Generally speaking, this property was okay, though it could use improvement in the area of cleanliness. Even my 10 year old noticed that the hallways smelled bad, but the for me the worst part was that the bathroom in our room was not as clean as it should have been. And the continental breakfast was extremely limited, even for a Super 8. At least there […] are fast food options adjacent. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable for a super 8. Only thing I found odd was the hotel didn't allow pets at all, but the yet they allowed smoking which made the entire hallway smell like an ash tray! Luckily my room didn't have an odor.

The personnel were very rude and unfriendly. The hotel was not well taken care of and was dirty. The bed linens did not smell clean. I have stayed in Super 8 hotels before and was satisfied but I do not recommend this particular site and I will never stay there again.

I did not expect such a nice place for such a cheap rate. The room was very comfortable, clean as the rest of the motel. There was even a real breakfast (and not a muffin on a paper napkin. The personnel was nice. I'll definitely stop by next time I need a place to stay in the area.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CONDITION OF THIS HOTEL. I STAYED HERE LAST YEAR WITH MY CHILDREN AND IT WAS PRETTY NICE, BUT THIS YEAR ALL THE HALLWAYS SMELLED REALLY BAD LIKE SMOKE AND MILDEW. THE TOILET PAPER HOLDER IS BEING HELD TO THE WALL WITH SCREW HEADS AND IS LOOSE, THE DOOR STOPPER IS HELD ON WITH A PIECE OF TAPE, ONE ELECTRAL OUTLET IS LOOSE […] AND KEEPS TURNING OFF WHAT YOU HAVE PLUGGED IN AND ANOTHER ONE DOESN'T COVER THE HOLE IN THE WALL. WE HAD TO USE THE SOFA BED BUT GOT NO SHEETS OR BLANKETS, MY SON WENT DOWN TO THE DESK TO GET SOME AND WAS GIVEN 2 SHEETS AND THREE PILLOW CASES, BUT WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO BLANKETS OR PILLOWS. "you get what you pay for"
We stay here because it's inexpensive and in a convenient location, but don't expect too much. The breakfast that is included isn't much to talk about and this time our room had no towels and there was someone's nightgown still hanging up on the bathroom door from the last guests, which makes me question how well they cleaned it. In reading reviews posted by other guest I was not sure if I wanted to stay at the Hotel, but decided to stay anway. I rated this Hotel with a perfect 5, it met my expectation to the fullest. Very clean, oder free, confortable bedding, refrig and microwave, coffee pot, sofa, big vanity and nice towels. Nice desk for the working person using a computer. […] Big new TV. Carpet clean not stains. Complimentary breakfast. Most of all personel was helpful and smiled. I sleep in a different hotel 3-4 mights a week and this is one of the hightest ranked. "Perfect for airport travel!"
Just minutes to the airport. If you are looking for an inexpensive place thats close to the aiport..this is it. It's clean, comfy beds, hot water with great water pressure and clean!
Hotel is close to railway (about 100-200 meters) so you'll hear wisling many times per night. Air conditioner was preaty noisy/squeeky but cooled air well. Hotel's hallways are smelly. Very Clean, Great value for a basic hotel. No problems, the entire motel including grounds clean.
"Stay 4/7-9/11"
Need garbage can in the room with the shower. The eating area could have been better maintained. Overall it is a little above average as far as motels go. Would stay there again.
I really was impressed with the new remodeling Super 8 has done. My stay was better than my last stay. I'm a very satified customer with the amount of money I spent to stay for a few days. Thank you and I will be back.
"room not cleaned"
after I checked in and went to my room, I found it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. When I went to the desk to ask for another room, they said they were booked up and I had to wait while the cleaned the room. I was just uncomfortable not knowing the job they did and if it was truly cleaned or just picked up.

Had to go to front desk three (3) times to get another key card to open my room lock.

Upon checking in we found out that a Church youth group was staying there. We were in room 110 and the room above us had unsupervised youth. The noise was unbearable! It sounded like the youths were bouncing a basketball. We complained to the front desk. The front desk person called the room above us they ask to speak to an adult.. The noise finally […] stopped for about 4 hours, the youths had been taken to the convention. Around 11:30 pm the youths were back! The loud thumping started again, and lasted until 2:15 am. The hotel show significant neglect. The room were not clean and no apparent effort in doing so. I will not stay at this hotel again and would certainly express this to anyone who inquires of this hote. This experience will certianly effect my feeling about reserving a room at other Super 8 hotel.

"Never Again"
Hotel was 'over booked' they explained to me and i got stuck in a SMOKING room against my desires. Hotel made wierd noises and my window overlooked the train tracks so, i didnt get much sleep and I smelled like smoke the whole next day!!
"Little bit too warm room"
Our room was very good the only problem I had with it was it was almost hot when we arrived and it took a long time to cool off enough for us to be able to sit around and not sweat. Other than that I found my whole experience with the motel very good.

"DO NOT STAY HERE!"
When I arrived at the hotel, I asked for a bottom floor room because I have a son with a disability. They informed me that there were no elevators and they only had a smoking room with double beds. I took it and then returned to the front desk because it smelled horrible. They only had a king bed available so I had to take it. After being in this room […] for a while, we noticed the a/c didn't work, so we were switch to a third room. This room had water on the floor, but the desk clerk gave me towels to put on the floor since this was the last room on the bottom floor available. After we are all in bed, one of my son's noticed the window was wide open. We tried to close it and it wouldn't lock. I went back to the front desk and she switched us to a 4th room. By this time, my special son was very upset with all of the commotion. Also, there was a soccer team staying at the same location. There were about 8-10 teenaged, unsupervised boys staying in the room next to us that were very loud. I banged on the walls 3 seperate times, knocked on their door and spoke with them, and called their room after midnight asking them to please be quiet. My friend was also staying at this same location. She was switched to a different room cause her window didn't lock and then her second room didn't have a/c. She ended up staying in my room. We were not able to go to sleep til after 1 a.m. due to everything at this hotel. This was one long horrible night. I will NEVER stay here again! Lisätietoja
"Super 8 less than super - Alexandria, LA"
The staff was friendly and the breakfast satisfactory but the condition of the hotel was terrible. The sheets seemed to have been left on the bed. There were crumbs all over the floor. I asked the manager to come down and she did offer a new room but my wife was not feeling well and we choose to remain in the room. Room smelled musty. Housekeeping began knocking at 9:30 am while checkout was at 11:00 am. Check-in staff was rude.

The hallways and room had a odor to it. The sink leaked water under the counter and onto the floor. I believe this could be why the room had an odor. This is not the place to stay if you have any allergies. The bed was okay, but the comforter also had an odor to it. Next time I look at comfort rather than price when choosing a hotel.

Comfortable hotel. Nothing special or high end about it. room was clean. Blankets had ink stains and rips, other than that everything was ok.
