Huoneessa oli voimakas tupakanhaju. Äänieristys oli heikohko, äänet kuuluivat naapurihuoneista herkästi. Huoneisto oli siisti ja hyvätasoinen.

"Helpful staff"
Easy last minute booking. Cheap and chearful. It was exactly what it said it would be. Easy parking at just 5 euro for 24 hours. Worked well as a base for the christmas market. Helpful reception lady gave us a map and informed us of the best metro to take and available bus route to take us exactly where we wanted. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and tidy hotel. The location of the hotel is just 2 metro stops from the Grand Palais conference centre. However the neighbourhood is a bit rough- not a place for taking deliberate walks, especially not when dark. The walk to the metro is not very pleasant either (7min over the motorway and an industrial area). Internet […] worked really well. However unfortunate that the quite simple breakfast is not included in price. Probably good option for families who come with car and are fine with being far from centre of town in the evenings. "Mmmm... it's OK, but...."
I booked this hotel for the price. It is not very close to the restaurants, and the area felt a bit seedy so I spent most of the evening in my room. The hotel bar is small and there wasn't really a common room or place to relax. The room itself was pleasant enough, and the free wifi and TV in the room score points. I have stayed several times at the Nord Hotel because it is convenient for Transpole the Lille Metro system only a few hundred yards walk. The hotel has an excellent secure garage for which they have now introduced a modest fee. So one can park up and make the transition to public transport which is excellent. Or when the weather is fine the city centre […] is wihin walking distance. The hotel has no restaurant and does not provide evening meals, I take the metro to the city centre where one is spoilt for choice. "Nord hotel in Lille -- good value for the money"
The hotel is comfortable, rooom was large enough, there is a free computer use in the lobby. Hotel is not in the center, but you get to it in 20 minutes -- 8 minutes walk to the metro station and then a 10 minutes metro ride. Good value for the money.

The rooms are very small and the bathrooms even smaller! There was an overall musty smell to the room and although it was cheap - I wouldnt recommend a stay there. It is about a 30 min walk from the city centre which is fine during the day but not really where you want to walk to after dark

Séjour 1 nuit pour raison professionnelle : hôtel "vieillot" mais propre et fonctionnel, wifi gratuit, literie OK, accueil agréable et souriant. quartier populaire sans charme mais fonctionnel, avec places parking extérieur gratuites (parking couvert payant). très bon petit déjeuner.

"Séjour au Citotel"
Pour le prix, cet hotel est très satisfaisant, les chambres sont agréables, le wifi marche, la TV avec canal+ est appréciable. Le ménage est fait tout les jours, le personnel est sympathique. Le seul petit bémol est peut être les alentours, il vaut mieux ne pas rentrer trop tard, mais en étant une femme seule, je n'ai eu aucun problème pendant les 15 […] jours passés là-bas. Le métro est à 5 min à pied et permet de rejoindre facilement le centre. En conclusion je recommande cet hotel qui permet de séjourner à Lille pour pas très cher avec tout le confort minimum. "Op loopafstand van het centrum van Lille"
Prima hotel voor een enkele overnachting, m.n. de eigen parkeergarage is een voordeel en het is op loopafstand van het centrum. Niet super comfortabel wel netjes en met alle benodigde faciliteiten.

Il manque cruellement de publicité au sortir du métro Porte d'Arras. Un fléchage serait très utile. Arrivant par le train gare Lille Flandre, puis ensuite par le métro, j'aurai aimé trouvé l'hôtel plus facilement.

Hotel très correct pour y passer une nuit. Je trouve que participer financièreemnt à l'accès parking est abusif Le personnel d'astreinte est quelconque. Ensemble satisfaisant mais sans plus.

Bonnes prestations, personnel accueillant. WC séparé de la salle de bains, ce qui est appréciable! Par contre, il est dommage que sur le site de réservation,ne figure pas un plan de l'accès à l'hôtel, car nous nous serions aperçus que l'hôtel n'était pas dans le centre ville de Lille mais à la limite de Faches-Thumesnil,ce qui oblige à prendre le métro […] sans explications! J'ai rencontré un problème commercial avec la direction del'hôtel. J"avais réservé 2 nuits par internet pour un séjour de 3 jours à l'occasion d'un salon se déroulant à Lille Grand Palais, j'ai du écourter mon séjour et quitter Lille le soir du deuxième jour, l'Hôtel n'a voulume rembourser la seconde nuit. Légalement ils sont dans les textes de loi, […] commercialement ils sont nuls ! d'autant que l'hôtel n'était pas plein.
