Celebration World Resort - Kissimmee

No internet in the rooms, bad, bad, bad!!!

Rate was just right for what we got. Staff was pleasant. Didn't care for the attempted sales presentation / invitation. We were very pleased with room/apartment and would likely stay again. Rooms need corkscrews for wine drinkers.

I booked this resort after canceling a stay at another resort through another online service due to bad reviews about cleanliness. SOOO glad I was able to get this booking. The room was very clean. Although they are currently doing renovations and upgrades, the work was being done while we were away at the parks. Frontdesk was very helpful, and minor issue with the AC was resolved within an hour. Loved the spacious room and really enjoyed our stay.

I would rate this hotel as superior if wi-fi was available in the suites. Although wi-fi is available on the property in the lobby and on the pool deck, it is not convenient---and in this day and age, that is the key. The only other thing I was not prepared for was the convection oven. I was expecting a microwave and had bought food with a microwave […] in mind---so that was another inconvenience for me, but not really a deal-breaker. The lack of wi-fi in the rooms is the only real drawback for this hotel. It was very clean---had all the things needed for cooking---had a washer and dryer (very nice surprise)---had a dishwasher. The pictures on the website showed the hotel to be more updated than it actually was. The bed was really comfortable and the staff helped with acquiring tickets to the places we wanted to go to. i really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it was convienent to all the sites, very comfortable, wish we could have stayed longer, we never had the time to enjoy the hotel like we wanted.

Our overall stay at Celebration World Resort was good. The front desk service personnel was friendly and made us feel welcome. The suite was very clean except that the floor was a little slippery. We notified the front desk and they immediately sent someone to clean it. Everything you need in one place. The entire complex was very nice and well kept. Nice pool area. Close to disney parks. We will stay again.

We stayed while most of resort was already closed off due to plans to remodel. I believe this will be a great place To vacation once remodeled. The only problem that I see is the size of one bedrooms were small. The staff does need some training which I believe they will get with Festiva in charge.

We enjoyed our 2 day stay. The facility was staffed with competent personnel and very WELL MANNERED. wE THOUGHT IT PROVIDED A MOST CONVENIENT LOCATION FOR OUR STAY IN THE AREA. The only negative was having to go to the lobby to pick up the wi-fi signal for our computer.

Looked for a place to spend a couple of days without the kids, and see a late evening show in Orlando. The key requisite was "quiet" and "convenient". This place met those needs perfectly. The room is really a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and full size fridge. The buildings include two 1BR, two 2BR and two 3BR units per floor (3 Floors). The […] 2BR and 1BR rooms are interconnected with a door. There is an elevator for the upstairs floors. Each unit has a patio/balcony with furniture on it and access from both the bedroom and the living room. We had no issues hearing neighbors during our stay. There is no daily housekeeping (an extra cost option we declined), which is fine with us, as, in the morning, you can stay in bed as long as you like without interruption. The pool and hot tub are just fine, and completely devoid of other users during our stay! The desk staff is somewhat taciturn, but efficient. Door keys didnt work the first time, worked fine the second time after having to drive back to the desk for replacement. This is an older property, somewhat haphazardly maintained on the outside. Indoor decor is dated but acceptable. TV quality is quite poor, older tube sets that have lots of hours on them, but at least there are two, one in the livingroom, one in the bedroom. Celebration World is literally out in the middle of nowhere, so make sure you get all you need for your stay ahead of time! 10 minute drive to the main drag of Kissimee, 20 minutes to Disney, 30 minutes to Universal (Traffic permitting). Biggest positive of this property is the quiet... Absolutely no noise! Negatives are the housekeeping carts that sound like thunder at 10am, excacerbated by the otherwise toomb-like quiet of the property. Biggest negative about the room is the trampoline-like bed. Very springy! If one of you moves, the other one will too! The place would be improved from a sleep comfort standpoint 100% with the replacement of the trampoline bed with something more stable! Was more then what i expected to get was almost like a one bedroom apt had a nice clean comfy stay.

No WIFI

For the 2 of us this 1 BR 1BA facility was great-very quiet away from the traffic and hubbub of this area. They provided only a hotel-type starter of coffee & cream, 1 set of towels that we had to include with own laundry for cleaning, limited TV channels, poor to none cell phone reception AT&T (in room), no exercise room, no in-room wifi unless you […] went out on balcony, pool area was nice, staff only talked when asked a direct question. No info supplied at checkin regarding towels, cleaning, bedding, etc. We managed but it could have been much better if the proper info had been given to us at checkin. Overall a relaxing stay tho. With a little TLC and providing internet/wi-fi service in the rooms, the two day stay would've been a lot better. It was clean, however seeing a cock roach, and questionable stains on the sofa was kind of off putting. For the price we did not receive the quality.

The only negatives were the thin walls-I could hear the neighbor's conversation word for word and no fitness center. The staff was very helpful. I would stay again.

Bad reviews had me scared, but the price couldn't be beat! This place was friendly, clean, quiet, very close to Parks! Loved our stay and will be back for sure!!!

After reading some of the reviews AFTER I had made my reservation, I was weary. I was expecting an old run down bug infested hotel. Actually, it was just the opposite. Yes, the doors were terrible to view, but ours worked just fine. You could tell these must have been condos at one time and had doors that opened out, yes as strange as it sounds in […] FL doors used to be built to open out. So, I see where the door frames are funky looking since the doors were obviously changed to open inward. You can also tell this is an older property so things look a little outdated but everything worked just fine. The only thing I personally didn't like was they didn't provide decaf coffee, so that is not so bad. All-in-all we will be staying here in the future. Para quem precisa de um ótimo lugar para dormir o hotel vale muito a pena. Achei bastante confortável e limpo. Ele só fica distante, mas nada que atrapalhe. Pelo preço e conforto vale a pena!
