A clean and comfortable hotel...had a nice King bed facing the lake and pool. Decent breakfast for a chain hotel.

Great Service, friendly helpful staff, extraordinarily clean rooms.... Loved it. We couldn't believe how big the rooms were. Its a Great deal! The BEST place to stay in Hot Springs.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Great view of Lake Hamilton. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice variety of items for breakfast. I just wished we had been assigned a lake view room. Hotel did not have a lot of guests on this night and I would imagine there were available rooms on the lake side. The hotel is very nice. I've stayed there before but i forgot how uncomfortable the beds are. they are like rocks.

I really enjoyed my stay at Baymont Inn. I arrived late and the front desk staff had everything ready as soon as I walked in the door. The hotel is on the far south side of Hot Springs right on the lake. In fact you can get a wonderful view of the sunrise in the morning from the breakfast room. I definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel was perfect. We were pleased with all aspects.

Excellent hotel with a view to match. Every one at the hotel was very hospitable and the breakfast was also very good. Ask for a room looking out over the lake.

I frequent Hot Springs, Arkansas on a regular basis. I have stayed at numerous hotel's and the Baymont has been the best. I will stay there again. Price is good. Location is good.

It was a very nice place, clean room and nice staff. The location was great and right on the lake. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Front desk people were very good. Room cleanliness was average to low, but overall decent place to stay. I am business traveller and it served my needs.

The hotel was very well maintained and mostly clean. There are a few things that need to be addressed. Although I don't use hotel shampoo, the bottle was half full which suggests that it had been used. Also, the carpet in our guest room was a bit dirty and could use a shampoo very soon. I suppose the hotel's contribution to going green is that there […] were no trash bags in the trash cans. The ice bucket did have a plastic bag. We registered 4 guests, but there were towels for 3 guests. Most of the staff was friendly and very efficient. The hot breakfast was very good, especially the cute little egg patties. The lake is a big plus offering a gorgeous view and fishing pier. I would stay at the Baymont again because the price was lowest amongst similar hotels in the area and because we prepaid. Lovely except some services seemed lax, ie. Kleenex was not replaced even though the compartment was empty for two days, floors were not swept., drink cups were not replaced.

my stay was great. Very clean and everyone was so polite & friendly. I would highly recommend it. Great rates

When we checked in the elevator was broken and our refrigerator in our room was not working. No common courtesy was given as to putting us on the first floor. We asked for a smoking room and we were given a non-smoking room. Service is the key to life and we were not given the service we feel we had paid for.

Over all me and my wife we pleases with staying at this hotel. There is only one thing we did not like. We stayed 2 nights, we expected the next day the sheets and pollow covers be changed. They were not. But i guess for a 3 star hotel should not be asking too much. But the hotel is kept clean, breakfast was good.

Hotel was located on an inlet of Lake Hamilton with a very enjoyable view from the room. Very clean room and comfortable bed. The only issue I had was the breakfast, it was not very appealing to the eye and palet.

The Baymont sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Hamilton. It sits below much of the surrounding area; the parking lot is excavated with concrete retaining walls. Our room was nice, but we would have liked to have had a balcony and lake view as the rooms overlooking the lake did. However, there are no double rooms with those amenities. The pool is outdoors and attractive, but only open during the summer and there is no hot tub,etc. The fitness center is quite small. The location is lovely but is a distance away from the historical area. However, the same highway connects them so it is easy to find and get around. Considering how "iffy" many hotels in this town are, it was clean, comfortable, and secure and a decent value for what we paid. I would return again. Lisätietoja

Although the hotel was nice, the room was clean and the staff helpful, the room was way way over priced. For the money I expected much more.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable, but everything else was great!

WOW - it was on a lake - beautiful!

The hotel is in a good location and it's relatively clean & comfortable. However, the room seemed a little damp and there appeared to be moisture under the carpet. Maybe that's due to it being on the lake. I ate breakfast one morning and it was ok. I probably won't stay there again since there are plenty of other choices in the area.

Room wasn't clean very well during our stay. The breakfast bar was below expectations , even for (continental styled) cuisine. Television channels were quite limited. Other than those things, we were satisfied with the friendly and helpful employees, and the overall comfort of the room, especially for the price we paid.

We had never stayed at a Baymount Inn before,we would definitely stay again. Would recommend to family and friends. Room was a little small for us and the bathroom had an odor plus a loose toilet seat, but overall a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a balcony overlooking the lake and it was very nice and relaxing.
