Quality Inn and Suites New Braunfels - New Braunfels

Extremely thin walls. Were unable to sleep due to all the noise in and outside of hotel room. Hotel representative was disrespectful and rude towards other guest. On a positive note, the room was clean.

i searched for an hour to find the perfect hotel to follow our school basketball team in the regional tournament, i thought this would be the one, they did not give me a AAA discount, i made sure there was an indoor pool and hot tub for my relaxation and fun for the kids traveling with us, the hot tub did not work and was colder water than the pool, […] the lad at the front desk was very rude and not concerned at all about the hot tub not working or about my AAA or 30% farm bureau discount Lisätietoja

Hotel and location was great!!

Check in is 2:00 my room was not ready till 3:00 front desk clerk was not friendly at all.

No complaints, our room was on the highway side so it was a little noisy but not that bad. Overall clean, and comfortable. I would stay again

Not only was our room ready, it was comfortable, smelled good!!!, close to wonderful restaurants, and had a great mattress. No late night parties going on next door or annoying people running up and down the halls. Beats anything else we've stayed in. This is our 2nd time here and not our last. The location was convenient and easy to get in and out of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough with a refrigerator and microwave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable place to stay.

Friendly staff, room was clean and the cost was affordable for week end get away! No problems with my ck in or ck out process. Would recommend hotel to family and friends. Immediate access to HWY.

Parking lot was completley full, we had to park 2 blocks away! Access to the doors with out room key never worked, we had to walk all the way around to the front of the hotel. Receptionist was very rude upon checking in, and checking out! And when we were asking about our key to the rest of the doors.

This hotel is very convenient to Schlitterbahn. Our room was a nice size and it was very clean. We enjoyed it and will use it again for sure.

I was disappointed with the old TV and lack of being able to get pay per view. The ice machine was broken and they stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 instead of 10:00. The room was clean and the staff was friendly though.

Arriving there everything happened as expected. Once, in my room it was larger than I expected and very pleased. After I settled in, I wanted to finish up some work on my laptop. Once, it was very difficult to connect. Signal strenth was too low, and was unable to connect at all.Which I had requested a room with wifi capabilities. Its was pretty late […] I knew it would be a lost cause to get someone to look at it. I decided I would watch tv for a while. It worked of all an hour before screen froze and stayed that way for a long while. Checked television an hour later and still frozen. I forgot to pack tooth paste so, I go downstairs to front desk and ask for some. He tells me do provide for our guest, and if we did I don't where its at. By then, I was fed up and went to bed. The morning I go to get breakfast at 8:30, they already cleaned everthing and said sorry I could get some juice. I said well can I use your buisness center. After trying login and finally connected. However it blocked anything and everthing that I needed it for. I couldn't even check my work or personal email. I asked the person at the front desk, and shrugs her shoulders Sorry!! The indoor pool and hot tub are nice and good size but the pool was not heated, a bit cold in Dec. Overall, good value for the price. Nice hot breakfast.

The hotel did not have anything fancy if that is what you want. It was a very basic hotel. The pillows left something to be desired. The sheets smelled just washed which was very nice since sometimes you never know. Also the hotel was very quite. Easy access on and off the highway. Would recommend.

Good location off I-35. Was very close to water park and Canyon Lake. Room was clean. Plenty of parking and not in area with lot's of activity or noise. Went a little too late to lobby for breakfast. No more eggs and bagels. Line too long to make waffles. Overall enjoyed our stay and price of our stay.

Said there was a Fridge and Microwave... did not see those in my room!

Very musty smell throughout.

This hotel had a very musky smell In the halls and the rooms. The hot tub was broken. Our room was alot smaller than expected and ended up renting a second room. The heater was emitting enough smoke to set off the smoke alarm. When we called the front desk they just told us that no one uses the heater and sent a maid to spray freshner intheroom. Oh […] and the smoke detector was just hanging from it wires it wasn't even attatched to the wall. We couldn't get into the gym either. After being moved to another room by the manager that had a jacuzzi tub and buying some air freshener to spray the room we stayed but it is obvious I would never stay here again. Lisätietoja
