Best Western Albany Mall Inn and Suites - Albany

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western. The staff was very friendly, it was Mother's Day weekend, and I got my first Mother's Day greeting from one of the staff members as we were coming down for breakfast!

Great location, the staff A+++, would stay there anytime.

Even though we had to sign that we would not smoke in the room, then we opened our door and the room was heavily sprayed and smell of stale smoke. We had 2 rooms and both the same smell. It served our purpose for the conference we attended and was very convenient to reach the Baptist church we needed to be. The contentinal breakfast was satisfactory […] and well kept. Daniell on the morning shift was especially friendly and helpful. Angel in the night shift was silent and did not respond to me that we were registered. I don't care what service we book through. All I wanted was a receipt for my stay and the front desk said there was no way to do that. I asked about the paper I signed the night before to be my proof of purchase so I could get reimbursed and was told they were not allowed to do that. Yes they could. I was late to my meeting that morning. The location […] of this hotel was the main reason I stayed there and the service made me late. Not a business hotel...BY the way..The walls are like paper. Best Western Albany (Georgia) Inn and Suites had internet issues during my 3-night business stay. Of the three nights, I could only log on one night. Other than that, the motel is excellent, and hopefully they can get their problems resolved quickly.

hotel was clean room was ok.... great service had a noisy a/c unit the first nite. Told the front desk and had a new unit installed by the time we got back to the room. Great breakfast also in morning. Good hotel will stay again!!

The employees and maintenance staff were very cordial and went out of their way to provide for and/or ensure our comfort to the best of their ability. Unfortunately, this hotel seems to be so run-down that it appears to be falling apart around you. The heating element in our room rattled and squeaked all through the night so we barely slept; the toilet […] seat was not attached properly and kept sliding sideways; the cable tv didn't work properly and we didn't get all channels; there were no pay-per-view or movie channels; the tub was "hairy". They were booked on the day following my stay, but I needed to stay over again. The maintenance man worked over time to get a room ready and even moved an AC unit from another room so I would be comfortable. They were the best ever. THANKS

The hotel is clean but, definitely needs some updates. Our mattress was too hard for us and caused our hips to be sore. The people running the hotel were very friendly, and that was nice.

The hotel was okay. The romm was set up oddly with the bathroom sink in the room instead of being in the bathroom. Did not really like the neighborhood but the staff was nice

I felt this place was quite luxurious for it's price, and I was in one of the executive king rooms with a jacuzzi.

i chose this hotel for an overnight stay on a long road trip based on it's reviews. i was disappointed when i arrived to find the two rooms i booked were on different floors. though the staff was minimally courteous they made no effort to accomodate us on the same floor and were not concerned that we were not pleased with the arrangement. because we […] checked in late and were leaving early i didn't push it, but if you were staying more than one night I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the price. the room did have a fridge and microwave which was nice, but the continental breakfast was disappointing especially compared to other similar hotels we utilized on our trip. . . bottom line. . . wouldn't do it again for the price but not completely awful. Very satisfied with the hotel, wished their were more choices for breakfast.... but overall very satisfied!

The room was neat and clean. We travel a great deal and this was a clean hotel with a very reasonable price.

Good hotel to stay in and price is reasonable. Staff is helpful.
