This hotel was far better than I had expected. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, staff friendly. It was in a quiet location, a short drive to Burlington mall or the historic town of Lexington. For an european visitor the only minus was disposable cups, plates and cutlery at the breakfast table. But maybe this is the norm in other same class hotels in USA? Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Buckminster-hotelli on hieman tyyriimpi majoitusvaihtoehto kuin mihin yleensä päädyn, opiskelija kun olen, mutta huone oli ehdottomasti hintansa väärti. Sänky oli iso ja mukava, kylpyhuone erittäin siisti ja kaupanpäällisiksi sain käyttööni vielä oman mikron, jääkaapin ja kaapelitelevisionkin. Kaikki hotellin tarjoamat kylpytuotteet olivat ympäristöystävällisä, mistä iso plussa. Hotelli oli keskeisemmällä paikalla kuin osasin odottaa. Keskustaan on mahdollista kävelläkin, mutta jos reippailu ei innosta, lähin metroasema on todella lähellä ja Newbury Streetin shoppailualuekin vain parin korttelin päässä. Aamupala ja varsinkaan ruokailutilat eivät olleet ihmeelliset, mutta ei niissä varsinaista vikaakaan ollut: tuoreita hedelmiä, muroja, muffinseja, mehua ja kahvia. Kahdelle hengelle queen-room olisi himpun ahdas, mutta erittäin edullinen. Itse majoituin yksinäni.

Room was ok and suprisingly good place to stay in comparing to other 2 star motels/hotels. Sfaff was friendly and bathroom was in a good condition. Only minus was that the room smelled little.

Good. Got there late a night; had some trouble finding the hotel. Found sign off of Boston Rd. but did not realize that I had to travel way up the road. I first ended up at the Hampton Inn. The sign you had on the road needs to be lit, could not read what the sign said.

When the sheets on a hotel bed are crisp, and white and wrinkle-free one tends to feel good. I felt the opposite when I saw the wrinkled sheets and pillowcases on my bed. Wish it had been otherwise.

went there with my girlfriend. The service was the best. Got the standerd one bed which was nice. came with all the standerd perks. The room wasn't all that big however the price was right. The food inside the sports bar was delicious. Pool but no hot tub. I would recomend it to a friend.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THIS HOTEL. I ARRIVED ON FRIDAY THE 2ND OF DECEMBER FOR A LOCAL CONVENTION. UPON LEAVING FOR THE DAY ON SATURDAY, I RETURNED THAT EVENING TO FIND THE ROOM JUST AS I HAD LEFT IT. NOT CLEANED, BEDS NOT MADE AND THE SAME TOWELS IN THE BATHROOM. AFTER ASKING TWICE TO HAVE THE ROOM CLEANED IT WAS FINALLY […] DONE. I WAS TOLD THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WAS UNDERSTAFFED. HOW THAT WAS MY CONCERN I'M UNSURE. "Decent place, but the heater is very noisy"
The hotel is the cheapest of its class in the area, but it shows. The hotel is older, and a bit ragged. The most problematic part was the heater unit. It is very noisy, and it blows almost constantly. If you are a light sleeper, pass on this place.

I've stayed there before. Rates are reasonable considering what if offers in extras and whenever I'm in the area, i stay there.

My son and I stayed there the night before our open house visit to WPI. The hotel was convienient, the staff was very nice and the room was clean. My son and I have no complaints and we would stay there again.

"Yuck, everyone's worst nightmare"
found hair in the tub! totally out of the way and off the beaten path, outdated and way too much money for what you get. staff was friendly, but asked for a wake up call and didn't get it!! Thank goodness for my iphone as a back up.

Shuttle service magically shows up at the exact time you need them. Room clean, quiet. Breakfast good. Very far from Boston Logan: 110 cab fare each way. But has a trade show bldg, which is a block away from hotel.

We stayed at this same hotel in Sept. and requested a refrig. in advance. It was not there upon arrival and we waited 2 1/2 hrs. for it to arrive. This time I called @ 11:00 A.M. to remind them about the refrig. I had once again requested. Upon arrival it still was not there. I spoke to someone re. this matter @ 4:30 P.M. and returned @ 7:30 P.M. and […] the refrig. was in the room. Hotel lobby is bright and clean. Halls were well maintained. Our bedroom was fine. Bathroom was very shabby with dark black stains on the ceiling, several dirty and/or missing tiles on the floor and a tissue box that kept falling out of its holder on the wall. "Last resort"
Amongst all the hotels on Boston Poast Rd. and I have stayed in many. The Best Western was my worst experience. Arrive - pouring rain and the two lane covered entrance was blocked for repair. Check-in was fine but the room had a nice chair and sofa on the same wall as the TV. You could only watch TV in bed or a desk chair. Bathroom light was too dim […] and old fixtures. I got a really good deal on Hotels.com for my nightly rate but the location is really bad unless you have a rental car. Taxis in the area are private businesses and charge much more than city taxis.

"Needs updating"
The hotel is kind of secluded as far as being able to walk to nearby shopping center. The rooms need updating, showing their wear. Room was very humid and the loud AC did not remove that. The pool was a nice size. Workout area was a little small though. There are other hotels in area that I would prefer to stay at. The Best Western Royal Plaza in Marlboro Mass. was a most pleasant experience. I was conducting business in Natick for a week. I am from Princeton, Nj. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to Natick, Framingham, Cambridge, as well as Boston. My every request was honored . I asked for a top floor to minimize distractions. I asked for a microwave […] as well as a freezer. And when the possibility of me needing an extra day's lodging occured the front desk manager obliged me with nearly the same rate as I had stayed during my previous six days. The hotel staff was very pleasant no matter who I cme in contact with. My only regret is that this was a business trip. Upon the next opportunity for a family vacation this hotel will be my first choice. This will be my first choice for family or business. And for all I got, this Best Western hotel had the best rates of any other hotels in the area. We stayed here for three days, and it was wonderful. We had a little trouble finding it (the GPS sent us to a supermarket nearby), but once we did we settled in nicely. Oddly, our first night the bed seemed twisted, so the next day we looked at it and found that the metal bed frame was falling apart! I fixed it easily and the second night was blissful. I was here at a convention, and they have attempted to make some upgrades to the place since I last stayed there to their credit. This time there was a refrigerator and a microwave in my room. I would have enjoyed the use of having a safe in my room, protecting my valuables, which this did not. I stay here for my annual convention. It is pleasant enough, but maybe they could clean a little better. There aren't any exhausts in the bathrooms. Now, if you stay in a non-smoking room, they make you sign a form that says you won't smoke or if you do they will fine you $200. Not nice.

"Great Hotel and Staff in MA"
We stayed for only 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The Hotel was more than we expected and we would definitely use a Best Western again in the future. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything we asked for like extra towels, tea and coffee for the rooms was given to us with no questions asked. The staff map quested and printed […] directions for us every day and helped beyond our expectations. We had two rooms, one was for our 3 kids and felt totally safe leaving them in their own room. It is not a new Hotel but there was nothing missing and compared to staying at other places this was one of the better ones. We hate little dingy establishments, our girls are usually very picky but they loved it at the Best Western in Marlborough. Clean rooms, clean sheets and bathrooms and lots of free parking. It was nicer than expected. Room was large and clean. The restaurant / bar was good, had a nice dinner. Breakfast in the morning was also good. we booked online so didn't get coupons for free continental breakfast. we would stay here again.
"Pleasent stay"
I have stayed at the Royal Plaza Best Western several times and have always been pleased with the hotel and staff. If there was anything that I would say needed help there would be the elevator system. Long wait time even when the hotel is not full or busy.
