No Bar, No Towels in room, The front desk took way too long checking me in. Otherwise, not a bad hotel. This hotel would not be my first choice, but in a pinch i would stay here again.

I booked a king size bed but the room was small stain all over the hall way, bathroom tub was dirty towel was old.

At arrival the hotel had over booked so they had to drive me to another nearby hotel at 04 am, which was very unpleasant, being very tired and all from the flight. Breakfast was not repeated and I believe this hotel is closer to 2* than 3*. The bed was fine, clean and more or less comfy.

It is clean and convinient to take a taxi, malls beside.

Reception service was very poor. No body was available to bring lugage from Taxi to reception. Reception night staff was unfriendly. Room quality in 2nd booking was better. Reception was demanding money for teabags. However, with little effort the quality of service could be improved. But the location of the hotel was extremly good. Dream Palace Hotel is conveniently located near the airport and is very affordable. It is a short walk to Union Station, the metro which goes to the airport. It is not particularly fancy, but my room was comfortable and clean, so I was very satisfied overall.

The room was clean and very nice. We got a suite so we had a separate living and sleeping area. Just wish the fridge was working better at keeping our food and drinks cold. Nice quiet stay.

worst service ever, the hotel room smells very bad, the fridge wasnt working where i had to call them for fixing it 6 times and no response, the toilets celing was leaking water and it was all over the floor. i dont recommend this hotel for anyone, very old furniture and worst hotel ever

The hotel is located in 'old' Dubai and is surrounded by a number of oriental-food restaurants as well as a fewer Western ones. The room is clean enough, although the bathroom smelled for a couple of hours on 1 day of my stay. The price is very reasonable, and represents good value for money.

Good hotel for the price. Located in a good environment with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel management is polite and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who wants value for money.

The hotel seems to have sub-standard quality of service and accomodation.

We had our room moved twice due to the hot water going out. No ice and the refrigerator in the room does not keep anything in it cold. The internet is very slow and out most of the time and very expensive.

The internet is very slow and most of the time out. If you ever want ice this is not the place to go for it. There is a good Lebanese restaurant across the street and the Reef Mall is directly behind it.

A decent hotel to stay in.. Some good points : Near to restaurants, 24 hr room service, near to Reef Mall where you can walk to, eat or shop -- One bad point, the hotel has a musty smell from moisture that comes in when people leave the windows open with the air conditioning on.... The hotel was comfortable to stay in for the price.

Gym is crap, Just a tread mill in a room some weights and thats it. gym & Swimming pool timing is only upto 5pm.

A great budget hotel. Certainly not a posh by any means. Small room, spotlessly clean. Only needed the room for 8 hours as I was transiting between flights. This hotel is a great value for the price. The Reef Mall is a nice, small-size mall which is close by. Once the Green line metro opens this will be even more convenient! I recommend this hotel overall for a good value.

I did not like the way the hotel is maintained. I arrived at the hotel at 8:00 p.m. I had to undergo the following at 12:00 a.m. after I return to the hotel. When I checked in, the card key of the room was not working. The receptionist gave me another card-key which was not working. He said that he will reprogram it and now it will work. I had a business […] meeting in the lobby of the hotel at 10:30 p.m. After the meeting was over at 11:45, I found the card key does not work upon returning to my room. The maintenance person changed batteries but it did not work. I asked ti receptionist to change my room. The room given to me was very noisy due to construction lift being on. I could not sleep. I asked the receptionist to change my room. The room she gave me did not have a/c working at all. Hence I had to change the room again. The new room given to me did not have freeze working and bath tub shutter was missing. The receptionist offered me to get the freeze replaced as there was no more room working perfectly! Finally I want to bed at 1: 30 p.m. The hotel did not offer any complimentary mineral water, tea/coffee maker in a room. The hotel does not offer airport pick up service. Great hotel, the hotel was right behind the Reef Mall. So everthing that was needed for the trip was a stone throw away. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a 10:30 pm flight. We booked this as a place to store our luggage, get a shower and change after touring for the day. It was only a 15 minuted drive to the airport and they offered a free shuttle service. Clean hotel but the staff are not informed at all about bus routes en tourist info. I also got the wrong information about day trips for Dubai, which resulted in alot on wasted time during my 2 day stay. I was also not allowed to use the swimming pool even though it was advertised that the pool was open. The staff could not tell me why and also did […] not gave me feedback, as promised, afterwards. The stay at this hotel was a good one. It was selected for its pricve and met my expectations. It is reasonably well sited to access the Metro (Al Rigga Station) and apart from that I am not really able to comment but it suited my needs. The rooms are basic but clean wher as the communal areas are generally clean. My bedroom was not cleaned one day […] so I guess that is was a mistake. There are 2 reasonably priced restaurants and the food is OK. The restaurants are clean and tidy although there are also numerous restaurants all around the area including just across the road. Close to the airport. Friendly and very clean.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, very well priced and pleasant. No noise. The "Call to Prayer" occurs 5 times a day but this is normal in almost any location of a Muslin country.. Internet was extra.. 10dirhams for 1 hour.. or 2hrs for 15dirhams which was ok if desperate. Good restaurants nearby and a mall, subway 3 blocks.. all within walking distance. […] The Metro will take you to all the hotspots without a problem and is inexpensive.. I would stay here again...
