Nicole M. at the front desk was so pleasant and helped us with directions twice! She even printed them out for us. She was there on Saturday evening until 11pm, then back at 7am on Sunday and still was pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

The hotel desk staff was excellent and very accommodating. Availability of the free shuttle service was great. If you are attending the US Open or Mets games, you can easily walk to the venues. Fantastic!!! Not my first time and most certainly not my last. I was there for only one night this time and as before it was just marvelous!!very friendly front desk staff and shuttle driver. I will stay there again

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Front Desk attendant called a cab and stored our luggage on the day of check out so we could see the sights.

RIGHT off the highway - a bit tricky to locate (GPS took me to the wrong spot too...) After a couple of loops around the block I got into the parking lot. Staff was super friendly and room was clean, Good bet for the money.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it fully met our needs and expectations. The hotel is well-kept and the staff appeared to be continuously cleaning. We stayed here for three nights. The hotel was much better than I had expected for NYC at that price. It's location by the LIE and Grand Central Pkwy is good if you are traveling by car. You pay primarilly for the close proximity to LGA. Local management were very inflexible in working with expedia when our group need to move the last nights stay out 3 days, it was palinly turned down and we lost the money. Upkeep of hotel corridors shows the age of the hotel. One mattress was extemely lumpy and room close to busy streets.

This is my second time at this hotel. Clean sheets, clean room and excellent free breaksfast. Excellent location!

It was a nice hotel. I was a little nervous about the surrounding area. Looks run down. Shawn was outstanding. Helped us with shuttle service to return our rent car. Shuttle driver was amazing and helpful. Breakfast was very good and very nice. I would highly recommend this for the convenience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again. Complimentary breakfast was great! Walking distance to USTA but shuttle was available to the tennis as well as subway or shopping mall.

The hotel is within walking distance of the USOpen and offers free shuttles to and from the park where the tennis is played - still some walking involved after the drop off. They might have underestimated the need for the shuttle sometimes but the fact that it was free, dropped you at the USOpen, the airport and a Subway station were all pluses. Everything went well and as expected, except there was no swimming pool or tennis channel.

This hotel was sheer convenience. We stayed at the tennis center until 1am and grabbed a super quick shuttle back to the hotel. During the day, it was a 10 minute walk to and from the stadiums. My stay was better than anticipated due to circumstance. O was on a rush but hotel and booking staff worked with us. Very much appreciated. I even book a smoking by accident and they moved me to non smoking the next day.

It was alright...neighborhood was sketchy I think, it was late and needed a place to crash on a layover. Served the purpose and easy to get to the airport with the free shuttle.

The hotel was great. It's not really near a subway but the shuttle is pretty easy to get to the subway. It's a little disconserting standing on the corner after dark waiting for pickup though. The room was clean and most of the staff polite and helpful.
