Hotellissa Metropolitan Palace Dubai on täydet kylpyläpalvelut, kuntokeskus ja ulkouima-allas. Yleisillä alueilla on langaton ja langallinen nopea Internet-yhteys (maksullinen palvelu). Tämän 5-tähden hotellin liiketoiminnan palveluihin sisältyvät liiketoimintakeskus, kokoushuone ja limusiinipalvelu. Majoitusliikkeen (hotelli) ravintolapalveluihin kuuluvat 2 ravintolaa sekä kahvila, allasbaari ja baari / aulabaari. Henkilökunta voi järjestää: hääpalvelut, tilaisuuksien tarjoilut ja liiketoimintapalvelut. Hotellissa on muun muassa seuraavat lisäpalvelut: poreallas, kuntokeskus tai -sali ja höyryhuone.Vieraille on tarjolla seuraavia huonehintaan sisältyviä kuljetuspalveluita: lentokenttäkuljetus - menopaluu (käytettävissä pyynnöstä), ilmainen rantakuljetus ja kuljetus ostoskeskukseen. Vierashuoneet.
Metropolitan Palace Dubain 212 ilmaistoidussa huoneessa on minibaari ja tallelokerot. Huoneissa on Internet-yhteys (maksullinen). Televisiossa on satelliittikanavat.Huoneissa on ilmainen sanomalehti ja suoravalintapuhelimet sekä ilmainen vastaajapalvelu. Vieraat käyttävät samaa kylpyhuonetta, joiden varusteisiin kuuluvat kylpytakit, designer-hygieniatuotteet ja bidee.
Lisäpalveluihin kuuluvat tohvelit ja hiustenkuivaaja. Lisäksi vierashuoneissa on saatavissa pyydettäessä: hieronnat huoneessa ja silitysrauta / -lauta.Tarjolla on siivouspalveluita: päivittäin.Vierashuoneiden kunnostustyöt valmistuivat: marraskuu 2009.

Hotelli oli erittäin hyvä. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Huone tilava ja siisti. Uima-allasosasto katolla suuri ja iso uima-allas. Aurinkotuoleja riittävästi ja aurinko paistoi altaalle koko päivän .Kuntosali erittäin hyvä vaativallekin bodaajalle. Hotellin ympäristössä rakennus- sekä katutöitä. Mertoasemalle (City Centren) n. 500 m.

On the north side of Dubai Creek, Deira is an interface between the high-rise business city and the traditional Arab trading port. Modern malls give way to ancient souks selling silks, spices, gold, perfumes, and a lively fish market. A broad waterfront promenade leads past the dhow wharf, where the wooden vessels offload their cargos. Beyond lie the dhow boat-building yards, and Dubai Creek’s ritzy golf and yacht club.

"No in room WIFI! Otherwise excellent experience."
This was generally a good hotel experience. However, since my trip was to attend and present at an international meeting, the lack of WIFI was a great impediment.

I arrived an hour after the check-in time and my room wasn't ready. I also ordered room service and told the person twice what I wanted but still got the wrong thing.

Good gym, small pool but sufficient. Use the metro from the airport (central station) - it is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Fruit at the supermarket next door was off.

A very comfortable stay providing every service a guest could require at very reasonable prices. Close to the commercial waterfront for an interesting walk.

"Extra Helpful"
We discovered that out travel agent from Vacations to Go had not informed us that we needed yellow fever vaccine for our cruise on Oceana. The concierge made at least 5 calls to find a clinic or hospital where we could get the vaccine. at the last minute. ON our return we stayed for a day at the other Metropolitan and the new neighborhood was soulless […] and the hotel noisy and smokey. We wish we had gone back to the Palace. Lisätietoja
This is not a 5 ***** hotel, maybe 4****. Free transportantion between airport and hotel is very conveniant, especially when you are in tranzit.

The hotel is conveniently located to all major attractions and shopping and dining choices. The rooms however can be updated further and Non-Smoking rooms have to be clearly identified and maintained. The restaurant's brunch was sumptuous but was extremely pricy.

This is a good hotel with reasonable 5star rating. Its a bit small for a 5star hotel but the rates are quite good. pool is small and often crowded
"Metropolitan Palace Deira"
This hotel is very nice and convenient. I am from the U.S. and there are a lot of American restaurants nearby. It is also close to the Metro depot so I can catch the train to just about everywhere I need to go.

"Friendly Hotel"
This hotel was worth it. Out of all the hotels I have ever stayed, this has the best staff. They are definitely out to please the customer. If you have any questions about anything, do not hesitate to ask them. The only issue I had was that it was not near many restaurants. However, there are some great restaurants in the hotel. I'm just one of those […] guys that prefers to eat out when I'm on vacation. Just down the block is a Pierre Cardin store where I bought 2 suits for 75% off. "Affordable 5-Star Luxury..."
Sure, the room was amazing, but it doesn't end there...What I will remember about the Metropolitan Palace is the level of service that every employee offered. At check-in, the bellman took my bags to my room...the concierge escorted me to my room to make sure it was to my liking, etc...I could go on and on. Complimentary bottles of water, robes, slippers, […] the tub, the pool, the spas, the restaurants...all with SERVICE!! "Very good hotel"
Very good hotel, service was impeccable, food excellent, spa is nice and welcoming as well as the pool and gym, however the internet connection was unavailabe with an insane rate when half the city offers it for free. Udenmærket 5stjernet oplevelse, der er ikke noget at sætte en finger på.. Men, kedeligt område generelt.. Hvis man er ung er det ikke her det foregår om aftenen i Dubai..

Flot hotel med smuk lobby beliggende 500 m fra Metro men i et lidt kedeligt område. Det er tydeligt et forretningskvarter. Værelserne er gode men senge ret hårde. Internetpriser er røveri med meget langsomme hastigheder, heldigvis fandt jeg en internet cafe i nærheden, der kun kostede en brøkdel og med meget bedre hastigheder. "5 Sterne mit Einschränkung..."
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum von Dubai. Es wird ein Schuttleservice zum Strand des gleichnamigen Partnerhotels in Jumeira angeboten, der aber mit 120 AER pro Person eine Frechheit ist. Leider ist auch das Frühstück weit entfernt vom fünf-Sterne Standard... Highight ist eine sehr schöne Bar mit täglicher Livemusik iin der Zwischenetage.

Only one day/night at the hotel (2 couples). Good service and covenient location. Short walk to the subway and not too far from the airport. Transport to airport free and especially welcome as we had to leave at 04.00 in the morning to the airport. Swimming pool on rooftop including bar services very pleasent.

don't look under the bed or behind anything - it's filled with dirt. The cleaning boy was very friendly - so friendly that he went to our room several times every day - very unpleasant - and always expecting a tip. I find it very strange that we must pay to use the beach at the hotel in same chain - and soo expensive. the spa area: water dripping from […] the lamps - only half of the nozzles is working, no staff - dark and dirty. I find it very strange that a 5 star hotel only have 1 parasol at the pool area - and the staff are very unwilling to help you move it to the sunbed. They are busy talking and laughing with the others from the staff... so it was my choice to be sunbirned og leave. I felt badly treated - but they treat me bad with a smile. "Veldig trivelig og bra hotell"
Kjempetrivelig hotell med bra beliggenhet. Vi valgte forretningsenkeltrom til en veldig god pris. Fikk da transport til/fra flyplassen inkludert. I tillegg tilgang til lounge med gratis mat og drikke hver ettermiddag. Svømebasseng på taket med fantastisk utsikt. Og ikke minst veldig trivelig betjening, hjelpsomme og blide døgnet rundt.
