Hotel was clean has mini fridge and microwave and lots of closet space. Also rooms were updated with flat panel Tvs only complaint is that the ac didn't work in one of the rooms we stayed in

I was a bit concerned about a Super 8 that seemed a little old and run-down in a so-so neighborhood, but it turned out to be just fine. The breakfast, though limited (Sunny D instead of orange juice was amusing), was a nice surprise from such a 'budget' motel. My only real complaint was that they don't put tissues/Kleenex in the rooms, which is pretty […] minor. I haven't been here in 7 yrs I used to live here when I was going to art school great host and people I will always come back when I'm making an L.A trip.

Once we pulled into the parking lot, we didn't feel safe already. Almost canceled the reservation, but the policy from hotels.com no refundable. Ground floor is noisy, you could hear the upstairs. Breakfast is very limited. TV's remote not working. Carpet is so dirty and sticky. And the Highlight from the stay is BED BUG, people! Never ever go back. […] I wish could give a 0 star!! We were going to Pasadena to see the Rose Parade, and the Super 8 was a convenient option both in terms of price and location. The outside of the motel looked rather ugly, but the courtyard-style parking area was actually quite nice. The rooms were very clean, and the huge walk-in closet was a delight. The worst thing about the motel was that the walls were paper-thin, and we could hear just about everything in the room above, the rooms adjacent, and the area outside. This motel is located at the edge of Alhambra and South Pasadena in LA so if this location works for you, it is a friendly, comfortable place. Freeway access is easy and there are many good restaurants close in Pasadena. CKB

There are no frills, but it is an inexpensive option for the area. It was convenient to all the activities we had planned. The breakfast was unappetizing and I didn't partake any of the three days we were there. Toaster waffles, muffins, cereal and sad looking fruit.But there were other options nearby.

there was writting on the walls and they try to cover it up with paint and when I woke up in the morning there were roaches in the restroom. There were birds outside my room door it was the worst place ever.

Great location, good people, not expensive, clean. I will highly recommend this hotel.!!!

I am going to preface this review by saying we live in a very safe area and can leave house/car unlocked and everything will be safe. Now on to the review: I literally asked the clerk at check in "is this area safe?" We were that offput by the neighborhood as we were driving through. The bed was uncomfortable and I kept checking out the window all night to make sure our car was still there. The highlight of the stay was the free breakfast which was really good. Perfect hotel for the price and if you are visiting CSULA. Double rooms are kind of small,but the staff is very accomodating

My family members took turns staying here during our mother's emergency stay at USC med center - only a few miles away. We kept reserving a room one day at a time, and the staff got to know us and asked about our mother. They were very helpful with any needs we had during our unplanned visit. I stay there once a month to keep Dr appointments in town, I live 3 hrs away, I book on line and when I arrive the night before my appointment there is neve any hassle, the staff is so friendly and respectful, room cleaner than some of the more expensive places I have stayed, I plan to return and would reccomend to others.

We came into town to stay locally for a Dr's appt for my brother, I live over 100 miles away so we need something closer to the hospital. I checked in late 9pm just for an over night stay, booked on line, once I arrived, the gentleman was very attentive to my needs, my brother walked with a cane so without me asking he gave me a downstairs room away […] from the ones with children my only complaint is, I am a christian and most hotels stopped placing Bibles in the rooms, With everything going on in this world I feel that is one thing that shoud be added, for people like me who went looking in all the drawers to find. The hotel was nice and comfortable. However, the neighborhood was not nice. It was located on the outskirts of the ghetto but about five minutes away the houses and neighborhood was completely opposite.

The motel needs to be fixed. There was a terrible smell in the room. My room was downstair, and I have no idea where the smell comes from. It was like the smell of sewer in the room. I stayed there 3 nights, the first two nights were ok although there was still some kind of bad smell in the room. Well i was going to a concert in LA and i needed somewhere to stay for the night, so i looked on here for something that was reasonable money wise and close enough to where the concert was , then came upon this motel and saw that the ratings were good so i booked it. I had to stop by LA for a short visit and I chose Super 8 LA Alhambra for its price. I was originally reluctant and skeptical. After the stay I am giving it a high remark. Although there were not many restaurants or convenient stores nearby, the hotel served its purpose. okay for the price paid, convenient to the valley area, free parking and breakfast, bathroom smelled a bit moldy

We did not want to spent too much. This place met our needs. Nothing fancy.

It was not bad for the price I paid. But there were a couple of areas needed to be improved. 1. the 1st stairs to the 2nd floor was liked a smoke chimney because the room right underneath was occupied by a smoker with the window opened. 2. The maid left the window of our room opened after cleaning up.

Det luktade cigarettrök i rummet vilket var ett stort minus. Tråkig frukost ingick, typ muffin. Plus för kylskåp i rummet. Bra parkering och bra läge då det är nära att ta sig med bil till Rose Parade och Bandfest.

В целом прилично, был завтрак, есть бесплатный инет правда проводной, что помоему анохранизм какой-то. Расположение не очень вечером выходить было стремно)) В общем мотель для путешествинников )
