Located conviniently near I-95 for an overnight stay on a road-trip. Bar and snacs were on semi self-service basis, but you get the lack of service back in low prices for everything. For some reason two different navigators took us to a gas station about half a mile away with the address given. The hotel was still very easy to find on the same road.

It wasn't really dirty, it just looked that way. There weren't any weird smells, everything appeared washed. It was all just very worn. "convenient location"
The room smelled pretty bad and the beds were old and about ready to split in two..The room is not very big by any means, but after 12 hours of driving I fell asleep fast.The front desk clerk was very friendly..would only recommend if you needed to save money and weren't interested in comfort and cleanliness..

It is what is is; if you're looking for a cheap place to crash for the night, then it's perfect for you. If you're looking to spend evenings IN and hang out in the room; spend a little more and get a nicer place. Overall I was satisfied with the accomodations.
"Not ready for prime time"
The phone and clock radio in the room were unplugged and not functioning when I arrived in the room. Simply moving the furniture and replugging the devices was not sufficient to restore service. The remote control was missing the battery cover so the batteries fell out when I picked it up. The east facing wndow drape appeared to be broken and did […] not shade the morning sun from the room. The free WiFi internet service was frequently offline and the staff was argumentative and slow to address the internet access issue. The management could greatly improve their weekend breakfast service value by extending their hours from 6am until at least 9:30 or 10am. "Premature lockout"
I have been staying at this hotel for 2 years when I visit family in the area. On this trip I was really offended to be locked out of my room at 10:50AM as I was loading my bags into my car. The 11:00AM checkout time is early enough but then to be locked out as I am trying to leave was over-the-top. There is no excuse for locking customers out of their […] rooms prematurely. "A Quality Budget Hotel"

When first checking in they asked for my vehicle information and when I went to check my license plate, the clerk snapped and said the color would be ok. Then I noticed a smell of cooking food that didn't smell pleasant at all and engulfed the whole hotel except for the room. "Super 8 Midlothian Hull St Ric"
This was my second stay in this motel and it was very nice. They are remodeling and the place looks great. I would recommend this motel to anyone visiting this area. close to lots of restaurants and shopping. My room was very clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Needed a cheap room since gas prices were so high. Staff was RUDE and unavailable! Room was disgusting! AC smelled of mildew and made me ill. Room also smelled of urine and entire hotel smelled of whatever the desk person was cooking. "Comfy beds nice staff overall clean good location"
This hotel was nice compared to others in the area we felt safe and like our vehicle was secure also the hotel was a great location next restaurants as well as access to courthouse rd wich will run you to the mall if you want easy access to the city with the suburb feel we would certainly recommend it

I had to make an unexpected trip due to a family energency and this hotel was very convenient to where I needed to go. It was also close to restaurants, shopping and some fun activities like a bowling alley and movie theater where you can go for a little fun. For the price I paid, the hotel was fine. For more, it would not be. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I kept needing to adjust the heat as it seemed to swing between too cold and too warm. The breakfast area and tables were always messy. "WASTE OF MONEY"
THE ROOM SMELLED SO BAD THAT WE HAD TO GO TO THE STORE TO GET AIR FRESHNER AND A CANDLE. DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO STAY THERE BUT WE HAD NO CHOICE. WAS VERY UNSATISFIED AND WILL NEVER STAY THERE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

A/C is not on when you go to your room. The rude night manager will tell YOU to turn it on. Upstairs it is 110 degrees and takes an hour to even start cooling off. Clean enough room and accommodations for a one night stay. The check-in person could not speak English very well so hard to understand plus gave us a hard time about giving us a non-smoking room, even though that's what I pre-booked for.

"Needs Significant Improvement"
You will not find hotel employees working after 9pm and throughout the night, and only one desk clerk at other times. I had to plunge my own toilet. I was shown where the plunger was stored. It did not have any container or bucket attached to it. I asked the desk clerk if I could get a bag or something to carry the used plunger back to the storage closet […] to make sure it did not drip down the hallway.
