Overall the stay was fine, the condition of the room was rather undesirable when compared to the Country Inn and Suites I stayed in the previous weekend in Harrisburg.

"Misleading description"
The appearance of the room did not make me feel like I got what I paid for. The comforter needed to be changed, the carpet was shabby and spotty. Bed was comfy, jacuzzi was nice. "mini vacation"
My husband and I enjoy going to casinos so we took a trip (many times) to Delaware Park Casino and this hotel was very close by...The room was fine, pretty clean. We only were there for a short night. In the morning we went to the breakfast that was offered. Only had coffee and toast. It was not very apptiizing to us. "Country Inn & Suites, Newark, DE"
We checked in at the Churchman's crossing in Newark. DE, on Dec. 21st. -23rd. We had money stolen from us, a shirt taken and jewelry. All this on the first night, from then on we had to take our possessions with us. We told the front desk which they did not do one thing, no offers of any kind. "Close to Delaware Park and Shopping"
The hotel staff were courteous and attentive. The complimentary hot breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room we stayed in seemed to have a plumbing problem, but we did report it when we checked out. The beds could be a little more comfortable, but the room was clean and the windows actually opened a little to allow in fresh air.

"Great location"
Very nice place. Easy to find and get to. We went to Delaware Park and this hotel was only minutes away. They also had a small breakfast in the morning which was a nice feature. We will stay here again on our next visit to Delaware Park....
"Celebrating Grandbaby 3 in comfort!"
The rooms was gorgeous and very clean. My husband and I stayed here while my daughter had her third baby at the hospital. It was a very convenient route to the hospital. We loved staying here and probably will stay here again. The staff was very nice and the room was spacious!

Overall hotel was dated and worn. Quality of linens was not very good. I have stayed in this chain before in a newer hotel and had a better experience.
Medium sized (chain) hotel just off I-95 and a little north of Newark DE. The hotel is in excellent condition with a friendly staff. A good place to stop along the highway or for a short visit to Univ. of Delaware.

The hotel and room were average in cleanliness. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were like using nothing.

Just off the Interstate, in a cluster of hotels and restaurants. Convenient ingress and egress. It would be difficult to find anything to criticize; the place was what I wanted and expected.

"Country Inn near Newark, DE"
The hotel was well located for Newark, Wilmington, and New Castle County; set back from traffic and shops surrounding it, yet easy access. It was very clean, of high quality, nice breakfast, very reasonably priced. We were very pleased with our choice.

Virtually everything was just fine about this place. Morning coffee was awful, but the rest of the breakfast was fine. The best thing was the staff. We were treated well and pleasantly by everyone. "Close to I-95 in Hotel Area"
A small version of Country Inn & Suites close to I-95 just south of Willmington DE in a cluster of similar hotels. Excellent condition of rooms and hotel in general with the traditional breakfast buffet for this chain. A bit away from the U.of Delaware, lots in the area but you MUST have a car. Recently spent 3 days at this hotel. Staff friendly, room clean and quiet. Nice breakfast included. Close to restaurants and mall.
"Newark, DE - bug problems"
We stayed one night at this hotel and it was a brief stop for us as we had a long road trip. As we were getting ready for bed we found several beatle type bugs on the bed and curtains. The breakfast was also not as good as some of the other equivalent hotels that we have stayed out with similar amenities.
Very nice lobby . Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had eggs, sausage and waffles.

"Newark, DE off of 95 north"
The hotel was clean and the staff pleasant. The area was safe and convenient to the highways. Overall I recommend this motel for any traveler whether a female traveling alone, a family or a business person traveling thru.

Lots of problems; like no shower curtain, no carafe for the coffee maker, their clock for the wake up call was an hour off, the air conditioning did not work, and the walls were paper thin. When the fellow next door was on his cell phone, it was like he was calling from my room.

The hotel was great, but the breakfast left much to be desired. If you wanted a waffle, you had to wait at least 10 minutes; the eggs were cold and did not even look like eggs. It would have been better to have regular scrambled eggs and maybe offered some sausage.

"Perfect location"
This hotel was just off the main highway but on a small side road in a very quiet setting. It was easy to get in and out of and had restaurants surrounding it. The hotel was small, clean and had a hot breakfast.

"LOW RENT!!"
No wash cloths and the towels were paper thin. When I asked for wash cloths I was asked to use a hand towel. Housekeeping kept turning off my air conditioner in 100+ degree weather. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Place overall is very worn and old. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.
I needed one more night and the fact that they wanted to charge be full price I choose to go someplace else...That is my only complaint...

"Good place to rest after driving on NJ Turnpike"
This was a nice hotel - in a fairly quiet area. Lobby was nice & breakfast was satisfying.

"Very impressed"
This was the best value we have gotten in this price range. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was much better than competitors cont. breakfast. Will stay there again when traveling. The only downside was the PILLOWS!! Next time, I'll bring my own. Certainly not enough to ruin my stay.
