Hotelli oli ihan mukava ja siisti. Aamiainen oli OK. Sänky oli hyvä ja TV kanavia riitti. Ainoa mikä puuttui oli golf channel. Ympäristö ei välttämättä ole hyvä kävelylle, paikalliset varoittivat rikollisuudesta. Mutta jos liikut autolla niin suosittelen.

Asuimme perheeni kanssa pari viikkoa hotellissa ja kaikki meni yleisesti ottaen hyvin. Aamupala kuului hotellin hintaan ja oli mielestäni hyvä. Ainoat mieleen tulvat miinuspuolet liittyivät epäselvyyksiin: jäi epäselväksi, onko hotellissa lapsille matkasänkyjä vai ei, sillä saimme asiasta kahdenlaista informaatiota. Loppujen lopuksi hotelli ei niitä ainakaan meille tarjonnut, joten otimme yhden mukaan. Lisäksi siivojat vähän liiankin innokkaasti poistivat lapsillemme tarkoitetut ylimääräiset pyyhkeet ja vuodetarvikkeet, mutta asia korjaantui kun sanoimme asiasta siivousvastaavalle.
Lisähenkilöistä saatetaan periä maksu, joka saattaa vaihdella hotellikohtaisesti.
Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä vaaditaan virallinen kuvallinen henkilöllisyystodistus ja luottokortti tai käteistalletus mahdollisten lisämaksujen takia.

We liked everything about our stay with two exceptions -- the posted check-in time at the front desk said 4 pm, the Hotels.com confirmation said 3 pm which created a bit of an issue but staff got us in with a short wait but they did point out that hotels.com was wrong. Second, the breakfast area should have had a microwave as we had our own gluten-free […] hot cereal which we wanted to prepare in the breakfast room to meet with another hotel guest but they only had hot water. "Is shampoo too much to expect?"
Front desk staff was courteous, however the room lacked shampoo. I left a note for the cleaning staff & it was supplied the next day, but should I really have to ask for a basic item? The fridge was too cold & my beer was frozen overnight. I guess warm beer would have been worse but I couldn't find any adjustment. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. "Decent and Pleasant"
At first, they didn't see the hotel.com booking, but the upgraded me to a suite without question upon seeing my confirmation. The room was real nice and quite. The workout room is also very good. The shower is my only complaint. The head is only 5-6" high, which is about 8" lower than I need it :)

I would expect more for the money. The building was run down and the entire hotel had a really bad odor to it. The staff was friendly enough, but they didn't provide much in the way of service. Love this Hotels Location!!!! Great price for Houston! But, i had slept on top of the Bedspread and covered with my blanket from home. Woke up next morning with a rash on chest and back. That was 3 days ago.....rash is now subsiding. Cannot say it was the Spread...but don't know how else it came about. Had stayed here before without incident!

"Comfortable but not elegant"
We stayed two nights at the Fountainview. It is an older facility, with very basic furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. The area around the hotel is not very attractive. Service was good and responsive.

"Nice Location and offers good value"
Felt comfortable, clean, nice perk with the Refridgerator/microwave. Would choose to stay again. Mainly stayed for a place to sleep. Would like to enjoy a more leisure stay.
"Don't go there"
The night-shift front desk clerk was rude, unwelcoming and intimidating. I felt I was in front of a prison guard, like one of those you see in very bad B movies. Next time, I'd rather sleep in my car than at that place.

We reserved this hotel for one night because we needed to be close to the Venezuelan consulate. This hotel was about 1 mile away and that was perfect. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The air conditioning in the room made it extremely cold, even when we lowered it to medium, but we were so tired, we slept very well anyway. "Needs Improvement"
I've stayed here before. The money I paid this time was not worth the comfort level of the bed, linens.. hotel needs updating inside and out but it's not horrible. Staff very helpful and friendly. nice pool. decent breakfast. OVerall not a bad hotel, just had to pay more this time around due to are hotels being filled.

The hotel was exactly what we expected... which is not always the case. The property was clean, and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. All with the exception of the night time security guard, whose attitude was rude & disrespectful. If you can't be respectful and helpful to single women then don't work the nightshift at a hotel directly […] across the street from a "ladies club". In trying to book another room, we waited at the counter for over 10 minutes while he sat & read his newspaper, when we asked if someone was working his response was "I can't remind your minds, if you need something ask".
