Tämä hotelli sijaitsee ehdottomasti parhaalla paikalla Niagaran Kanadan puoleisella rannalla. Kun valitset Falls Wiev -hyoneen voit nähdä sekä hevosenkengäputouksen ja suoraan USA:n puolelta tulevan pienemmän putouksen. Hotellista rantaan n- 100 metriä. Hinta-/laatusuhde USA:n isojen kaupunkien hotelleihin verrattuna erinomainen.

The stay was ok but the jacuzzi didn't seem to be to clean and at one point a random man walked into our room because his key worked in our door.

"Nice location, safe neighborhood"
Older hotel, could use some renovation. Nice neighborhood, close to downtown attractions. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. Perfect place to stay for a one night get away.

"BEST WESTERN ON THE AVENUE - BUFFALO, NY"
Overall a pleasant stay. I had a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor and could smell smoke in my room. WIFI would not work in room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Great location.

"Best Western on the Ave"
First time to Buffalo. Had the jacuzzi suite. Takes about 30 mins to fill because they do not have a faucet to fill the tub, the water drips out of the jets. That was disappointing. They should really change this. The instruction sheet even says "Do not fall alseep when filling tub" that's how slow it is. Surrounding area is run down, but most of Buffalo […] is. Close to shopping. Clean hotel, quite and comfortable. If hotel owners are reading this; the room layouts should not have the heat/air conditioner beside the bed (some people can not sleep with air blowing on them) Other than that, was a great week-end away. "good place ti stay"
Enjoyed our 3 nights here. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean, comfortable, quiet and roomy. Good choices for breakfast. Close to public transport but a bit far from airport and shopping centres.

A very pleasant, low-key hotel. Really nice and helpful desk clerks. Clean, modest, comfortable room. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. We'd stay there again.
Would reccomend this place to anyone. Great place to stay at.

"The Best Western onf the Avenue in Buffalo, NY"
The stay was a pleasant one and the staff was friendly. Our room was what we expected. The convenience to downtown and our event made it the logical place to stay.

Located on Delaware Avenue in a rejuvenated rennaisance neighbourhood of Buffalo we were close enough to the downtown we could take a cab for under $5.00 to all exhibits, shows and night life. Parking was free and adequate and the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This is a pet frfriendly location so be prepared for 4 legged creatures […] on your floor. Parking at night can be a problem. If you need to park on the street, starting at 7 am you need to feed the meter.
"Great Value for your money"
Location was excellent. Rooms were clean but certainly nothing fancy. Hotel rooms are in need of updating but otherwise a cozy stay at a great price.
