I greatly enjoyed my stay at this reasonably priced hotel in Paris. The staff was very helpful and charming, and I was fortunate to get a top floor room with a balcony overlooking Paris rooftops! It is also on a relatively quiet side street close to Monmartre, Opera & Central Paris.

We are very disappointed at the hotel in Paris. On arrival, the reception staff was so impatient and rude and was not willing to help. The worst thing is the hotel charged us 23 Euros for calling the shuttle bus to the airport. The fee for the shuttle bus is 9 Euro each and yet they charged 59 Euros in total for 4 people. What a rip off! The room […] is so small, and there is no air-conditioning. There was not even a fan for the room. The average room temperature during our stay was around 30-34 degrees Celsius. The bathroom is so small and the facilities were rather old. They only provide a block of soap and a packet of shampoo for a two person room. The hotel's lift was ridiculously small, it only holds a maximum of 2 persons. There are other problems, but I don't have time to talk about them. First things first, the hotel staff was VERY RUDE and not helpful at all. the night staff was even worse. It's as if they couldn't be bothered about anything.

I found this hotel while in the CDGF airport, left behind due to the airport shut down across Europe in April 2010 and in the middle of the crisis this hotel was like water in the dessert, service and care from employees was awesome, very pleasently surprised and they helped us find alternative routes to return home. I have to say that service was much […] better that in a 5 star hotel my wife and I were before the airport crisis. Additionally, the hotel is very well located if you want to tour the city, it's only 2 blocks from the Pigale metro station (lines 2 and 12). GRAND HOTEL DE TURIN WAS GREAT LITTLE HOTEL,CLEAN AND FRIENDLY,THEY RECOMMENDED GREAT LITTLE EATING PLACES WITH SPECIAL 3 COURSE MEALS WHICH WAS VERY NICE AT 17 EURO P.P. VERY GOOD.

An average hotel- I suppose you get wht you pay for.lift dis not work for the whole 6 days we were there. The bathroom was tiny and my 6 ft tall husband banged his head everytime he comeout of the bathroom due to the raised step.My main disappointment was no tea or coffee making facilities! Excellent location, great room, and clean. Breakfast not included, and we had to pay separately for a very pricey stale croissant! Buy breakfast outsude cheaper and FAR better. The old lady was misarable, and seemed to be providing the service begrudgingly, it didnt feel comfortable to ask for anything.

The hotel was easy to find, in a good location a few minutes walk from 'Pigalle' metro station. The hotel is also situated a short walk from the Moulin Rouge area and one Metro stop from Sacre Coeur, you pass a few neon-lit "bars" and “shops” walking from the Metro station but nothing too risqué. If you are a light sleeper you might be better in a room […] at the rear of the hotel as it can be noisy from the occasional moped screaming down the Rue Victor Masse. The staff were polite and the hotel clean and fairly well looked after. Bear in mind that it is only a two star hotel, the quad (family) room is a bit cramped, the towels are a bit abrasive and the hot drinks-making facility is a vending machine in the lobby. The continental breakfast is relatively good value at 7 Euros (you will pay much more out and about) All-in-all the hotel was functional, comfortable and I dare say we could have done far worse, well worth it for a short budget break. Petit déjeuner trop cher pour la qualité et la diversité des produtis (jus de fruit bas de gamme, peu de choix de fruits...). Lit et chambre ok. WiFi payant !!! En 2012 cela n'est pas normal mais si il n'est facturé "que" deux euros les 24 heures.

je ne peux pas évaluer cet hotel car mon séjour s'est déroulé dans l hotel la caravelle a deux pas du grand hotel de turin .relogement du soit disant a des problèmes d'inondations dans l hotel.

Das Hotel liegt an guter Lage bei der Metrostation Pigalle. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Kein Erstklass-Hotel, aber das Zimmer war zweckmässig und sauber. Der Preis war auch nicht zu hoch. Nachteil: Es war sehr ringhörig!! Also, dieses Hotel ist geeignet, wen man nur zum Schlafen dort ist. Das Frühstück kann man in der Nähe auch in einem Starbucks-Café e […] innehmen. Lisätietoja

Helt OK i detta prisläge

Tre stjärnor är överskattat. Vi fick rum på bottenplan som vätte mot innergård. Då hissen inte fungerade beslöt vi stanna ändå. Rummet i sig var ganska ok, men allt annat var långt under förväntan. Bilder mm från hemsidan matchade inte verkligheten. Kvarteren i detta område är halvruffigt och de som är emot sexbutiker mm bör nog leta upp andra stadsdelar. […] Frukost hoppade vi över, 8E för tråkig frukost i tråkig miljö. På fik runt hörnan fick man kaffe och croissant för 2E. Men nära metro ca 300m och 15 min gångväg till shopping. Lisätietoja

De service(receptie, personeel, ontbijt) waren uitstekend. De kamer was netjes. De badhanddoeken klein en een beetje oud. Wel schoon. De vloer was minder(haarpluizen en verdroogde lenzen) Pittoresk straatje maar de ramen/deuren van enkel glas dus nogal gehorig tot ongeveer 1.00. Lekker ontbijt; maar ga wat later.

Fomos colocados em um quarto atras do salão de café. Bom foi que não precisamos subir escadas com o monte de malas que estavamos carregando, mas nos sentimos um pouco isolados, sem falar que o banheiro era esquisitíssimo (mas limpo). Verres en plastiques cassés. Travaux dans l'hotel à partir de 8h30 du matin donc impossibilité de dormir apres cette horaire. Le receptionniste a appeller dans la chambre à 11h01 afin de nous faire quitter la chambre.

Hôtel convenable qui a le mérite d'accueillir des familles.

Charmerende mindre og kompakt hotel med en god beliggenhed, venligt personale og ikke mindst tæt på Pigalle Metro station, som nås på blot 5 min til fods. Skønt kvarter med gode små restauranter, caféer og hyggelig atmosfære. Med dette hotel som base kommer man hurtigt til alle seværdigheder i Paris centrum. Revenus déçus de cet hôtel , chambre avec hygiène douteuse . Nous avons séjournés dans une chambre quadruple ayant une salle de bain minuscule pr 2 enfants en bas âge . Le personnel était tout de même accueillant et la situation de l hôtel très pratique . C est dommage ....

Bra hotell helt enkelt. Ligger lite för nära Moulin rouge som är ett snuskigt område (porr). Men om man inte har barn så rekommenderar jag hotellet.

un peu vieillot.très bruyant de part la rue ainsi que le système des portes il n y a pas de clenche il faut la tirer pour fermer donc toute la première nuit on entendait que des portes qui claquent pas très reposant !!

Vi bodde på hotellet i 5 nätter och trivdes jätte bra. Hotellet låg väldigt bra. När man gick ut på gatan så kunde man se sacre core. Det var jättte bra personal och dom var mycket hjälpsamma.

O hotel não é luxuoso mas é agradável, limpo, tem bom astral, funcionários atenciosos e dispostos a fornecer informações turíticas. É bem localizado, em rua tranquila e silenciosa, a 2 quadras da estação de metrô Pigalle.

Péssima localização numa zona de bares e casas de prostituição. Sair à noite nos arredores, nem pensar. É tomar um taxi na porta do hotel e ir prá outro lugar mais condizente. Hotel super antigo, acomodações limpas, mas velhas. Não recomendo.

Op Hotels.com stond dat het een 3 sterren hotel was en ik wilde, omdat ik met mijn vriendin ging, een tweepersoonsbed. In plaats daarvan was het een 2 sterren hotel, terwijl ik specifiek gezocht had op hotels met 3 sterren of meer. En we kregen 2 losse éénpersoonsbedden. Die schoven we tegen elkaar maar als we erin lagen schoven ze door de gladde ondergrond […] uit elkaar waardoor we apart moesten slapen. Het hotel personeel was wel heel aardig. Lisätietoja

Hôtel bien situé mais chambre un peu vétuste, mal insonorise et mauvais couchage. Par contre un tres Bon accueil du personnel

Förhållandevis rent och välskött hotell (jmfrt med andra hotell jag bott på i Paris). Men jag hade nog förväntat mig lite mer. Tre saker att tänka på: Kanske hade vi otur, men vi fick bo i rummet precis intill hissen på 5:e vån vilket också var slutstation för hissen. Hissen användes frekvent och detta hördes helt otroligt mycket i vårat rum... Sedan […] hade dörren en ca 3cm glipa undertill vilket gjorde att minsta lilla konversation ute i korridoren hördes ganska tydligt. Jag tänkte att inte bara vi kunde ha sådan otur och kollade därför lite dörrar när jag gick ned i trapporna och mycket riktigt var det ganska rejäla glipor under nästan alla dörrarna. Täcken erbjöds inte utan det var hederliga lakan och filtar (kändes lite som tillbaka till lumpen...). Summering: ett rent hotell (de skötte städningen väl), trevlig personal och bra läge (bara några minuters gångväg till Lafayette, Printemps osv). På minussidan har vi allmän komfort (likt det jag beskrivit ovan). Hoppas min recension kan vara till hjälp. Jag är själv tveksam om jag kommer bo på samma hotell nästa resa till Paris. Lisätietoja

The furniture in the hotel room seemed to be pretty new, but more of Ikea quality. The room lacked a carpet, which was explained by the night-porter that the floors in Paris had so good quality. Nice joke, since the floor was wood imitate for easier cleaning I suppose. There was a functional bathroom and a little TV set. There was a little desk too. […] Basic services like safe in the room and internet cost extra. Overall, it appeared like a separate room in a hostel with cleaning service. hotel de bonne qualite avec un personnel tres gentil

Para el precio que pagamos (con una oferta por más de 3 noches) no estuvo mal para ser París. La primera noche nos tuvieron que mandar a otro hotel porque no habían terminado unas obras (también de tres estrellas, pero bastante cochambroso), y nos invitaron a desayunar por las molestias. La recepción es mejor de lo que luego son las habitaciones...el […] baño bastante cutre, pero por ese precio bien. El entorno está lleno de "clubs", ya que está cerca del Moulin Rouge, pero nuestra sensación fue de total tranquilidad y seguridad. Ce fut très agréable!

Lille hyggeligt hotel,hvor man hurtigt bliver bekendt med personalet, som er kompetent og hjælpsomt. Enkelt og spartansk indretning på værelset, godt badeværelse. Værelse med altan. Glimrende morgenmads restaurant efter franske forhold med venlig betjening. Idéalement situé dans le quartier de Pigalle, sans être au milieu des sex shops. Et surtout à 2 minutes à pied du quartier montmartrois des Abbesses. Prix abordable, propre, calme. Le décor de la chambre était simpliste avec un vis-à-vis direct, mais n'y ayant que dormi la nuit, les rideaux fermés, cela ne nous a pas dérangé.
