"Nice Stay"
The hotel was lovely, the pool was great. Only down-side was that I was supposed to be in a King room and the bed was a double - at best.

"Great GM"
I was in town for a memorial service with my husband, brother & one and a half year old son. We thought the one-bedroom suite would be a good fit for us. Unfortunately it was just too cramped for the four of us for 3 days. We talked to the GM on the second morning and explained our situation. He was fantastic! Very understanding! He made a few calls, […] moved some things around and switched us to their 2-bedroom suite for the remainder of our stay... at no additional cost. I took my daughter and her 14 year old friend to stay at the Residence Inn in Hauppague, NY b/c we wanted to go to the beach for a few days. The room was perfect, it had a full kitchen, pull out couch and a king sized bed in the bedroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. When we got there, we found out they were having a complimentary bar-b-q on […] Wednesday night. Breakfast in the morning was terrific - they even had make your own waffles, which the girls loved. The pool was warm & the jacuzzi was clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We were only 25 minutes away from Robert Moses Beach and the neighborhood had a Starbucks and a Shopright close by. We had such a great time that we decided to go back every year and we will definitely stay at the Residence Inn again! Lisätietoja
"Worst hotel ever !!!"
In the morning i woke up with rashes all over my arms. Their wired network send a virus in my laptop. I had to erase everything from my laptop. I will never go back to this hotel again. Worst hotel. Stay away !!!

"Nice place for the money"
I had no real problems. The room was roomy and the staff was very friendly. The only thing was that the bed was on the hard side and the AC was so loud in the room, that when it came on, I couldn't hear the TV...But other than that, I would come back again if I needed a hotel in the same area.
