I needed a hotel within walking distance to the oceanfront, and this was the best place! The room was comfortable, clean, and sophisticated. Everything I needed, at a great price too! Definitely will book again in the future.

I would definitely visit this location again when I return to the VA Beach area. It would be lovely in the summer time. :-) I saw someone else give a thumbs up to Justin at the front desk. He was there when we checked in at 9:00pm and when we left at 10:30am he was still on duty. He was great. The only problem is you have to walk outside to get from […] the lobby to the elevator and rooms. It was in the 30's that night and my boyfriend had to walk back downstairs to get extra towels. Once we found the hotel,Justin helped us with all the questions we had..very pleasant and knowledgeable. In the AM, Lucas catered to our every need in the breakfast room..Pleasant place, pleasant people..

Will stay here over and over when we are in Virginia Beach. The hotel staff coulfd not be friendlier or more accomodating and our room was lovely. Only small compalint is the size of the batroom in the suite with 2 Queen beds. Nice breakfast and beach is just across the street. it was very reasonably priced, too.

My friends and I took a three day weekend to Virginia Beach. We wanted to stay on the beach. This is not at all the hotels fault but Hotels.com said that it was ocean front. We got a two queen with a couch which was nice to have. It had a fridge and microwave too. The settings of the air was HOT! We could not figure how to turn down the air and it was locked at 75 degrees. Way too hot! Location was great. Access to beach is across the street parking was good. My stay was pretty good, I LOVED THE BED! It was so comfy and soft. I found a liquor bottle in one of my dressers and stains on one of my pillows but room overall was clean..I would stay here again for the right price. =)

The only bad thing i would say is that parking was a bit confusing and the lot out back facing the 7-11 isnt as well-lit as it should be. Other than that, everything was great.

Got it cheaper than clarion website. Great place to stay. Very clean and convenient.

If your someone who likes the sounds of jets then this is the place to be wake up with the jet noise and go to sleep with the jet noise. Do not disturb sign doesn't mean anything in this hotel I left the sign on the door to come back with the cleaning lady in my room anyways. Excellent service, comfortable clean room, all around great. I'll be back. Nice for a romantic night away..if your looking for a view of the ocean, probably wouldn't be my first choice, but for a place to stay comfortably and affordably, definitely recommended.

I reserved a room in the hotel for a special anniversary night with my significant other. We were both pleasantly surprised. The pictures on the website were exactly what we got. Ive stayed at a few Clarion's and this is by far the nicest. But make sure you ask then for a room away from the elevators. We had one right next to the elevators and that's all we heardin the morning when we were trying to sleep. Other than that I was extremely pleased.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff seemed nice. The photos offered online were exactly as shown. I would definatly stay there again.

THIS PLACE WAS A DUMP!!!! THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE GIVEN WAS NOT CLEAN!! NO SHEETS ON BED. FOOD IN TRASH CAN. GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM. BED WAS BARELY MADE. HAD HAIR & SOME KIND OF BUGS ON MATTRESS. HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL AND SPEND AN EXTRA $100.00 TO GET A ROOM!!!!!

Room was small, but well-maintaned. Beds were excellent with plenty of pillows. Lots of towels& soap. Very cozy atmosphere. First and foremost I'm not from VA Beach nor have I ever stayed at any Clarion hotel....now maybe its just me but when you read ocean in the location, it make you think on the beach with a clear view of the beach....welp oven front here mean across the street and around the corner...secondly, parking is horrible! They don't have enough parking to accomodate […] the number of rooms...if you don't get there early and NOT leave you will have to go down a one lane alley with 2 directions of traffic and park in an unattended lot off the property that's occupied by construction equipment and an abandoned wreck car from NOVA and hope that your car is the way you left it the next morning....can you say pack your gun? Third the curtains do not close and being that my room was infront of the front parking lot I had to be sure at all times that I wasn't giving a free peep show at my expense....sheer curtains are not a good look...lastly standard check out time is 11a well I decided to take my son to the beach before we hit the highway. We get back around 10:45 to use the restroom and make sure we had everything and our key wad deactivated before check our time so we had to walk around the building back to the front desk to have our key reactivated...a waste of time glad we REALLY didn't gave to go bad. Oh, I almost forgot while the bed and linens were clean, the bench and sofa were rather unsightly...so be sure to bring lysol and spray EVERY thing. Lisätietoja

I have stayed in Virginia Beach many times in a number of hotels. Even with a respectable name, most of the hotels I have stayed in were disappointing and somewhat run down. This is not the case with the Clarion Inn & Suites. Not only was it a great off-season price, but it was clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was very nice and professional. […] I liked it so much, I brought a group of friends up to VB within two weeks of my first visit and we stayed there. They were also surprised at the quality and service they received for a VB hotel on the strip. The Hotel had a fancy look, but didn't have breakfast & was awkwardly setup...Very clean...Hallways & Common Areas had nice fresh aroma....Most of the nicer hotels as this one was, has coffee in the lobby at all times, however this one didnt..that was a turn off...My room was spacious, but the bathroom was extremely small. I stayed here in the off season and was pleased with the balance of cost and room quality. For the price point I was expecting something mediocre. I was pleased to see what I expect in more expensive price point rooms. I will most definitely stay here again at this price point.

I found the property to be right in the heart of action .The staff was freindly and very helpful I've beeb in the tour industry for over 30 years and highly recommend the hotel to everyone

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Much bigger than the Marriott Spring Hill Suites across the way on the beach side. You have to pay $6.00 for the breakfast buffet, other than that it's a nice hotel.

We stayed there during the Neptune Festival 2011... awewsome remodel, fantastic room. We met some friends for the weekend who had booked their stay at the Hilton a couple blocks north on Atlantic Ave.... our room was much, much nicer, had a view of the Ocean even though it was on the west side of Atlantic Ave and not ocean front, and was less than half […] as much as the Hilton. Very clean, very polite and courteous staff. Only curious thing was that only a couple of ice machines were operational... I'm sure they will resolve that issue. I was expecting this place to be awful - it was NOT. Parking was tight. A big vehicle (highlander) needed to 3 pt turn every time we left, but the room & halls were clean. Quick trip for the Neputune boardwalk weekend. The room was fine queen beds the bathroom was a little small but we spent most of our time at the oceanfront boardwalk. Across the street was access to the boardwalk. Good room for the price and location.

Great location spacious rooms not enough parking breakfast bar is off to a good start.

We were there for the Neptune Festival. Great location. Not oceanfront, but close enough. Watched parade from lobby. Front desk gentleman was great. Room was spacious. No complaints.

I recently spent three nights at this hotel and found it to be an excellent value. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawbacks to the hotel is that the bathroom is pretty small and they do not offer any type of breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel at a fair price.
