Hotel is not immediately near restaurants or other ammendities; however, the staff was great, hotel was clean, and you can't beat the price for what the hotel offers.

People wear nice and friendly! Very difficult to find off the expessway! Clean and comfortable! No complaint will stay again if gonna be in the area!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was way too firm for our liking, but overall nice hotel for the price. Even the cleaning staff went and filled my ice bucket for me because the one on the second floor was out of service:) It's right near downtown Hudson, which is a wonderful area with lots of things to do and see!

This Hotel is a little down the road from any shopping or resteraunts but I perfer it over th other hotels in the area. Staff are friendly and helpfull and the rooms have flat screen TV's, microwaves and refridgerators. Room was dirty - TV remote was disgusting - didn't even want to touch it! The "Exercise Room" was a total joke! Treadmill - BROKEN! Elliptical - BROKEN! A little hard to find in the dark, but even though it was next to the highway, it was VERY quiet. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, free breakfast was a nice variety of things. The room was clean except a little bit dusty on the dresser and the coffee machine. The pool was a bit cooler than you'd expect and a bit hazy. Our first night of our stay, our hotel room was not clean, sink didn't drain, musty old room. We requested another room and it was much improved. The good things of hotel you get a lot for your money - mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe, continental breakfast (includes hard-boiled eggs), comfortable bed with good pillows, and nice people run […] it. Generally Baymont offers good amenities at very reasonable price but this Baymont has problems. First, the bedding smelled like it hadn't been washed and it there was a very pungent drug-like smell coming from surrounding room(s). I do not know what crack smells like but if there was a smell I imagined it would be what pervaded the air there. The workout […] room was also poor. The universal gym didn't have a proper pin, just a bolt that didn't work on the bench side. The treadmill hadn't been cleaned and the belt kept sticking. I wasn't worth using. We thorough enjoyed our short stay at the Baymont Inn. The only negative about the hotel is that 3 light bulbs in our room were burned out. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Homemade waffles in the breakfast area were good. Our room was clean and comfortable. My husband found a very nice restaurant in the hotel brochure. Close to expressways and turnpike. Friendly and accommodating service.

I am required to visit this area quarterly. I have stayed at other Hotels but I perfer this establishment over all of the others. It is a short distance away from everything, and I lik this. The rooms provided th extra little touchs like microwaves and refridgerators. Has a nice exercise room and in-door pool. Always very satisfied with my stays.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. All the personnel were pleasant and helpful. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It was very clean. Although it was close to the freeway, it was very quiet. It was also close to restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall property maintenance is bad! The pool is dirty and unusable. The exterior hotel doors are NOT locked... ever! Sheets were not changed daily, even though housekeeping came in, they simply made the beds up. Room smelled strongly of perfume and seemed to come from the AC unit. Toilet was dirty when we arrived. Very good hotel and excellent people

I stayed here while attending a training seminar. I had requested a few things pertaining to the room with the understanding they may not be able to meet all the requests I had. But they met each one. That made a big impact on my stay. There are some cosmetic things in the common areas in need of repair but my room was perfect. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay here. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were in the area to visit my daughter in University Heights and my sister in Stow, so the location was great. I will probably stay here again. We had 2 negative comments: 1) An elevator would be nice when hauling luggage upstairs, and 2)The […] breakfast room is ridiculously small. There are 4 small tables with 3-4chairs at each. Very Nice Hotel for the Price.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and great room. Unfortunately, didn't get to stay (flu) but will be back for sure. Easy to access, off highway, and very pleased with overall experience.

This hotel was perfect for our stay, it was close to gas, food, shopping and easy to find. Staff was courtious & the contential breakfast was just enough to get us on the road, without having to stop and eat.

The service and amenities were ok - friendly staff and was pretty clean. But I had two problems with this place - first it was hard to get to. There was a bunch of new road construction that made it very hard to find. New road construction leaves this hotel very hard to get to ( get off exit, cross two intersections, double back around, and cross the road you got off of!!) The exit ramp is level to the second story just outside the front parking lot. The room was prepared for us; cool, clean and quiet enough to sleep the night. There were nice sheets, towels, comforters, […] and a fridge/microwave. our only complaint was having to call twice for directions since our new global positioning device could not get us to the hotel. I couldn't have been happier with this find. A friend and I were attending a concert at Blossom Music Center. I have never been to Cleveland and booked this on a whim. I was SO happy with this find. It was RIGHT off Hwy 8 (w/o the worry of hwy noise). A few exits down were malls, restaurants, etc. And we were only about 10 min from Blossom Music Center. Hotel was affordable, clean and confortable. Staff was very welcoming. Would stay there again.

Bathroom was not very clean, had hair on floor and sink. Toilet was plugged and even after I plunged it, it still was not working right.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, staff friendly & complimentary breakfast a nice way to start the day.

I have a comment on the pool maintenance: while I understood that the pool was cleaned and maintained daily, it appeared the circulation pump was working only intermittently. This caused a worrisome build up of "bubbles" over the entire water surface of the pool. My 12 yr. old and I feared contamination and were reluctant to swim. Good place to stay, a little hard to get to because of new construction in the area. My GPS couldn't pinpoint sights in the area, maybe because of the new road construction. All that mattered is that my grandkids thoughtit was nice..............

We stayed one night. The room was clean, the beds were great. It was a little hard to get to,but worth the savings. We would stay there again. The breakfast was great, eggs, oatmeal, walffels and the fixings. Wonderful coffee. The fitness room was small, it did have eveything you would nee, We did not have the time to try the pool.
