The hairdryer did not work in my room and the noise was pretty loud in the wee hrs of the morning. I think people left their TV's on all night.

I wish I could remember the woman's name who checked us in and made us feel pretty special. She informed us of some sights to see in the area and provided directions. The breakfast was more than the usual continental offered by most other hotels. The room was not very soundproof; we could hear the TV in the room next to us when it was turned on at 5AM. […] I think the occupants were hard of hearing. Just stayed overnight but experience no problems. Rooms was nice and clean. Check in and out was easy.

Very clean and front desk staff is so charming. They let us in early around 230 pm . The pool was clean and great also. I will be back

GOOD ROOM. THE HEAT PUMP WAS HARD TO REGULATE. THE CLOCK DIAL WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE. OVERALL, THE ROOM WAS VERY ADEQUATE. THE FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS FAR BEYOND ANY OTHER HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN!

We stayed in the Hilton Garden Hotel in Savannah the day before. This hotel put it to shame. The staff was more than accomodating and the room was great. If you are into gambling the Harrah's Casino is right across the street.

Our stay was outstanding. The first thing when we got there was a friendly person at the front desk. Her name was Sherry and she was like a friend. She was outstanding. The pool was the bomb.. Open early for a fast dip before check out. Every one was very friendly and pleasant. Love this place will for sure go again.Very clean and fresh.

Have stayed at Fairfield several times before and each stay has been a very pleasant experience.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Right across the street from the casino. Unfortunately, nothing much else in walking distance though gift shops, etc are a couple of miles down mountain roads. This is a dry county so no drinks except in casino.

Overall experience was fine. However, the room we had faced toward the casino and traffic light. The heavy drapes were not designed to pull close and the light coming into the room was bright throught out the night

The room was fine but that staff was very rude and unprofessional. Everytime we were entering and exiting the hotel, the front desk attendant was outside smoking. There were numerous other examples to prove this staff did not care at all about customer service or trying to please the guest. Since there is too much to even write, just trust that this […] staff can ruin your experience here. For a Fairfield by Marriott, very disappointing. This was an excellent hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and its location was perfect (right across the street from the casino). I'll definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Room had adequate space and was nicely laid out. Would be nice to see the hotel do some work on sidewalks so you don't have to walk through mud when walking to/from the casino. The bed was hard and there was some noise from other rooms and parking lot so I can't say I had the best night's sleep.

Our experience with this hotel was positive in all aspects. It's conveniently close to Harrah's casino - directly across the street. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable even though our stay was during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

The hotel was very clean and everyone was very nice. We got there early and they had the room ready to check into. It is right across the street from the Casino. The only negative was the pillows, very soft, not to our liking.

The Fairfield Inn is directly across the road from the Cherokee Casino and Hotel entrance. The hotel is constructed so that one end of a hallway has an exit opening onto the sidewalk at a crosswalk. There is a traffic signal there to allow pedestrians to cross to the casino. The hotel was a nice, moderate class hotel. It is new and everything appears […] to be well-maintained. Free breakfast is provided each morning off of the lobby. Our room was non-smoking with a king size bed. The bathroom was a basic hotel bathroom, rather small, but was clean and sufficient for our needs. There was no problem with noise from either the adjoining rooms or outdoors.
