The hotel staff beat on my door at 7am yelling at us wanting to see if we were stayingand we were there for 2 days. Rude front desk staff.

One of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in!

Short stay. Fairly satisfied. Refrigerator keep high temperature (had two rooms so we used the other rooms refrigertor). The bed was a little too soft for our backs. Other wise enjoyable. Would recommend because of price and location.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's a Dump. No maid service, boken Ice machine and dirty rooms. Poor management.

We checked out after one night because the room was literally unlivable. The ceiling had several massive cracks and shoddy patches with obvious flood damage. The vinyl floor tiles were discolored, warped and many were cracked. The refrigerator was not functioning, interior rusted, and foul stench emitting from inside. Bathroom caulk was covered […] in mold, and shower floor stained yellow and black. Beds were awful, we could feel every individual spring poking into our backs. There was no hair dryer in the room, as advertised. WE had to go to the desk to get a replacement...they didn't even offer to to bring it to us when they were supposed to have provided it. This hotel was horrible. there was an old 19in tv in the room. carpet so dirty it was sticky. door did not seal or close properly. woke up to a cockroach on the toilet seat the morning of checkout and when I complained to the front desk the only response I got was "no on else reported anything". Would not set my worst enemy up at this hotel

This is a decent bargain for staying in Virginia Beach. It is not ocean front but it is only a 15 minute drive. The hotel is near a mall and several strip shopping centers--convenient for getting groceries, incidentals and going to the movies. There were several ciagrette burns in the bathroom, bedspread, etc. but the room was relatively clean.

Pleasant stay. Employees very cheerful and helpful. Hotel not bad, but getting a little older and showing some wear and tear. Comfortable bed, good heating and cooling, nice to have a full kitchen (but freezer did not freeze). Overall, a good stay. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent! only a few minutes from the beach, the staff was friendly & courteous & everything i needed they got for me.

NOT CLEAN AT ALL, SMELL MOLD, CELLING LOOK WET, IT WAS JUST BAD, HAD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM, WASENT BETTER. JUST A NASTY HOTEL. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was not clean the dryer in the bathroom was full of hair and dirt on the top. The room did not smell clean and the bed was not comfortable at all.

if you care about your family and your health, you better avoid this hotel. very dirty, plus you don't feel safe at all, the room stinks the cigarette smell, the condition of maintenance of the hotel is really bad.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The hotel is outdated, the beds were uncomfortable and our door would not shut properly. If you want a good nights sleep, this hotel is not for you. The other guests, of the hotel, partied almost all night. They played loud music, were singing and were running up and down the halls. The hotels furniture was peeling and falling apart, but what really bothered me was the fact that because it is an extended stay hotel they don't change linens but twice a week. This means if you stay there a night, two or even three you will quickly run out of towels and be forced to go to the office for an exchange. The location of the hotel was excellent, very close to freeway and attractions, sad part was that is the best part. The hotel staff was nice, but seemed to be understaffed at the front desk. My room was disgusting, the carpets were filthy, the bed sheets smelled... the bathroom was the worst part, toilet seat was broken. Shower had mold all over it, […] shower curtains had stains on it.... best part, I went to call the front desk to complain, but the phone in my room was not hooked up to the wall with a phone chord. I went to the front desk to complain and was told maintiance would be up to fix/clean the issues mentioned above but no one ever showed up, no one ever cleaned the room or fixed the phone. I made this reservation about 20min. before I arrived through my smart phone, when I arrived they had the reservation. No problems what so ever.clean room,quiet,plenty of hot water.I have paid more for rooms and had less quality.Iwill stay here again.

The room was cleaned but wasn't changed.....meaning the sheets looked used and had stains on them.....we had roches in our room and the toilet was stopped up

We just needed a place to crash for the night after spending the day playing at the beach. Did not go in with high expectations but seriously I would not stay here again. It would be wise to pay a little extra to stay somewhere else.

Upon our arrival, we had to wait for the clerk to actually assign a room to us. So why did we make a reservation? We had to excuse ourselves past a group of "guests" to get to the room. The parking lot and stairs are loitering places. The room smelled awful. it was supposed to be a non-smoking! According to the clerk it was, but if a prior guest smoked […] in it, it was beyond their control. Due to the smell and filthy conditions, we asked for another room. The clerk told us if we had a problem with the new room, they would check it out themselves. The refrigerator did not work, there were no washcloths and parking was terrible. People with trailers were permitted to park crossways, taking up four or five spots. When I asked for washcloths, they acted like I was stealing them and selling them on ebay!!! Next time I will pay the extra money for a better hotel. Had it not been terribly late, I would have taken time to find a better place for the night. The hotel never made my bed or gave me clean towels during the week and the front desk said that they would do that every day. The cleaning staff sounded a test fire alarm to see who was left in their hotel rooms in the morning one time. I was a little disgusted after that.

Old hotel, refrig would not cool very well & control knob missing. Television volume on remote did not work and volume buttons on TV were missing. Stay was 3 days and room was not cleaned once nor were towels replenished. Hotel room was filthy load noises at night no house keeping in the four days I was there carpet was dirty tiles broken on floor charge extra for clean towels it was like staying in a Third World Country

This was the dirtiest hotel stay of my life!!! After walking on the floor the bottoms of my children's feet were black. The room was very dirty and what was supposed to a non smoking room smelled like smoke. If it wasn't for the fact that I only needed it to sleep in over night for 2 nights I would have left. The hotel is in great need of many repairs. Hand rails very loose, rust eating away the stairs and hand rails, entry door to room had big gap in bottom side of door due to moisture swelling. Soap in room looked like mold growing. I can say the sheets looked clean.

Lets start with they lost my reservation when I arrived at 11:30pm to check in. The desk person argued with me telling me I must have made a mistake, only to finally after 45 min of searching and stomping his feet to find it and not even apologize to me. Waite he did aplologize by checking me out a day early. The front desk help was very friendly and efficient. However, the hotel is in need of some updating. The room had a dank, over-powering smell that made it unpleasant. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the iron unusable. I rented two rooms and the others in my party were also very displeased.

A place for the blue collar worker men not a place for a family or women surrounded by other hotels and places to eat. Room/maid service not offered every day may be a issue for some.

THE ROOM WAS OUT DATED OLD T.V. NO WAY TO HOOK UP A DVDPLAYER,THE CARPETS WERE OLD AND DURTY,THE PHONES DID NOT WORK AND YOU ONLY GOT ROOM SERVICE IF YOU STAYED FOR 7 DAYS,IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I EVER HEARD OF NO CLEANING SERVICE ON THE WEEK END.THAT WAS MY LAST TIME THERE THEY NEED TO COME INTO THE 21ST CENTURY.

THE RATES WERE GREAT AND THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. I LIKE THE FACT THAT THE ROOMS COME WITH KITCHENETTES.

Check in went very smoothly even though there was only one clerk there. The A/C and fridge was turned on when I got there. The location is near the mall, shopping centers, Joe's Crab Shack and almost any where else u want to eat. The room is about the same size as a regular room but it served my needs. I assume you have to ask the front desk for pots […] and pans. They did have silverware and Corelle dishes. Only enough for two people though. The room was clean but it did smell funny because it was a smoking room I guess. I just sprayed Lysol everyday. Did not get rid of the odor but I can't complain. For an overnight stay this hotel good.

The hotel was as expected/not a five star, but not a zero star either. The floors in the kitchen and bath area were slippery, some sort of residue. There was a strong sort of cleaning solution smell, when that wore off some, there was a smell of tobacco. But other than that, it was ok.
