"Best Stay ever!"
The hotel was wonderful. It was clean, fairly new, and had spacious rooms. It was wonderful to have the jacuzzi in the room. I only wish that it had a lounge with a bar in it. However, it was close to town and we had no trouble finding a spot to eat and have a cocktail.

We reserved at the last minute because of a death in the family which required us to go to Eagle River, Wisconsin. In addition to the quality of the hotel, we were impressed by the kindness and support of the staff under these difficult circumstances.

This Best Western was probably one of the best we have ever stayed at. We requested a non-smoking , quiet room and was not disappointed. It was VERY quiet and we slept very well.The decor was very nice and breakfast was adequate. The only problem came from the map quest directions ( map specific ).The map was way off and the hotel was at least 2 miles […] from the location shown on the map.If I had read the directions and not looked at the map, we would have been there 30mn sooner. "Pleasantly surprised"
I found our room very clean, including the bathroom. The pool area was nice but the water was a little cloudy. The staff was very nice. Breakfast choices were ok. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

strong smell of bleach in room.. not pleasant and fan on air system was quite noisy... but overall the room was pleasant, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet area, easy to sleep.
"Best Western Derby Inn - aaaah!"
It was decorated nicely - both in the lobby and in our room, was clean and the service was good. I got refreshed in the pool and we both enjoyed the whirlpool in our room. Breakfast was tasty and filling, and the bed was comfortable. We both slept well.
