Sijainti on kaupungin ulkopuolella, matka keskustaan on ajettava autolla. Muutamia pikaruokapaikkoja ja ketjuravintoloita kävelyetäisyydellä. Lähellä on hyvä kauppa, mutta huoneessa ei ole jääkaappia. Huoneet siistit ja tilavat. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

Olimme lomalla, kaupunki entuudestaan tuttu, joten tiesimme sijainnin, ja se on ihanteellinen. Hancock Tower nurkan takana, ja siitä alkaa magnificent Mile. Toiseen suuntaan muutama sata metriä ja pääset aamulenkille pitkin Chicagon upeita rantoja. Hotelli oli ihan siisti, sinänsä varsin hyvässä kunnossa, kokolattiamatot tietysti joka paikassa, kuten tapaan kuuluu, mutta kuuma oli. Huoneessa ei joko ilmastointi toiminut tai oli alitehoinen, siellä oli tukalan kuuma. Lattia antoi hieman periksi paikoin (ilmeisesti levyjen nurkissa), mutta se ei ei haitannut. Toinen haittaava ongelma oli wc-pöntön jatkuva tukkeentuminen, ja hieman kuulostelin, että veden kanssa oli hieman ehkä yleisemminkin ongelmaa. Päivystäjä oli kyllä aina paikalla parissa minuutissa fiksaamassa ongelman. Aamulla sai kahvia, jos haluaa enemmän, saa lähialueen kuppiloista mukavia bageleita. Eli: jos olet visiitillä, ja haluat liikkua ydinkeskustassa, on tämä hyvä vaihtoehto. Luksusta ei, mutta ihan kelpo ja hinta ok. Huoneet isoja, mahtuu useampikin perheenjäsen. Jos vähänkin tuntee paikkoja, niin cta:lla (juna) chicagon asemalle ja bussilla 66 joka lähtee maanalisesta noustua risteyksen vastakkaiselta puolelta rantaa kohti, ja jää pois Michigan avenuen kohdalla) (turisti-info), siitä on kahden korttelin kävelymatka. 2,25 usd.

Kokolattiamatto oli melko likainen. Suihkussa ei ollut käsisuihkua. Erittäin hyvä sijainti.

The room had extra amenities such as hair dryer, small refrigerator, iron, ironing board and a coffee pot. It was clean and furniture in good condition. An excellent place for the price.

"parking very bad"
not nearly enough parking space. cars parked so close together & end to end that I could only get my car out with 2 inches on each side; needed an assistant to keep me from scraping other cars. bathtub needs to be replaced

"If you looking for a cheap hotel room"
The hotel was okay, it was siutated near the airport or if you wanted to go downtown it wasn't too far. It had a decent breakfast in the morning. The room wasn't terrible, the bathroom needed a little refresh but it wasn't too bad. The room was sufficent, this place is good if your looking for a cheap place to crash for the night or weekend. "If you're looking for dirty, you found it"
Not so great. No attention to air or water quality. Not much water in the shower and it stinks in there. Sheets were dirty, towels dirty. I'm allergic to dust mites and I broke out the second I walked in. Too bad there is so little to choose from near downtown.
"Rosemont Chicago area"
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When we first arrived and walked into the lobby there was 2 old men just staring at me and my teenage daughter. The parking lit was littered and the pavement was all uneven. All night long people were yelling and drinking beer and smoking cigarettes outside their room doors. I was woken up because they […] were banging on the doors so I called the front desk from my cell phone and spoke to the night manager and told them I was in room 119 and they called my room and told me to keep the noise down and I said no I called to complain and they never told the people to be quite so I had enoughVand opened my door (the dead bolt did not work) and told them to please be quite. We left the hotel at 8 am and the people were outside still drinking beer. We paid for 2 nights and left we did not stay our 2nd night the motel was a nightmare and I would recommend that you never book anybody there again. Lisätietoja
The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. Great rom for the price.
The bedding and carpet was stained. We got in late and had to park around the back end of the hotel, opposite from where we were staying.There was trash behind the dresser and nightstand. They didn't have any do not disturb signs so Housekeeping came in our room WITHOUT KNOCKING early in the morning while we were still asleep!

The room was filthy! There was hair and dirt in beds and bathroom. There was no parking left by the time we arrived. There were people outside our room yelling and apparently partying until 3:00 am when I was finally able to fall asleep. I would have rather slept in my car but wanted the kids to have beds to sleep in for the night. "Good if you're on a budget"
I only stayed at this motel for one night because it was cheap and close to O'Hare International Airport. It's not exactly a tourist resort, but for the price I paid, I can't complain. It was a place to sleep and shower before my flight back home. It had a refrigerator, something a lot of cheap motels don't have, not to mention free WiFi, something […] a lot of upscale hotels charge their guests for, so it's definitely a good place to stay if you're on a budget. "Clean Hotel but loud neighborhood"
My room was very clean and the people were very nice at the front desk. The only negative thing about the stay was the loud trains and airplanes that go by every half of hour or so. I got woken up by a train horn about 5am unless you don't mind the loud noises then I would recommend this hotel for you.

Was a bit concerned when we first arrived at the appearance of the hotel and run down area it was in. However, the owners were very pleasant, the room very clean and comfortable. "Don't Book if you Like Sleep"
It was cold outside and the heater inside the room did not work. To make matters worse, motel staff knocked on our room door continuously for about 15 minutes (literally) to remind us that check out was in an hour. When we answered the door, after the first knock, hotel staff continued to knock unapologetically without ever acknowledging our response […] to the knocks. "Super 8 in process"
They were trying to fix things up in the very small reception area which made breakfast pretty squished and dirty...Hopefully will be fine when done doing construction and painting.

"Smoking Rooms"
Hotel had no non-smoking rooms at check-in, so it was a terrible 3 nights for a non smoker until we moved to a nicer place.

"No frills Hotel near Rosemont's Convention area"
This hotel offers a reasonable room at a very reasonable rate just 5 minutes from the Donald Stevens Convention Center in Rosemont. The people hear are very friendly, they have coffee going 24x7, they have solid internet connections and comfortable beds. Otherwise it is no frills. "Employee education"
About the Internet connection, nobody can be connected if we do not ask the front desk. I was not informed of it till I asked it. When we checked out, a front desk clerk did not say though good morning and thank you. I felt that employee education was not done at all.

The nite stand was sticky and the mini fridge was dirty. I was told there would be bagels/muffins, oatmeal...etc. but all they had were mini danishes that tasted old and only cheerios/corn flakes. The mattress was too hard.

"not too shabby"
this place was pretty far off the freeway but once we got there we found it to be completely acceptable. motels aren't hotels for sure, but the man who checked us in was very friendly, the room looked worn but was clean, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. i would stay there again.

Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and the area was sketchy feeling. Only stayed one night & couldn't wait to get out of there!

Being on a busy intersection, it can get rather noisy at the place and sometimes parking can be a hassle. But overall I think it's very nice for a Super 8.
"Outstanding Hotel"
Fantastic location for what we needed. We drove from PA for a wedding. It was less then 10 minutes from the church, the reception, and a breakfast the next morning. Also very near the airport which made it great to pick up brother and sister-in-law arriving and departing. "No room service."
I stayed in this motel for two days and it was really peaceful. However, nobody came to change the towels, collect the trash or even supply bathroom essentials like toilet paper!! Room was okay, but the corners and odd spots were not properly cleaned and had loads of dust.

Front desk guy made my stay much more pleasant by going out of his way twice to help me with directions. Would have been an ordinary experience but for this young front desk guy. He seems sort of shy, but you just have to ask him for help.

Large rooms, nice staff, and included a coffee machine in the room (thumps up!). However, the bathroom was really cold.
