My husband and I stayed at Sundial Boutique Hotel for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We reserved a one bedroom mountain view and the room was perfect in size. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. They helped arranged every aspect of our trip from restaurant reservations to spa appointments. When we arrived at each activitiy, the staff […] at the restaurant/spa wished us a Happy Anniversary, which means the staff at Sundial made it a point to note. The hotel is in a great location to Whistler Village if you would like to be in the middle of everything. It can be a bit noisy, so if you are looking for seclusion, this is not the hotel. Perfect for a couple or a family wanting to spend time at whistler.The full kitchen allowed one to save on eating out.Food store close by.

It was our honeymoon so were surprised with a bottle of champagne and chocolates upon our arrival. The customer service was excellent, the location was great and we loved our room so much we booked an extra night. The room was very clean and comfortable and some amazing restaurants were just steps away. I would highly recommend the Sundial

Loved it. Beautiful view of both Gondelos up to Whistler and Blackhome Mountains . Negatives was bar below could hear music in room, no pool.

We went here for our 10th anniversary and had the most incredible stay. They found out about the occasion and responded with a complimentary upgrade to a mountain view room, bottle of champaign, and a box of chocolates. The staff were incredible...from the housekeeping lady to the management, always smiling and asking how our stay was, even turning […] off a vacuum when we walked into the lobby. A really lovely hotel in a great location. We booked off season and for a really reasonable price we were surprised by a large suite, with double bedroom and huge bed, living room (with fire), a fully equipped kitchen and lovely views. Just spent an weekend in Whistler and was throughly impressed with the Sundial - from when I arrived until I checked out. Excellent staff. When I informed them of a burnt-out light bulb in my room, it was replaced within minutes. Rooms are exceptionally clean, come with full amenities, and are good size. Can't beat the location as well. Right across from the Blackcomb gondolas... the location could not have been better! Staff was friendly. We had a spacious 2-BR suite with full kitchen. Highly recommended!

We chose the Sundial Boutique Hotel for it's great location next to the gondola plaza. Our Valley View room looked into Whistler Village and to the mountains beyond. Every staff person was very helpful, our suite was mountain-charming and spacious. Our one personal preference would have been firmer beds.

We loved the room, it was well apointed and decorated. It also had all the amenities that we could wish for. The location of the hotel was also wonderful.

Hotel staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Our room reservation, registation and check in was fast and easy. Desk staff gave helfpful information and directions to all of our questions. Always a smile and a greeting whenever we came by the desk. The room had a complete kitchen, TV was in both the living room and in the bedroom. View […] was good of the valley. The hotel is near the lifts and mountain bike areas. Just a few minutes walk to just about anything in the Whistler Village area and the pedestrian "main drag" gets you to almost all of the hotels, shops and restauraunts in the area. Our room overlooked the street and a few hotels with mountains in the distance. At night even with the window open it was quite after dark. The location of the hotel in the village, close to the lifts and restaurants is wonderful. It can be a bit on the noisy side at night if you have the windows open, like we did in September. The kitchen set-up was great and we'd certainly plan on staying here again.

Very nice hotel with wonderful suite which includes kitchen with big refrigerator, silverware, dishes and dishwasher.

Only comment is mountainside portion of the hotel can be loud at nights. Lots of pubs and bars.

If you like the night life or being in the center of things then this hotel will suit you well. My husband and I, however, found the noise and music outside a little annoying. Perhaps the hotel could have invested in noise reducing windows? We had a really nice stay in a 1 br suite. Very well laid out room with two bathroom entrances, kitchenette, balcony. Friendly staff. Very central in the Village. Restaurants and shops surround the perimeter of the building and it's within 100' of the main gondola and chairlift. Gorgeous mountain view with lots of activity. This hotel was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the service was fantastic - all of the staff were very friendly and they kept our room immaculate. Overall it was good. Location of hotel is great, close to gondola and ziptrek tours. We had fun and enjoyed our stay at Sundial.

Over all a good hotel. The parking sucks, went during a mountain bike fest and it was super busy made me park on the othe side of the village. Other then that nice place to stay

Very pleased with this hotel. Very clean and nice. Right next to the gondola and at one end of the village stroll. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Hotel with a fantastic view. Only concern was the club from across the hotel and the late night hotdog eatery resulted it being a little noisey at times. Would we stay their again : Yes, would we recommend this hotel for your stay: Yes

My stay was very good overall but I was not told there will be construction noise during my stay. The in room entertainment such as the TV and cable top box seems outdated as well as the location is awkward. The bed squeaks with movement although the mattress is comfortable. The housekeeping was prompt and professional.

We rented the one bedroom suite and was pleasantly surprised on how large the suite was especially since there were 4 of us. The hotel was very nice and in a great location. I would definetely stay there again.

This is one of the nicest hotel booked for me. The sala, kitchen including the necessary stuffs and bedroom were great.

This was a delightful find. We were a group of six and all of us were very pleased with the accommodations.

Hotel location was excellent. Staff were great and very helpful. Rooms were very nice. The only minor complaint was that we had a 'mountain view' room, which really was mountain glimpse. You needed to be in a certain part of the living room to see the mountain rather than the building opposite. Overall a very comfortable abode.

I stayed at the Sundial with my two sons aged 9 & 11 for spring skiing. The two bed apartment was supremely comfortable and luxurious, the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in (it was difficult to get my children out of them!) it was great! however i am disappointed with the roof-top hot tub being out of service during our stay. I understand it was the low season for whistler when we went but at the same time being from tourism BC i was hoping for an outstanding experience that i could recommend to future guests.
