Huoneet reilun kokoisia, sohva ja kirjoituspöytä ja reilusti tilaa matkatavaroille. Selkeästi kuitenkin vanhempi hotelli - putkitelevisio (iso) ja vanha sateliittiboksi. Kylpyhuone pieni mutta siisti, ketjumotellista askel ylöspäin, joskin pieni sellainen. Hyvä ilmastointi, mikä on Phoenixissä pakko. Allasalue reilun kokoinen, paljon aurinkotuoleja […] ja useita pöytäryhmiä varjoineen. Pyyhkeitä vapaasti otettavissa laatikosta. Suolavesiallas, lämmin vesi ja suht absurdilta tuntuva iso poreallas 40-asteisine vesineen. Ravintola ja baari sulkevat aikaisin kesällä, mikä oli kiusallista, koska on-site baari oli yksi valintaperusteista. Ihan vieressä on muutama ravintola, joista voi suositella ainakin Cajun Seafood Cafeta, jonka ulkoasu ei kielinyt niin loistavasta ruoasta, kuin mitä sieltä sai. Macayos Mexican taas oli erittäin hyvä sekä laadultaan, siisteydeltään, että palvelultaan. Kymmenen minuutin sisällä on sitten jo kymmenkunta erittäin hyvää ketjuravintolaa. Dobson Ranchin golf-kenttä on vieressä, edullinen ja melko standardi amerikkalaispuistokenttä, jolta ainakin kesällä sai hyvin aikoja. Vuokramailat olivat keskinkertaiset. This has to be one of the worst places I have stayed. The customer service above all was the worst part of our stay. Let me start by saying the moment we walked into the room there was a flying cockroach which was not a pleasant greeting. We were placed in a room; whereby, both upstairs and downstairs ice machines were broke. In the evening I called […] the front desk to have them recommend a night out on the town and had requested a formal steakhouse... the desk clerk stated "ummm, well there is one in our lobby that’s alright." Not really the recommendation I was looking for. Lastly, I on our last day I was showering and had run out of my personal conditioner. I got out of the shower to look at the complimentary toiletries and noticed that conditioner was not part of our small perks. I called the front desk and asked if someone could make a courtesy stop and bring some up to me as I was still wet in a towel. The front clerk stated: "No, we don't do that! Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean although a little dated e.g. fixtures in the rooms. Peaceful yet convenient to freeway and shopping mall. I would have no problems staying here again.

We sure enjoyed it. Conveniently located, lovely grounds, lovely river running through it. We had a beautiful walk along the river and enjoyed seeing all the wildlife in the city. Great place to stay.

It is more a motel than a hotel and it is very noisy at times, especially if your room is close to the pool or you have a connecting door to another room with noisy people there as I had. The front desk was very helpful. The breakfast a bit chaotic at times.

Hotel was old and dirty once you leave the front desk area. Loud intermentant noise in room. Wife found two bed bugs in room. Large full grown crawling next to my 7 month old, small one on second bed. Front desk worker didn't care too much and wasn't surprised. Management never showed up or called to talk about it. The bathroom was dirty. Splats on the toilet and splats on the mirror.

Not as impressed with the place as I was with the pictures.

Would be great if they would put families with kids in one area as they have alot of flex for the comfort of Seniors-bouncing on and of beds makes it hard to have a nap when not feeling well.

They have horrible coustmer service!!! I will never stay at that dump again!!!!

Stayed for two nights. We did have someone help us with our bags because they didn't have a first floor room. (Had a severe knee injury...stairs only, no elevator.) The room had an old musty smell, and the screen on the window was propped against the door. We spent the first night with no screen on the window...not good security. the landscaping is beautiful and the pool is veryy nice the desk chair was worn out. the orther modern living room chair is good to look at and uncomfortable. No appliance available to get hot water for tea. the refrigerator was untsable and rocked

clean,resort atmosphere. Huge selection for breakfast although same every day. Breakfast a must if you have kids. Very nice pool and hottub although somewhat dated.

They try to lure you by saying that it's close to hohokam park and the cubs spring training and all that. It is not what they say or close to the park. $20-30 cab every time. You may see a cub or two in the bar, so what?!? Not for the quality of the hotel and the fact it's located by nothing. Too expensive for the overall qualitu and location.

Nice and Clean. They had a buffet breakfast (included) that I would give only 2 stars. BUT if you have kids, then I would give it 5 stars.

hotel needs major renovation, AC was loud & shook the room, TV was from the 70s, best part of the stay was the BREAKFAST.

Well maintained OLDER motel with good location and nice pool area and great full complimentary breakfast. Staff responded well to needs and younger maintenance man pleasant and responded quickly.

We took our Grandkids there to enjoy a little staycation and play in the pool. The people are friendly, the pool area was clean with fresh towels in a deck box. The pool/spa was clean and heated to a comfortable level. We had fun.

The room was older, and the drain in the tub was slow. The free Internet was not working in our room. The maintenance guy said their service was down. The ice machine was broken on the second floor. We could have purchased a better room in another hotel for the same price or cheaper.

I have stayed here before many, many years ago. It's a great location; staff was very friendly and accomodating. My only complaint is that the room I was put in was not at all like the pictures.

for the price you pay for the rooms, they need some serious updating..size of room is good.....breakfast buffet was medium quality.....not anything to see or do within walking distance...ok hotel for a night. ....i was expecting something nicer after seeing your website........

Have stayed at this hotel for the last five years. Defintely going downhill since losing the Best Western franchise. We had several issues this stay such as air conditioner not working, tub not draining properly, toilet not flushing, bumps in carpet, garbage in hallways not getting picked up, internet not working, etc.... Nice hotel with breakfast included. Right by freeway. Only problem I had was my card being charged two security deposits which I was assured would fall off shortly after my stay. Other than that great hotel for the price.

My only complaint was that during check in there was a long line and wait because there was only one guy working the front desk. Otherwise it was a pretty spectacular stay. Despite the hotel being next to the freeway, it is still nestled right beside a cute and comfortable neighborhood. We recently stayed 3 nights at the Dobson Inn. Although there was a bit of mix up at first and they gave us a room that was already occupied, they quickly found us a new room and apologized many times. Nice clean hotel that was 20 min away from our destination. Only problem we had was that the front desk told us breakfast ended at 10:30 and when we got there at 10:10 breakfast was already over at 10:00 and the food was already being rolled away.

Very dated hotel. Hot tub in pool broken and was never repaired. Pool & pool area was kept clean. Bed in room was comfortable, but room smelled stale. One section of hotel to cover stale smell they heavily used Fabreze which was really bad. If things weren't broken at this hotel it soon will be. Chairs/couches in rooms were stained.

For the price, this hotel is a nice place. It's an older hotel, so some things may look dated, but are in good condition. They got the basics covered: comfortable bed, pillows and nice linens. We used to stay at the Mesa Days Inn. Couldn't get a room there. Went to Dobson Ranch Inn. Best move ever. Place is very nice. Quiet. Took a walk around the neighbor hood. Will stay there again on next trip.

The daily hot breakfast was a nice feature and helped me to save money on breakfast each day.

Very nice neighborhood, friendly management, helpful and responsive. The only drawback was that the breakfast was marginal and no microwave. But, the refrigerator was a pleasant surprise.
