The Springs Hotel and Spa - Hot Springs

This hotel was very comfortable and located right in the middle of town. The mountain view room was so neat - there was a balcony and I sat and watched an eagle soaring around. The only disappointment was that we could not get a spa treatment due to remodeling project.

We loved the hotel inside and out. My only complaint...the pool was closed during our stay, but we were there in March so its understandable.

Good location near shops and the historic hot springs district. Parking is up a hill in the back but it was well lit at night. The room was clean. Hotel could use an update or facelift but otherwise it was clean.

Rooms were clean staff was courtous parking was a hassle and limited parking area not for older people or disabled

The hotel's dining room was closed, the spa at the hotel is only available on the weekend. The only thing left to talk about is the lobby and our room. The staff was very pleasant and tried to assist us when they could. The major problem was that there was no air conditioning in our room. This property is in bad need of update and repair! Restaurant and Bar both out of business, glad I didn't book spa services after seeing the overall condition of the hotel. Staff were friendly and very accomadating but most likely accustomed to dissatisfied guest.

This hotel is very run down and in need of maintenance and paint. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is the best part of it. Walking distance to all the bath houses and shopping. We saw a roach in our room during our stay.

Me and my kids stayed at the Spring Hotel on our mini vacation at the end of 2011. The stay was great. Everything was wonderful. Loved the location, it is right in the middle of the beautiful bathhouse row. I had been there once before on a business trip and wanted to take my kids back. They loved it.

We had a great stay for New Years. Close to everything. Within walking distance to shops,restuarants,museums and more. This was our second stay and we were very happy. Price was very affordable. We would highly recommend it. Looking forward to going back. We are from Texas.

Its a pretty nice hotel for the...I would its really worth the money. Its quite close to the shopping/eating area and just 5 minutes walking distance from the natural Sulphur springs. The Springs Hotel and Spa was comfortable and convenient to all the Hot Springs National Parks features, a good value for the price. The staff was eager to help. The Lobby was spacious and attractive. The room was clean except that the bathroom caluking could have used a refresher. More electrical outlets would have been useful. The hotel staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly. The hotel needs some "spiffing" up. The carpet was stained, balconies need a paint job. The rear of the hotel is an eyesore, and garbage and junk tossed nearby. The music ongoing in the lobby could be a tad bit more "lobby like". Better than it was last year , just a old hotel

It's an old hotel with character. It is well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location-walking distance to many sights. Our stay was memorable.

the spa was great and the staff was very nice-everything was very easy to get to.

i just went and it was a blast, despite all the reviews about bad service and all the oulets hanging out, it wasnt bad at all, its location is within walking distance of everything, and its clean, and everything, i loved my hotel room and enjoyed my stay, will book again with this hotel

For the price I paid through Hotels.Com the hotel wasn't bad. If I had paid full price, I would have been very upset. Hotel was recently remodeled, but in my room outlets were exposed (no outlet covers), "High speed Wireless Internet in Every Room" meant that every room had a VERY poor signal in which the internet was constantly dropped. The issues I had was the water wasn't hot in the shower, it was barely warm. In the lobby they had buckets on the floor from water leaks, and breakfast in the hotel restaurant was way overpriced!

Refrig. did not work, very noisey room--- heat stayed on -- very hot-- had to sleep with balcony door open all night--- heard every little noise on the street.

The rooms were very nice and well maintained. It is close enough to walk to all the downtown sites. Very enjoyable. The only drawback was the limited parking places but that seemed to be true for all the downtown area so I wouldn't count that against them. A Louisiana traveler

The Arlington was the same price and I could have gotten a king single, but the bathrooms need to renovated and it did seem quite dingy. On the flip side The Springs Hotel was clean, smelt clean, better customer service, and modern fixtures. I also liked their honey comb blankets.

This hotel is either on heat or ac for the whole building. There is no option to turn on the ac or heat in your room.

Housekeeping was friendly and took care of our needs and wants. Overall a good hotel for the money.

Although the room was comfortable and clean, I did find the bathroom clean but not in corners and behind door. Staff was very nice. Our room on 8th floor faced the street. Not the hotel fault but the noise from motorcycles was unbearable at times. Spa on the facility was surpurbe. Staff was great, very comfortable and clean. Beds were great! Ceiling cracked, air wasn't working well, maid service non-existant. Good View though.

we had a group of 8 women in 2 adjoining rooms. the Hotel did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Their rooms were good, had to have maintenence open up the adjoining rooms, but that was all. I enjoyed it very much. i have stayed at The Springs at least once a year for the last 3, and i have not had a problem with anything. i will return. […] it's in a good location for what we did. well there was no towel or toilet paper in or bathroom. The out side was terrible and we had to park up a hill in a diturbing looking parking lot. The staff were nixce and th espa packages are great.

I have stayed at this property before the new owner purchased it and changed the name to the Springs. The renovations to the patio by the pool are lovely, as are the renovations to the spa. The room renovations could use a little help~they painted over cracked walls and details weren't considered. The mattresses could use an update, but all in all it […] was a good experience. Massages are only $39.00 and you can get a whole spa package for very little. The location is within walking distance to Bathouse Row and all of the other charming shops in Hot Springs.
