Hotels.comin asiakkaan arvostelu helmi 22, 2013Universalin puistoihin olimme menossa ja siihen nähden sijainti hyvä! Ja hinta/laatusuhdekin kohdallaan. Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä! Siisteydessa oli vähän tingitty, ilmastointilaitteenkin voisi joskus puhdistaa.. Olisi huoneen tuoksukin ehkä miellyttävämpi. Hotellista löytyi pieni kauppakin, mukavaa, kun lähellä ei ollut oikeastaan mitään. Auton sai parkkiin ikkunan alle. Suosittelen!

"Unexpected fees"

As seen especially when utilizing a debit card, this will show as a "Pending" charge until after you check out when the hold is released. The room layout was perfect but the mattress was very uncomfortable and the smell of pet urine was over whelming. It was spring break as well so it was loud all night long. The website pictures looked nice so I booked it. This hotel did not live up to the photos. The entire hotel, including the rooms, were very old and outdated. The furniture was extremely cheap and uncomfortable. I would recommend staying here for one night only, and only if other hotels in the surrounding area were sold out or a much higher price. "Carefull looks much better than it is"
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, we never recieved any soap, or shampoo except for when we arrived. The floors and bathroom were not cleaned well at all. The hotel is very noisy. "Great place to stay...unless a firetruck shows up."
Overall this was a great hotel to stay at. The only "fault" I give this stay was that at 12:30am, night before my big exam, the fire alarm went off. FIretruck shows up, and 30-40 minutes later, after we were all outside, they let us back in with no explanation as to what caused the faulty alarm. Absolutely no complaints, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, my accommodations were very clean and comfortable. I love having the kitchenette, I was able to prepare some food to leave with my UCF daughter. The last time I stayed there I ended up with a defective AC unit, the one I had in my room this time looked brand new so perhaps they […] have upgraded their units. I did take pause when I realized they are allowing dogs in the hotel, barking dogs are one of my major "pet" peeves, right up there with crying children in a restaurant, but they seemed well behaved and didn't bother me this time around. The hotel was very clean and nicely appointed. The location was convenient to restaurants and highway. However, the rooms are rented to UCF students and they are extremely noisy, running up and down the hall ways at 2:30 a.m. - 3:30 a.m. and partying in the parking lot. I would have to say that this is one hotel that I would definitely stay in again. It was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in town to take a state proctored exam and was already nervous about that but the staff helped me with directions which made me feel more comfortable about where I was in proximity to the hotel and testing […] site; which was located on UCF campus but they gave me specific directions that were spot on. They also gave some great recommendations to local food venues. If you are staying at this location ask them where Denny's sub shop is located; if you are in the mood for a philly cheesesteak this is the place. Not Denny's the restaurant either. This is definitely a great place to staff. The breakfast is just a continential breakfast but it was certainly enough to hold you over until lunch. Try this place you will not be sorry!
