Good hotel for the price

Breakfast was okay, except for the lack of fiber items, no whole wheat bread, or fiber cereal. Bathroom was small, but otherwise room was fine. The motel was a good distance from the Grand Canyon, so the name isn't entirely accurate. All in all, the motel served the purpose, which was a decent room at a decent price.

Great breakfast. Very clean.

Super clean and staff was wonderful.

We have three kids and they loved the indoor pool. It was a perfect activity to keep them busy and we ordered pizza from nearby Pizza Factory and ate at the pool. I was quite impressed with the quality of this hotel, given that it is situated on the edge of a small town. Just around an hour away from the Grand Canyon and Sedona, this hotel is well equipped, clean, convenient and great value for money. I stayed at 9 different hotels in this US trip and I would rank this as one of top three!

There were several teens in the pool area that were not supervised and disrupted guests ability to swim or relax. They were loud, splashing and diving without regards to others. I'm certain that the kids are children of the staff.

Friendly Staff and clean rooms. this is a great economical place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon.

The hotel was clean enough and the rooms were OK, if a bit spartan. The biggest complaint revolves around their continental breakfast. The food was relatively typical fare of mediocre quality, but they were continually running out of things and a lot of people left hungry. As the hotel is frequented by families, the pool area might better be considered […] a splash zone and one should not expect to use it for any form of exercise. Even the spa was filled to the brim with youngsters under the age of 12 enjoying themselves. The location of the hotel was OK, if a a bit far from the downtown area. It was relatively cold and windy during our visit, so it necessitated using the car rather than simply walking to dinner even though it was a bit less than a half mile. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I was very pleased with the clean rooms and pool area. The staff was friendly and inviting. They had a well maintain breakfast area every morning with fresh coffee. Their continental breakfast went that little extra mile by adding some hot food with it that gave it the feel of a home made meal. The only thing lacking at this hotel was a computer and printer. We would have liked to print out our boarding passes before getting to the airport.

This place was clean & comfortable & easy to find. The staff were very nice & friendly. We only stayed one night and were pleased with our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back thru Williams.

enjoyed our stay in the area. the hotel was as advertised. On a Sunday morning the breakfast room is a little small for the volumn of people, but the friendly and attentive breakfast staff make up for the discomfort.

The hotel was nice and clean and had available coffee to all out in the lobby morning and night, a wide variety breakfast and pleasant staff.

Great hotel and service, we were travelling for 2 1/2 weeks and this was probably the 2nd best we stayed at. Nice indoor pool and spa pool which we used, the included hot breakfast was pretty good by hotel / motel standards so we filled up daily each morning. great value for money.

We have just stayed 3 nights in this great Inn/Motel. Only planned on one but a huge snow storm changed that. Staff made it easy to stop over, had all the equipment we needed to move the snow off our car, and served a great breakfast. Beds were really good, heated spa and pool fab during storm and supermarket right next door for extras. Cannot understand […] the two star rating as this place has everything you need( including a laundry) and the rate is really good. The breakfast is not as good as expected. The indoor pool and hot tub is nice and convenient. Service is excellent.

Enjoyed a nice stay, decent breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, close to cool eateries!

The hotel smelled very fresh and was recently renovated (our room seemed brand new). It was extremely clean and comfortable, and the room was quiet. The breakfast was huge- 2 waffle irons, eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereal, bagels, pastries, etc- and was fully stocked even though we got there at the end. The staff was very professional & courteous. We stayed […] at several hotels on that vacation, and this was our favorite. The only downfall is that it was located a little over an hour from the Grand Canyon, but it was worth the drive. I don't know how this Hotel only gets 2 stars. When we got there the lady at the desk had our reservation sitting right in front of her. She was efficient and pleasant. She was also very knowledgeable of the area. Also, the room was spotless. I have zero complaints.

We stayed here last year a loved it. We came back this year to see the Grand Canyon and picked the same hotel because it is so clean and comfortable and has the biggest and warmest indoor pool I have ever seen for this size of hotel. Stay here you won't be sorry.

I worried about this small city. perhaps dangerous. But my thinking was completely wrong. Williams was a small but cute city. There were lots of hotels in the city. Comfort Inn was very good hotel. Big discount store near hotel and restaurant. convenient to step in to Grand Canyon. Feel comfortable.

We stayed two days and found the hotel Hotel clean and comfortable. Good value for money.Good location.Would gladly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Grand Canyon.
