Fine stay but never got extra pillows that we asked for

This was one of the worst hotels I ever had a displeasure of staying in. Rooms are old and tired; not even a small bottle of shampoo in the bathroom; you can hear people snoring in the next room and all kinds of noises from the room above you. It is not a very expensive hotel but definitely not worth the money.

Comfortable and inexpensive

This hotel did not have much to offer for short stays.

terrible needs a ton of upgrades

This hotel was filthy. There was pubic hairs in the tub and on the walls of the shower. The bathroom wasn't clean at all, only 2 towels. We were told they only clean once a week (that was a laugh and a half). If we wanted the room cleaned every day it would be $ 5.00 a day extra.Also extra charge of $4.95 for internet per day. No USA newspaper, which […] I couldn't understand why when all hotels give free copies week days. I would not recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. Nice play to stay, took a couple minutes to find, it was behind a shopping center. bed could have been a little softer but overall a good value for only needed the room for 12 hours

!000 characters not enuf to say all the bad.We had no power drove 30 miles cause they had a vacency Tiolet flushed non stop for 30 minutes. Called front desk they said, it's 930pm aren't you checking out tomorrow? we'll fix it then! No, a new room please. Get a new room to find food clothing, someone's seeing glasses , and a pipe. Even though we were in a "non-smoking" room, the room smelled. We were told it was possibly smoke from the 3rd floor where smoking is permitted. Also no remotes in the rooms. Whenever the air conditioner came on, it woke you up, so you could never get to sleep. Also, some weird people hanging out in the hallways talking on the phone.

Believe the bad reviews others have written. The room had a strange odor, the hallways looked like they haven't been cleaned for days, overall look of the room was dingy. Upon checkout, I received a receipt that was over twenty-three dollars less than what I PAID! Still would like to know what is up with that! I reserved a king non-smoking room i got a dbl. twin smocking. The bed was very uncomfortable and falling apart.

This room was not for the person looking for a room for one night. We came to Horsham because I was scheduled to take my NCLEX (the State Nursing Boards) that Saturday. It cost me $270.00 to schedule the test. We had a hard time finding the hotel because the sign was so small. The bathroom was dirty...It had long black hair all over it. The back walkway […] where we were directed to enter hadn't been shoveled. There was three inches of snow on the walkway, and it had been two days since it snowed!! We called the front desk and asked for two wake-up calls, since there was NO alarm clock in the room. The calls never came. I was due at the testing site at 7:30, and woke up late, screaming at my husband because it was 7:46!!!! I threw on my clothes and brushed my hair/teeth, and made it to my test at 8:05. Technically they could have told me to reschedule, which would have cost me another $275 and a lot of turmoil!! Thankfully they let me in, and I took my test. When my husband approached the girl at the desk, she informed him that wake-up calls aren't guaranteed. That would have been nice to know in advance!! This was the biggest test of my life!! I apologized to the girl at the desk for my husband's outburst directed towards her, but had I not made the test, she would have had to deal with me as well!! This is definately one of the WORST hotel experiences we have had!!! I will definately rate you the poorest rating on hotels.com, which is the website which I booked this reservation through. We stayed there while visiting friends and family for the weekend and we were upgraded to a king bed (the room they originally sent us to hadn't been cleaned yet). So they upgraded us to a room with a king size bed and that was nice! Comfy bed and clean room - very nice.

For what we paid, it was a nice stay.

The hotel was noisy and the room smells bad. I had to wait ten minutes to do my check out because the person at the front desk was sleeping!

we reserved two double beds non smoking... when we got there, they gave us one double bed smoking room and two single smoking rooms... when we called them day before we left, they didnt say anything about the changes... my son is 4 and has asthma...the rooms were stinking of cigarrets.... never ever go here again!!!! this place was the worst of all!!!! they […] even gave us attitude for moving the mattress... they were not helpful at all.... The other reviews are right about the hotel. The hotel was not easy to find (small sign). The room was as described but had a smell of which took hours to leave. It had no shampoo either. It a no frills place

Well it started with a lovely lady who greeted me upon entering. She was extremely nice, and very helpful. The room was everything as expected. I knew they didnt suplly shampoo and like most travelers, I bring my own anyway. The room was exceptionally clean and the room A/C will freeze you out. I have no complaints what so ever

They did not specify that they did not supply shampoo even though they supplied soap... I was a late check-in, so I did not even notice until the AM that there was no shampoo. Result = Did not wash my hair. Also, they need to put air fresheners in because a lot of people cook late and some really smelly items.

Stayed for 3 nights. Did not sleep good any of the nights. Doors slamming all hours of the night. Requested bath tub to be cleaned and I ended up buying a can of cleaner and wiping it out myself.

Their online posted rate policy and their actual charges differ. Their online policy says rates are based on double occupancy, but they charge at single occupancy. So two guests in a room will be charged an extra guest fee.
