I really enjoyed my stay at ACME Hotel! The stay was incredibly helpful & friendly (literally every person I spoke with said Hi and asked how I was doing), the room, though narrow, had all of the amenities and was wired for my electronic needs. Acme hotel is directly in the middle of downtown Chicago. It was nice to be able to get to everything by walking a few blocks. The $35/night parking charge is a little steep, & if you want free parking theres a hilton garden inn on the corner. Not much to do for kids at this hotel. No pool. There is a sauna and hot tub with workout room in the basement. […] The free morning coffee was wonderful. Dont touch the snack bar or the minibar fridge. It will automatically charge you. We loved this hotel! It was not your cookie cutter room. It was decorated very cool & funky but was also very clean & comfortable. You can't beat the location- just a block and a half from Michigan Ave. Parking was also very convenient since the parking garage is right next door. Therein lies the noise problem. Perhaps it isn't as pronounced in other […] rooms but the room we were in was right next to the garage exit so we were awoken to 3 car alarms, an extended argument between a customer & a garage employee (one side of which was louder since he was yelling into a microphone in the booth), and warning beeps every time a car left the garage. This was all in the course of 1 night. Now that may sound very off putting but we were so impressed with the hotel & the staff who greeted us as if we were out of town friends visiting that we would stay here again; we would just bring earplugs. Room was cool, clean, comfy and eclectic. Unfortunately, it also was next to a parking ramp and that made for LOTS of external noise. Doors were a little thin so you could hear the hallway noise, but the other guests were courteous. Location and staff were EXCELLENT!!!! I would stay here again.

As my husband and I visit Chicago on a regular basis, and have stayed at the Palmer House, The Hilton, and other upscale hotels, we give the Acme hotel 2 thumbs up. ACME wants to be hip and probably succeeds. Lips on the bathroom mirror, zipper on the wall & handprint over the bed plus towel rack & toilet paper rack made of pipe fittings. Great coffee delivery to the room as well. But, 6 clothes hangers didn't hack it for our 2 person 3 day stay and the area below the hangers didn't allow for longer items to hang […] fully. The 1/2 glass shower stall was a bit hard to adjust to (and I expect hard for housekeeping to handle as well). Bed without access to both sides (do guests really want a bed with access from the bottom and one side?) was awkward and could probably have been "solved" with a little different approach to the existing bedside table/snack vending/beverage vending unit. With the security bar for our room door torn off on the door side sort of made us wonder whether this provided any benefit even if it was in one piece. Lisätietoja

This was a nice hotel and I would stay again. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the smaller side but I spend so little time in my room it was not an issue. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed help.

I will be staying here again in thr future! The rooms are on the smaller side, but CLEAN and modern. The beds were comfortable and I loved the hardwood floors in the room. For $5.00 breakfast was delivered to our room. This included a main course, fresh fruit cup, yogurt, orange juice and a 16 oz thermos of coffee! The rebranded Hotel ACME is 3 blocks from Michigan Ave (Magnificent Mile) and 1 block from the Red Line Subway at Grand. It is steps from restaurants and night life, the perfect location for the trip to Chicago's shopping center. The hotel is funky and fun--clean and convenient. Stay here.

Staff is attentive. Rooms are modern and clean. My request for room with a view was met. Maybe a little too trendy for me, but appreciated. Great location. Free decent coffee. Shower water pressure a little lacking. Overall a great place and will stay again. So many over hyped hotels in Chicago, this is not one of them. It's honest and it delivers.

Hotel was a great value for location. Rooms were big and comfortable. Only complaint was staff were clueless (consistently gave wrong travel advice and didn't follow through w/wake-up call) but friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location of hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small but who stays there except to sleep anyway. Traffic can be a bit noisey if you are not use to it.

Our stay was very pleasant, hotel staff that helped with any and all questions, extremely friendly. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean and neat upon arrival and upon returning from outings. Definately recommend staying here you should not be disappointed !

When I booked for a City View Queen room, I expected a room that gives me a view of the city. We got a 3 rd floor tiny room with a view of street light glaring into the room. It wasn't worth the extra charge. The room felt cramped but the bed was comfortable.

The inside was very unique and peculiar. It had many different quirky features and ornaments hanging around. It was very clean, the bath assortment was very nice and high quality. The service was on time and the food was hot.

Stayed at Acme over the summer for a few night and loved it and again over NYE for two nights! Everything about the hotel is great! Best of all, the check in/out is quick and your close to everything in the Rivernorth area...definetly will be coming back!!!
