"Gothenburg Sweden, hotel in city center"
Elite hotel is located very well. Parking of the car is not the best. Hotelbuilding is great. Room was very small and the hotel generally not att all a five star hotel. Some three to three and half could be realistic, but also the price was on the level of three starts.

Hotel is located in city center, very easy to get everywhere. Minus side of the locatio is that you can hear in the room the noice of passing trams, which may irritate if you are a light sleeper, also airconditioning was a bit lound at night. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, everything was great, the room, a little small but the location and breakfast along with a very kind staff was worth it. Loved the Bishops Arms Pub!

"Amazing"
Took my girlfriend to Gothenburg for her birthday. Hotel staff was amazing with directions, helping out, arranging flowers in our room whilst we were out to surprise her. Amazing hotel and great experience. Will definitely love to come back.
Our room was at the oldest part of the hotel, and even though the room was a nice size, it was a bit worn. The staff was super helpfull with recomending restaurants and booking tables.
"Beautiful architecture"
Pleasantly situated, grand lobby and atmospheric breakfast room/restaurant. We had our 2 children with us - extra beds were provided for them and 2 beautiful teddy bears. Bathroom was spacious and the room rather big. A main ceiling light would have been useful and the decor was rather disappointing for a 5 star. "Nice landmark hotel in Gotenburg"
Very nice facility. Staff very helpful. Room was a bit small and somber but was well appointed. Business center open 24h with free internet access and printer. Nice dining room with glass top. Breakfast was huge. We spent an enjoyable time at the wine bar. Overall a nice experience at this 5 star hotel.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Gothenburg! Actually a car was included in the price for the room - a Jaguar! We could use it for free for a maximum of 4 hours, and only had to pay for the gasoline. OK, you had to rent at least a deluxe/superior room, but it was worth it! Wonderful staff and the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen!

"Elite Plaza Hotel"
Very expensive hotel but room not "5 star." Adequate, but certainly not luxurious. Included breakfast very skimpy compared to other breakfasts at hotels with fewer stars. Service, again adequate, but not worth the high cost of this hotel. Also not very handicapped accessible.
This hotel is beautiful! The rooms were large and immaculate, attentive staff,and great restaurant which is in the Michelin Guide Wonderful location close to the Opera House.

"Great Hotel"
This hotel was very nice, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location to central station and downtown was great! We visited during June and the temperatures were warm. The room did not seem to have air conditioning which is not uncommon for Northern Europe but there was no fan and little flow through ventilation. "Alright but"
Good location. Not my idea of a Five Star. Excellent breakfast and polite friendly staff. This is the first room I have stayed in where the area of one wall is greater than the floor area, ie very small room with high ceilings. Bar closed at least one hour earlier than billed. Inhouse movies did not work.

"Utrolig dårlie service!"
Fasilitetene på hotellet var supre, restauranten var bra (litt kjedelig frokost), men servicen på hotellet var utrolig dårlig. Jeg overlot bilen min til hotellet som skulle ta vare på den ila helgen. Endte opp med en ramponert bil som jeg selv måtte ut med en egenandel på 6000 kroner for å få reparert skadene. Hotellet anmeldte riktigenok dette til […] politiet for meg, men hotellet nektet å ta noe ansvar og skulle i tillegg har 295 kroner døgnet for parkeringen. Dette måtte jeg krangle om! Lisätietoja
"Perfekt beliggenhet"
Vi var ute etter en rolig kjærestetur med nårhet til shopping og resturanter i Gøteborg. Hotellet ligger perfekt til! Det er gåavstand til absolutt alt og mange spennende restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Hotellets ansatte var meget hjelpsomme i å anbefale og reservere bord på spisesteder. "Stiligt hotell men litet rum"
Generellt nöjd som man ska vara på Göteborgs bästa hotell. Minus för litet rum, obefintligt spa/relax samt att vi gick vilse när vi skulle checka ut. Skulle kunna vara enklare skyltat i lokalerna.

Det eneste man kan sette fingeren på er trikkelinjene på utsiden som bråker ekstremt. Ellers var alt perfekt.

Elite Plaza Hotel er et fantastisk hotel, med en helt enestående beliggenhed. MEN: Parkering er ekstremt dyrt. Vi ankom fredag aften kl 20.00 og kørte søndag morgen kl. 9.30, altså ca. 1½ døgn. Det kostede ikke mindre end 590SEK = 66,50 EURO. Vi havde et værelse ind mod den overdækkede gård, og vores vindue kunne ikke åbnes. Der var ingen aircondition, […] så værelset var rrimeligt varmt. "Elite Plaza Hotel Gøteborg"
Flott hotell, flott bygning og gode rom. Var med min kone og datter (15) på lang-week-end. Jeg er røyker (min kone og datter er allergikere). Jeg hadde vel 20-30 turer ut av hotellet for å røyke iløpet av oppholdet på 2 døgn. Midt i oppholdet sto det melding på vår tv om at røyking på rommet var foretatt og at debitering kr 2000 ble vurdert. Jeg henvendte […] meg umiddelbart i respesjonen og ba damen komme opp på vårt rom og se/lukte at ingen røyking på rommet hadde skjedd. Hun svarte at det ikke var nødvendig, og at det var "stedning" (rengjøring) som hadde gitt meldingen. Jeg sa at dette var fegt, og unnvikende og at slike anonyme meldinger skulle følges opp og unnskyldes. Videre at ja, jeg røyker 40 pr dag - men alltid ute og aldri inne (allergisk kone og datter). Og absolutt ikke på et røykfritt hotell. Men det kan jo lukte røyk av min jakke, som det gjør av alle røykeres jakke... Jeg fikk aldri noen undersøkelse av rommet, slik jeg ba om. "Elite Plaza Gøteborg - luksus til god pris"
To voksne og to barn fra Norge fikk en god deal på hotels.com og oppholdet kunne ikke vært bedre i Gøteborg. Meget god service, rent rom og stilfullt hotell. Litt dyrt i restauranten og i baren men vi spiste på byen. Typisk business hotell med en rolig atmosfære. Bør prøves.
"Hyggelig, men små rom"
Hotellet bærer preg av at det er gammelt, men er allikevel bra pusset opp. Flotte dekorasjoner under takene og store gull-lysekroner gjør at hotellet får et luksetiøst utseende. Rommet vi fikk lå på 4.etg og var ganske trangt, men heldigvis reint. En liten forskrekkelse var at rommet ikke hadde ordentlige vinduer, men små glugger som man så vidt kunne […] åpne for å få inn litt luft. Rommet manglet også luftkondisjonering.
