We went there on Holliday thinking we could get dinner but waiter was waiting on his own family instead of us

There were several things not to like. The room smelled from the bar in the lounge which had smoking. The carpet is old and dirty. The wi-fi was so slow we could not effectively use it. The only strong positive was the well designed bathtub.

Stayed in Ramada Wilmington for one night. Service was expected at the price paid. The only complaint is that the linens were not fresh. Not sure if they were changed after previous guests.

No problems at all. Served our needs while we toured UDel.

I enjoyed the value of the hotel. For a good price, there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, clean and a nice size television with some "free" (99cents a nigh) movies. Only thing was my next door neightbor and his girfirend could be heard arguing about his father until midnight. Also the pilllows we had were like couch throw pillows. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel has seen better days. I asked for a nonsmoking room but my room reeked smoke even the hallway had a strong smell. I told the front desk but they could not do anything. The breakfast was OK but the potatoe and cabbage offering was rather strange.

I had never stayed at a Ramada Inn before, and was very surprised that I could not find anything wrong with this hotel. I've stayed at many hotels before and there was always at least one thing for me to complain about; mainly the bathroom. The hotel was satisfactory in all respects considering the competitive price of its accommodations. The facilities were cleans and acceptably maintained. The provided morning breakfast was fine and extensive for being labeled as a continental breakfast. The sheets and bed blanket should be upgraded as they felt overused.

This is my second time staying at this same exact Ramada on my way back from Florida and it's just about the best hotel you could stay at! The room's are very comfortable and roomy, everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast included was better than your average continental with waffles, scrambled eggs, etc. The restaurant that was built into the […] hotel was better than eating out with very reasonable prices and fresh made to order Italian food. The only possible downfall of the hotel was that no elevator is in the hotel so you would have to take the stairs but for me it wasn't necessary. Wish I could've taken advantage of the outdoor pool but being March it's too early. Other then that it was the perfect nights stay and will stay at this hotel again and it is highly recommended! It was fine except they started breaking down the breakfast a little early so I did not have many options.

This isn't a BAD hotel. Located right near a shopping center with everything you need and there's even a bar and restaurant downstairs ~ not to mention a continental breakfast! However, the only complaint I have is we happened to not have an iron in our room (which was needed). We called the front desk and she said "the hotel is full and I don't know […] where housekeeping keeps the other irons so you'll have to wait until 8am tomorrow". My friend then told her "we have a call time of 7:45am so we'll need it tonight". She then told us there was nothing she could do. (Not sure why she just couldn't call someone and find out where the extra irons were ~ pretty sure they have a phone list). ANYWAY, we resorted to the good ol' college way of "ironing" by sticking the shirt in the bathroom with the hot water on hoping for wrinkles to fall. Success!! Great location, very helpful and attentive staff. Bathroom floor needs thorough cleaning, but overall was a good place to stay. Breakfast was good and included. I would stay there again without problem. Very pleasant stay, and wonderfully caring desk staff..

I was a little nervous because the price was super low on a deal, and had read some so-so reviews. The room was fine, and the desk people helpful. It is a bit old and the room had a sort of stale smoke smell..not too bad. The heater/ac was noisy and went on and off all night.

The only thing that was wrong with the room, the shower was leaking into the bed area soaking the carpet every time we took a shower, which makes it uncomfortable. Apart from that the stay and expectation was up to standards.

We chose this hotel as it had a restaurant/bar. However we unfortunately discovered that no food is available after 9pm.

Told I had reservation for King size-ended up with double queen. Alarm clock going off in first room, TV didn't work, switched to another room. TV worked, bathroom phone made loud noise Dissatisfied customer.

Renovated...is the key word here. This Ramada is in good condition - restful, convenient, decently appointed, and good value.

I only stayed there for one night en route north. The service at the hotel was fine. The restaurant was good. However, my husband unfortunately left his wallets, credit cards, license, etc in the nightstand drawer. We realized this about 21/2 hours after checking out. I called the hotel and they checked the room and found the items and mailed them back […] the next day. Unfortunately, the wallet in which he kept his cash (approximately $200 was empty. The other wallet had four $1 bills in it. No one new had yet checked into the room, so we wonder who helped themselves to his cash. The room had been cleaned already by housekeeping. The water heater broke the first night and the hotel offered no compensation. The room's heating and cooling unit did not operat properly. It did not work on the auto mode. The bed had hair on it. I don't think they changed the sheets. Also, the covers on the bed did not stay fixed. As I moved or adjusted my position, the covers would move with me. Not […] a comfortable stay. An older Ramada Inn just off the I-95 interstate south of Wilmington. The hotel has been updated with modern beds and bathrooms -- free breakfast has a range of choices. Not much in the area, other motels, a restaurant and a big hospital.

All the people were very friendly..everyone smiled and was very polite . Easy to get to and plenty of parking . Rooms are clean and the dinning area was set up nice ..not crowded !

As long as you remember to turn on the fan to block traffic noise, this is an excellent choice for a quick overnight or even 2 day stay. Friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast.

I was glad to find that the hotel was directly off the highway...the staff was friendly and the room was more than adequate..the bedding was fresh and appeared to be new, which I appreciated...the breakfast was good and plentiful..it was worth the money and I would stay again !!!!

I stay in this area quite a bit so I've been trying different hotels to figure out what I like best. This one is definitely not it. Room wasn't too clean (i.e. I looked under the chair cushion (like I always do, checking for bedbugs) and there was gum and other items in there. Very well located hotel, clean, good continental breakfast, and friendly staff but you can find some items broken in the room and some time take time to be repaired

-Room was extremely dirty. I didn't even feel comfortable walking on the carpet with my bare feet. -Room was musty, and AC would work only for a few minutes and then automatically turn off despite being on coldest setting -Alarm clock had incorrect time (a sign of not being detail-oriented) -Room literally had a hole in the wall and was "plugged" […] with toilet paper -Breakfast wasn't very good. I have lived in other hotels in the same area and found them quite better. But this one is not bad too.

Water ressure and lighting are low

Good for the buck. Decent enough to stay for a night or two.

I was actually positively surprised. Really good value for the price I paid. Breakfast is one of the best I had included with a room. Good location with plenty to do and eat around. Had minor problems but they were resolved very promptly.

Stayed here for a night in November while traveling on business. My non-smoking room was definitely a smoking room until very recently, and I didn't bother taking my clothes out of my suitcase because I knew they'd reek of smoke & the pungent cleaning stuff the hotel had used to try to mask the smell of the smoke. The bathroom looked like it hadn't […] been cleaned in two weeks. The hotel bar is a joke, and the onsite restaurant was located in the same room where they supposedly served breakfast. I write "supposedly" because although a free breakfast is advertised (and again mentioned upon checking in), there was no breakfast provided. All in all, a terrible hotel experience. My only concern: The breakfast! day by day is the same and lack for diversity! /It will have more healthy food.

Nice hotel for the price, close to the mall and shopping.
