Location.
The Village at Breckenridge Resort is a year-round property which enjoys a location in Breckenridge, Colo. Just 100 yards from the Quicksilver Super 6 chairlift, the resort is flanked by restaurants and shopping, with many more just a short walk away. The riverside setting features concerts and outdoor events in the summer. Maggie Pond, adjacent to the resort, offers ice-skating in the winter. More than 150 shops and boutiques coexist amongst dozens of restaurants, bars, museums, and galleries.
Resort Features.
The lobby features a log cabin design, complete with a fieldstone fireplace. The resort offers a heated indoor/outdoor pool, spa tubs, and a steam room. Numerous restaurants and bars are located in the first-floor plaza, and there is over 30,000 square feet of conference space. Laundry facilities are located on site and dry-cleaning service is also available. Other amenities include child care, as well as concierge and secretarial services.
Guestrooms.
Several accommodation options are available, including standard hotel rooms, studios, and condos. Units feature cable television and Internet access. One-bedroom (and larger) accommodations include fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens. All studios provide full kitchens. Hotel rooms are nonsmoking and include mini fridges.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Breck Burger Bar - Offers casual dining and full bar, serving breakfast all day, lunch, dinner. Entire menu is available for take out.
Park Avenue Pub - Dinner, drinks, appetizers, and late-night snacks are available at this bar, which is smoke-free but offers a smoking lounge next door. Pub bites include an antipasto plate, baked Brie, chicken wings, and Dove ice cream bars.
The Maggie - Lunch and après-ski meals—think burgers, fries, and beer—are served at this winter-only restaurant with ski-in/ski-out access to the Quicksilver Super6 chairlift. It has a large-screen television and outdoor seating on sunny days.
During the winter, guests can ice-skate on Maggie Pond. An indoor/outdoor pool and three spa tubs are open year-round. Discount passes to the Breckenridge Recreation Center are also available.
Summit County, where Breckenridge is located, offers numerous recreational activities. Besides skiing and snowboarding, winter sports include ballooning, sleigh rides, and snow tubing. Summer sports include hiking, biking, gold panning, ballooning, rafting, and mine tours.
Golf is played at the Breckenridge Golf Course, a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed municipal course; Keystone Ranch and The River Course at Keystone; Copper Creek, a championship golf course at Copper Mountain, and The Raven Golf Course at Three Peaks in Silverthorne.
Activities at the Dillon Dam Recreation Area, 10 miles north of Breckenridge, include boating, sailing, camping, canoeing, fishing, and Nordic skiing.
The Breckenridge and Silverthorne recreation centers offer indoor pools, basketball courts, skateboard parks, indoor climbing, tennis courts, and fitness programs.
Breckenridge, which has a summit elevation of 12,998, gets an average of 300 inches of snow annually. Its four interconnected mountains—Peaks seven, eight, nine, and 10, each with its own personality—encompass 2,207 acres, including four terrain parks, four half-pipes, and 772 acres of bowls. The resort's 146 trails are 52 percent expert/advanced, 33 percent intermediate, and 15 percent beginner; they are accessible by 27 lifts.
Keystone Resort is seven miles from Breckenridge and linked by a complimentary shuttle service and interchangeable lift tickets. The resort, which has a 12,408-ft summit and gets 230 inches of snow annually, offers 2,870 acres with 116 trails: 19 percent beginner, 39 percent more difficult, and 49 percent most difficult. These are accessible by 19 lifts, including two gondolas. During the high season, 15 trails and a lighted terrain park are open at night.
Other nearby Summit County resorts are Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain. A-Basin, as it's known locally, stands tall at 13,050 feet. Its 69 trails are accessible by six lifts. The terrain park, Mutha' Hucker, is one of the highest in North America. A-Basin's season extends from October through June, depending on weather and snow. Copper Mountain's 125 trails are accessible by 22 lifts. It also features terrain parks for adults and children, and jib parks, including Night Rider, open evenings on Fridays.

"Easy access to slopes."
The Village at Breckenridge Bld 5 was as advertised and priced accordingly. Our condo was extremely small and very dark. It amounted to a kitchen, bathroom, couch, bed and bathroom, period. Not to mention a massive t.v. mounted over the kitchen counter. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. My daughter and I were there to ski and […] ski we did. The location of the room was perfect to strike out early in the morning for the slopes and even tuck back for lunch before heading back out. We did find ourselves looking for things to do outside of the room in the evenings because the room was just sooooo small. The valet for the skis and boards and car was very useful. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting who is planning on spending most of their time out and about. Bearing in mind the price and location as the major draws to this property. "Not worth the Price!"
We upgraded an already expensive suite to a two bedroom suite. Upon arrival the soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms was sitting on the toliet, so the insulation in the walls and 2x4's were exposed, thus unable to use the shower. Called, and maintainence came up and repaired it, but still un-useable because the 'chalking' had to dry. Next day shower […] in the master bathroom and the tub was totally plugged. Didn't want to wait for maintenance, again so just left it hoping it would just drain through out the day while we were skiing. Wrong. Water just stayed there. ~When you pay this kind of money you expect daily maid service-NO, Fresh towels-NO No salt/pepper, no dishcloths to clean counters. Horrible pans, teflon completely coming off frying pans. Un-usable. ~Oh, and check out time is 11:00am and housekeeping came into our room at 9:00! Big Disappoinment! The location is fabulous. Can walk everywhere, but the accomodations were poor. Everything was reported to management who actually had a poor attitude about it. We have stayed in many places in Breckenridge, because this is one of our favorite mountain towns, but will never stay here again. My daughter and I stayed two nights at the Village and found it very enjoyable. The room was very clean and efficient. We enjoyed the hot tub and it too was very clean.

I was nicely surprised by this hotel located at the base of Breckenridge ski area. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room rented was a studio that was very well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel!
"Great Experience"
Gosh can't say enough about this hotel. Front desk, valet, amenities and the setting were awesome. (I'm probably too old to use that word!!!) We met some great guests while lounging in the hot tub.
"Nice central location for skiers"
While most of the hotels and condos in this area of Breckenridge are showing their age, I was still happy with our room. It was obvious that our condo, which was a studio, was updated, especially the bathroom. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool because the power went out in all of Breckenridge early the next morning when a small blizzard hit the […] town. I did like how the parking was included in the room rate and that there is a parking garage under the hotel. This hotel was in a perfect location. It's right at the base of Peak 9, has dining options in the resort for a quick breakfast before a day out on the slopes, and is a two minute walk to Main Street. Service was generally pleasant. The studio with full kitchen was roomy for two people. Only possible complaints: (1) the resort may consider better quality […] bedding (the pillows/sheets were old, stained, and ripped) -and- (2) the power went out as we were checking out of the hotel, and even after speaking to someone at the front desk about the fact that we have to carry all our bags/skis down the stairs from the 4th floor (because the elevators were out), no hotel employees offered to help with our bags. "Silver Creek Review"
The location is about 20 minutes from Winter Park. If you don't mind the drive it is a nice place to stay. Sol Vista has their own ski area that is great for first time skiers, kids. It's cheaper than Winter Park and the class sizes are smaller. The hotel is decent for a place to sleep. We didnt eat at the restaurant. There is a City Market across […] the street. We had a kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Prices are steep in the area so it was nice from breakfast and to keep snacks and drinks for the family. The pool was set at 75 degrees but the kids said it was cold. I guess if its below zero outside the heated pool might feel cold. The hot tubs outside were colder than the one's on the inside. Again the outside temperatures may have something to do with that. We did stay here in 2002, looks exactly the same, but aged. There doesn't seem to have been any known renovations. Our cell phones didn't work in the rooms. We were able to text eachother. We originally had adjoing rooms but a water pipe burst and our family was split up. The phone in one room didn't call out, but we could call them. The rooms aren't sound proof so when your trying to sleep and the other guests are running down the halls at 2:00 and 3:00 AM you will be woken up. This hotel was nice because it was within walking distance to downtown resteraunts and shops. The room was nice and staff friendly. Downside was there was syrup or something sticky on the duvet cover and the bed sloped to the middle so I spent most of the night just trying to stay on my side. It was so great. The view from the room was like a postcard. There were a couple of minor things in the room that went unreported from the previous guests and maintenance was there in a matter of minutes to fix it. "80's Vibe"
Very disappointed in the room which appeared old and outdated. Hotel under construction. Hotel boasts that they are at the bottom of Peak 9 but they fail to tell you that Peak 9 is not yet open. Only one peak open while we were there. No one ever mentioned that NOTHING would be open in this "Resort". The staff was friendly but had no ideas for entertainment […] other than to ski. Not worth the price paid. Going to Breckenridge is not recommended before Thanksgiving as there is not enought snow to do anything, Wish we had known that before we booked. "Village at Breckenridge-Location and More"
We spent several days in Breckenridge and stayed at the Village. We chose a condo unit so we could prepare simple breakfasts and lunches and did not have to go out for all meals. Our unit was beautifully decorated and furnished; we understand that many of condo units are privately owned and that the owners are given some latitude in how they furnish […] them. We did find a couple of things that needed repair (although they did not impact our comfort) and the staff indicated an appreciation that these items were brought to their attention and their willingness to have the work done timely. We stayed around the Labor Day holiday so, although not peak season, there was still plenty to do - an art show, shopping, golfing, bicycling, etc. The Village is in a great location and it is easy to navigate the town on foot. "Nice Hotel - Little Dissappointed"
We were very pleased with the hotel at first. The rooms were very nice and the view was excellent. I like to watch TV when I go to bed but we discovered that the master bedroom did not have cable to the TV. We were told later that the owners of the room chose not to have cable connected in the master bedroom. It would have been nice to know before we […] rented the room. We were offered a different room but we only had one day left in our trip so we decided not to move. We also did not know that the room was only attended after we left. The room was not even serviced with new linens or the trash taken out until the last day of our visit. This service came after a complaint to the front desk. Overall the stay was very nice because we were at a family reunion and spent very little time in the room. "Great Location"
Loved the location. Shops, Resturants, & Bars within walking distance. Nice pond and river behind our building. Our one bedroom condo was nice and clean. It worked fine for our minivacation. I was worried after reading other views, but unit was nice.

The room was clean, the view was great, the customer service was perfect, the size was also very nice. But the second bed is a sofa bed and was the worse thing I have ever seen and imposible to sleep on. We ended up sleeping on the floor. The room should simply be marketed as a single bed with plenty of floor space to sleep on.

This resort was right at the end of Main St.- a short walk to any shops/restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and kitchenette convenient. Didn't have AC in the building- a little warm- but nothing a box fan in the window didn't fix. Nice ammenities- used the health club, in-to-out pool, and hot tubs. Didn't have to drive the whole weekend! :)

This place needs a makeover, to the extreme. Very disappointed with everything except the staff which was friendly. Old appliances from the late 70's, come on! Random hairs in the tub, nice. Resort fee doesn't make sense because this hotel doesn't have resort features, none whatsoever. You have to walk to another building to get to the pool, which is […] not the most pleasing pool and hours of pool makes me feel like a kid in a curfew. "The Inn at Peak 9- Breckenridge Village"
We had a great time in Breckenridge on spring break. The inn at Peak 9 is in a great location, easy access to the mountain, rental gear and great food. We rented a Studio condo with 1 bed,a sleeper sofa and kitchen. Workable for a family of four however,was very tight with the sleeper sofa bed pulled out at night and a bit tight with travel gear. Kitchen […] worked out well for us, we used it mainly for breakfast and lunch. Overall condo is starting to show some signs of heavy use and wear from a lot of skier traffic. Great deal at the base of 2 super chairs
Excellent location to Main Street, the lifts and shuttle service. Room temp was a little difficult to regulate but Colorado weather is unpredictable, too, just open/close the window.

The maid service was horrible. The air was so dry we couldn't sleep. But the location was great, and the price wasn't bad either.

Not worth the money. Room looked like it hadn't been touched since the 1960's. Quality of furniture and appliances were terrible. Hotel ran out of firewood, but said they would happy to drive me down to a gas station so that I could purchase my own. Requested King bed at check in and was given a queen. Think that the bed situation was hotels.com's fault […] however, front desk did not offer me a room change. Overall condos are terrible quality, owners have no motivation to renovate since rooms are constantly booked, only good thing is location, employees at front desk don't care. Don't stay here!!!! "The Village"
This complex was very convenient to all the amenities of Breckenridge, especially the lift and ski school. Our room was fairly well used with dings and stained carpet. The hallways and were in the same condition. Our room was comfortable and the complex had a nice pool, workout area, and hot tubs. I would reccomend it if you just want a place to lay […] your head after a day of skiing, but the price was a bit high and you will be dissapointed if you expect luxury. Lisätietoja

Good Hotel! Close to good restaurants, store and most important the Slopes. The inside needs a little renovation, but overall a great experience! I would go back. PS: The hot tube is awesome.

"Great for skiing!"
The hotel is very convenient to the slopes. Our room was very nice, but not spotless! The carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed and there was dust on the bar stools. The kitchen was very clean. We would stay there again since the price was right for the area and the location is close to Main Street and the slopes.

Property was great, very close to lifts. Unfortunately "college week" so overrun by partying students. BUT the property and location are great, and staff very friendly.

This was the great ski vaction that all family enjoyed. The location for the hotel is great. Room service was poor. I can recomend this to the families with young children. It is right next to the ski school and lifts. Only one block to the main street.

Our room was not as expected at check-in and the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and upgraded our room at no extra charge. The location and services could not have been better. "Good location - feels like home"
This hotel location is extremely convenient to ski facilities and to the town. Our studio room was small but very clean and comfortable, and we were able to find everything we needed in its full kitchen. This wasn't on the luxury side but ceratinly very cozy and convenient.
"Great place to stay for skiing"
Great location and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. If you're going skiing, this is the place to stay as it is only about 50 yards to the lift. We rented a studio condo and it was nice with plenty of room for a family of four.

Nice hotel and rooms, however organization needs a lot of help...We spent at least 30 minutes at the required valet parking each time and had to chase down a person to help us. Location , Location, Location !! perfect spot to walk around town, and 50yds away from the slopes. The interior is a little outdated but everything else was great. There was a lot of loud banging noises above our room but it might have just been maintenence or something because it sounded like very loud banging noises. The staff was very helpful, especially […] when our shuttle van cancelled on us on departure. Front Range Express called us when they were supposed to pick us up and said they would be another two hours. We would have missed our flight, but the desk employee got us another shuttle at 6 in the morning and we made our flight on time... She was a lifesaver.. Definately recommend Village at Breck. "Just fine for the price"
For the price I paid off season Sept., the room was great. Newly updated w/ granite countertops, kitchen, carpet. Perfectly adequate. Would go back again.

The room did not have air conditioning and it was a hot day. after opening the windows all night it did finally cool down. Also noted tears in the furniture. Staff was very friendly but when I went to check out they told me that there was another "resort" fee that was not covered in my registration. Stayed at Village Hotel several times in the past. This was my first time at Village Condos. Our condo was newly remodeled and fairly large. Building itself could use some updating, maybe a fresh coat of pain and brighter lights in the hallways, but let’s face it, we don’t spend this much time in the hallways. Tyvärr var hotellet väldigt slitet och våra rum var inte gediget städade utan vi fann gammal smuts på många ställen. Sängkläderna hade gamla fläckar och kändes generellt ofräscha.
