"WORST EVET"
This was the worst hotel ever in my entire life. The bathroom was nasty and dirty and didn't even have toilet paper! I only chose it as a stop point between driving from Rochester to Florida, but next time I will prefer to sleep in my car.
"Clean and basic with bad service"
It took forever to check in. Then, the manager tried to get me to switch rooms because they accidentally upgraded me to a king bed from a queen. They also held my credit card for a half hour trying to figure out why I got an upgrade. When they gave up they made me come back to get my card instead of bringing it to me. This management was horrible.

Overnight stay on June3 was so bad we gave up our money (non-refundable policy) to stay somewhere else
it was DIRTY, smelled. The bathroom didn't work right, floors were filthy. the manager (SAM) was rude. I told him the toilet was blocked up.( the plunger i was given to unblock the toilet was useless. when we were on the road he(sam) called me and said I had Glued his phone down. I told him we had not touched the phone as we both had cell phones. He […] said there would be a $50.00 dollar charge on my credit card. we are in our 70's. we don't think he had checked the room after the last people used it. Lisätietoja

"Rude, offensive desk clerk and manager"
We pick Motel 8's because the quality is pretty consistant so we know what to expect. When we checked in, the desk clerk asked for a second imprint of our credit card in case "we tore up the room". I told him that I had never been asked that before, and he became very rude. He called over his manager who was also rude. I reluctantly gave him my credit […] card. After we were in the room, I noticed that the cover over the air conditioner controls had been torn off, so I went back to the office and asked that the clerk note this on my receipt so I wouldn't be charged for it. He refused. Although the room was OK, I felt very uncomfortable during our one-night stay because of the way we were treated. I would recommend that everyone stay away from this motel, and further suggest that Hotels.com drop them from their list. Lisätietoja
