foods and price ranges. Lots of historic sites to see within a couple of hours drive, making this great for short day trips. The hotel was just okay, nothing great. The train noise was very bad, right by an intersection where they blow the horn all night long and there are a lot of them passing through, at least on Sunday night. Average breakfast and average overall. Expensive for what it is.

The best thing was we could park right in front of our room and the breakfast was good. Nice people.

Great room for the money. Clean, no smells, good breakfast.

Pleasant place to stay. right off I-10. Great, friendly staff. I used the location for day trips to Bisbee, Wilcox, Douglas, Sierra Vista and Tucson areas for photo shoots. A bit of caution forthose using GPS. My GPS sent me a few blocks beyond the hotel before indicating I had "arrived."

If the sound of train horns don't wake you up, the Best Western Hotel in Benson, Arizona is a nice place to stay. Reasonable price, nice pool, good and friendly service, great breakfast, and right next to the ramps of the interstate, without too much noise. I found this location to be very quiet and very clean. I will not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

the hotel has all the comfort you need, nice pool and hot tub and a nice cold and warm breakfast! the only thing that was a problem for me is that the wifi didn't work in my room they reboot it but still no signal but I was on an IPad and probably with a laptop you don't have this problem so I had to go to the lobby or near the swimming pool to have […] a signal and the radio didn't work either but other than that you had all amenities in your room and it's just near the exit of the highway, I would definitely recommend this hotel! The staff was excellent, very hospitable. The only drawback was the door to our room stuck when you tried to open it and we had to kick the door open. However, we were warned ahead of time and assured that if we needed assistance, to just ask. The breakfast was very good as well. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

Staff took the extra step to make stay comfortable and welcome. Breakfast was very good.

In an era of prefabricated pastries for breakfast, these people had [good] biscuits & [pretty good]gravy, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and toasters that actually work! They had the prefab pastries too, but at least it wasn't the entire breakfast offering.

Nice Hotel, friendly staff, no mix ups. The only thing is that the bathroom was pretty small but it did serve its purpose.

When I went to use shower there was a hair ball in the drain, I opted not to shower.

My husband and I stayed at this Best Western out of necessity. We were driving from LA to Austin, Tx. This is a very tiny town and I was so shocked to find that this Best Western was amazingly great! It's been fully updated. Rooms are extremely nice, everything is new - everything. They spacious, the beds are very comfortable (firm but I like that), […] nice toiletries, coffee maker with coffee, iron with ironing board and the shower curtain and towels are even wrapped in a bow! Really, very nice presentation. So nice after a long day of driving and staying in other crappy hotels. They also serve a HUGE breakfast that is really good. Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc., etc. My husband was well fed before leaving. The only negative (only one) is why after all this attention to detail and renovating, did they not spend just a little bit more and get rid of the popcorn ceiling? If that was gone, you'd never know this was a renovated, older hotel. Everything else looks brand new! Even the shower heads were upgraded to the rain shower head. This hotel was very convenient to I-10. Customer care was excellent as was the complimentary breakfast. The hot tub was very soothing. A perfect choice for touring the area.

Everything was just fine except that myself and my wife were woken up several times due to the train horns as they went by. The hotel itself was fine, it's just too close to the tracks for my taste. Very disappointing. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast was good. I would not stay here again.

Everything was okay but we went to breakfast too late. The breakfast room was not big enough to accomodate all the people.

First visit to AZ and the landscape was very desert and local. Very close to Tombstone. Liked the local rodeo on Sunday.

A by far above average Best Western Motel. Friendly and helpful staff. A great couple of nights stay in a comfortable room.

If you are traveling through and need a place to stay for the evening, this is a good choice. Next to the freeway with easy access, there is gas and food nearby. The breakfast provided by the hotel is above normal.

Basically, a stop over on our way to Bisbee. The room was comfortable, breakfast was nice for free and staff was very friendly.

This hotel was great. Abour 30 miles north of Tombstone. If you are staying somewhere other than in Tombstone, this is an ideal location. I was pleased with my accomodations. The room was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but others seemd to be enjoying them.
