It was a great experience for me and my son, the hotel was great, excellent view from our bedroom, great amenities at the hotel, the staff was very professional and helpfull and gave us the possibility to have an excellent stay at the hotel. the beach is very clean and i personally liked the sea which was very calm and shallow so that my son could swim […] and play without having to be watched all the time. it´s a perfect resort for families, well located and with a lot of things to do inside the area. on the whole we had a marvellous hollidays and we will definitelly stay again in the future! We got a good deal for this all inclusive, so I can't complain too much. The rooms were ok- old beds, old pillows. Room never really got cold with the air conditioner on. Food was ok. It was the WORST food I have ever been served in my 60 years on this planet. Poorly cooked poorly presented, food was cold alcohol drinks were watered down and bar service was slow.

This hotel was awful. Food and drinks were horrible; the swimming pool was filthy; hotel service was bad. I am glad that we only had to stay there for 1 night.

Our room was very basic but was clean and the rest of the hotel grounds were clean as well. The staff from maid service to the restaurants were all very nice and professional. This is our 1st experience with an all-inclusive hotel so can't compare to others but I feel the selection and quality of the food was good. My worst experience was the management of the hotel. My son is 9 years old and the manager Camilo denied him access to the restroom even when i told him he got diherea after what he eat. The personal at the lobby are not friendly at all it seems like they hate you got the all inclusive package. Every day we had to call for wash cloth. The balcony sliding door handle was broking. I asked them about repairing it. They repaired it the first day about the next day it was broken again. We had to put a pole behind the sliding door so nobody would break in. The room smelled like mildew the whole time we was there. The package we had was All-inclusive […] but they started charging us for three days when we have been getting it free. then they went back to free drinks! Everytime we book at this hotel we gets a free day pass to other hotels. When we first arrived there they said we can get a free day pass whenever we wants to visit other hotels. Two days later when I went to get the day pass for all eight of us, they said we had to pay $25 per person. Now I've been staying at this hotel every year since 2008 and went twice in 2012 and now I invited 7 of my friends to come with us on this trip. We read all the bad reviews and were a little worried but overall we thought that it was a nice hotel for what we paid. Drinks were good, food was good and fun times were had by all! We weren't in the room much anyway!

we spent 6 days and five nights here, it was an okay place for the price, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was close to the bus stop, so a trip to the open markets and sight seeing was just a matter of walking out of the resort and catching a bus.

We were very dissatisfied with this hotel. First night we did not have AC in our room and had to sleep with our balcony door open. There was not minibar in the room and no way to get ice unless we went to a bar or one of the restaraunts. This was supposed to be all inclusive and I did not think that was accomplished. The food in the few places we ate […] was not very good at all for any meal. The condition of the beach area was pretty nice and the bartenders the pool and bar were very nice. Otherwise the attitude of the staff when we complained was that of they just really didn't care. I would not reccomend for anyone to stay here. The beach was mostly for children (not so deep water) the food was great and services were great too, however rooms were full of sand on the floor (not being cleaned) and had to call 10x times to request an IRON to IRON clothes and no one came after 3 hours of wait time, so had to go down to the lobby and get an IRON by myself, however overall the Hotel […] is great and located in a nice way and don't forget if you plan to stay here to get a day pass and visit the other part of the hotel :) Lisätietoja

We made a reservation for 5 people (family), to get to the hotel we were surprised by the lack of extra bed. When we complain at the front desk informed us that the meeting due to the time would not provide extra bed and thus suggested that one of us slept on the floor with some blankets, moreover the room service did not provide enough towels for everyone. I got to the hotel to find lots of drunk Russians and Brazillians around the lobby area, not a great site for my kids. Then the hotel would not honor the 300 dollar voucher that I was suppose to get to use in the hotel while there. The food was less then desireable, and the staff would ignor you if you had not left them a tip on your previous visit, […] even though it is supposed to be an all inclusive, including the tips. I should have followed the advice of the other guests who did a review. Not a horrible hotel, but the food was bad, the drinks were limited, all 3 places to eat served the same food. I stayed in the Grand Oasis Palm Beach and the room was great, the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is nice. The pools are nice (it was quite full) and beach is awesome. My only complain is the food... I would recommend to avoid the Buffet Dos Lunas because their food is really bad. the other one next to Dos Lunas is ok.

I have been in 2011 in the same hotel and at same time, I could realziae that some services offered in the first time were excluded in 2012, such as icecream for children, use of the pool close to Grand Oasis, use of chair close to these pool, some restaurants turned exclusively to Grand Beach, although they were always empty!!!. I am disappointed with […] those changes, mainly concerning to children, how can I explain to kids that they cannot have icecream and some others can, since we could not even pay for them!!! How can explain to kids that they cannot play with friends in that pool??? If the Hotel intends to turn in Five Stars, please do not mix! Check in is at 3pm and we got there early. They gave us bands so we could go through the hotel. At 3 pm they gave us our keys and we go upstairs to find one of the rooms is still dirty with the old occupants items and trash. We we waited until 5pm to check in. Great Kids Club with exclusive space and many monitors with really funny activities. Excelent food, including sushi bar and great drinks. I don't like their beach because has seaweed. Rooms are not so confortable, with 20"CRT TV, old furniture and loud A/C.

Walls are thin and doors are not sound proof at all. Maybe good for families as there are lots of families there with loud kids. We couldn't sleep. Food was bland. We visited Oasis Cancun for a day and it was much better.

We visited this hotel for 6 days in late December with two adults and two kids. And I would not recommend this hotel for families. The service sucks everywhere in the hotel, especially in the reception. The pool is dirty with lots of leaves and other stuff. All-inclusive means that you need to carry the drinks to your room as you get only two small […] water bottles per day to your room (and only if you ask somebody to bring those). And kids are not allowed to enter certain restaurants. The water slide is in the kids club area where you need to leave the kids (adults not allowed) and the ones under 120cm are not allowed to use the slides; ridiculous rule.. Okay, I had my doubts about this hotel when I made the reservation but got fallen into the "good looking + cheap price" trap. Will not do this again and hopefully no-one else does this either. Hotel is very old. Our room smell like mold and the bathroom is very tiny. It was very hard to keep the water inside the shower. The people at the reception desk are the least friendliest. This hotel is ok. Good for family with smaller kids because its not so much of a party hotel. Make sure you pay the upgrade because if not you will be limited to where you can eat and which pools to go in.

Having an issue with stair climbing, i would caution everyone it is extremely hard and in a few areas impossible to bypass the stairs completely.... As an aside the staff was always ready to help me up or down the numerous staircases. Have stayed there 10times,as we live in Cozumel.go to relax ans shop, Walmart,homedepot ect. . Nice to have new wifi all over,and cheaper. It should be free. The food went way down hill. Only one place open, not the 2 that it has always been.same ole thing for 3days. Beer was cold :), but a burger at the beach grill was two hundred years old ! Forget […] that. The hotel was clean, most of the staff was nice and friendly but the beach was bad, the water was limited and the deepest it would get was below my chest line and i am 5"4. The food was ok, the view was beautiful but you couldnt open the windows and the barthrooms were very small. I wont stay there again.

The pyramid tower I stayed in was not very nice. The room was on the low end of quality. The shower and bedding was disgusting. The staff were great!!! Everyone was very friendly & kind. Beach at hotel is over glamorized, does not look anywhere near as good in person as in pictures. Room does not have a good bathroom, too cramped, but for a double with 3 people it was the only real negative about the room. Buffet food, typical but not bad quality. Initially I was extremely disappointed with Oasis Palm. I didn't get my ocean view or my king bed, and the rooms were old, tiny, and shabby. We were told the big pool, the day beds, and several of the dining options were not open to us. So we upgraded to "Grand Oasis Palm", for a fee of course, moved rooms, and had the whole facility at our disposal. […] Grand Oasis also included room service and a mini bar in the room. The food wasn't any better but you had several more options. The elevators in the Grand were tiny, non air conditioned, and took forever. If you're looking for waves and deep water this is not the beach for you, the hotel is next to an inlet, lots of boats coming through so the area to swim is roped off and the water only waist high. Waves only when the boats go by, but good for kids and wildlife buffs...saw puffer fish, a sting ray, crabs, and lots of other interesting fish, hardly any shells though. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere. During our stay, we were directed to the wrong room, our toilet clogged and filled our room and the hallway with water, bathroom light broke, and slipped on a puddle of water in the lobby with no wet floor sign. I called maintenance to fix the toilet, they hung […] up on me, called again and said they will send someone. The floor was over flooded with water that went into the hallway and someone did not help me until I went downstairs and made a scene. They were only concerned to help when they found out the water went into the hallway. Next night when the bathroom light broke I called, they hung up on me again. Called again and said someone will fix it. Waited 3 hours so I went downstairs and they said there is nothing they can do, and that I would have to speak to guest services. I did not feel like dealing with any of their crap anymore so my fiance and I showered in the dark the remainder of our stay. The light was still not fixed when I left. This is a cheap place that will just ruin your vacation as it did ours. Management was not always around, and when I was able to speak to someone once, they were not very accommodating. The Oasis Palm is a Mexican hotel so dont expect the confort and service as an American hotel,good for families with a tight budget,the Kid club is very good and give you a break when you need it.The shallow Ocean is a plus but the service and the room quality are poor.Spend a few more dollars an stay at the Oasis Grand and you also can use the facilities […] of the Oasis Palm,this is my best advise.
