great hotel in a perfect location....close to all main attractions

We reserved two connecting rooms for myself (king bed) and my two sons (2 twin beds). We had the front desk manager from another Radisson hotel in Paris (Radisson Ambassador - excellent hotel all around) call three days prior to our check-in to confirm that our reservations were fine and that the right combination of rooms were reserved and waiting […] for us. All was confirmed in our reservation and also by phone, but when we arrived they had us on separate floors. They accused me of lying about the other Radisson calling to confirm, so I made them call the Radisson Ambassador, and they found out that I was telling the truth. After that, they found two rooms on the same floor but not connecting. I was told that was all they could do, and they apologized very reluctantly. We were charged for a higher priced room, but one of the rooms was a downgrade, and we were told there was nothing they could do and they would not refund the difference. The service quality for the rest of the stay was slightly better, but still sub-standard for a hotel chain such as Radisson. Also, there was a strange cat box type smell in the elevators and corridors that was a bit disturbing. Definitely would not stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone that I like. Great location, right on the Arc de Triumph and the Champs-Elysees, convenient to at least three metro lines. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, housekeeping is very thorough.

A fantastic location very central and certainly in the heart of Paris. This small boutique hotel is lovely and romantic. It is just a pity that we came in winter so we couldn't dine outside and make the most of the arc de triomphe view. Disappointing that the bar closed so early that we couldn't have a drink after a long day. Also there were works on […] the RER out to CDG airport and we enquirer from the concierge about alternative route they didn't know anything about it. We got the feeling that they were only interested in calling you a taxi and anything else was beneath them. Concierge also tried to print our boarding passes for us which was a nice touch but unfortunately there was a problem with the website. Not his fault but I just think it is so much easier to provide a terminal with a printer in reception so that we can do it ourselves. I was getting frustrated because I couldn't see what was happening. Overall though staff was very polite and pleasant and would go again. Lisätietoja

Staff was very friendly and speaks english. My stay over the holiday season with the whole family at the hotel was pleasurable. Everyone made sure that our expectations were met.

We are an older couple. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the Arc de Triomphe. As noted above, the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the room, and the condition and upkeep of the hotel were superb. There were some annoyances. When we checked out, there were two charges (same date) of 6 euro each for the use of the minibar. […] We had not used the minibar. These charges were removed when we noted that we had not used the minibar. The telephone cord from the phone to the wall needed replacement--it would fall out of the wall. The reading light on one side of the bed needed to repaired, and for some reason, the heat did not work one evening. The telephone cord and the reading light were repaired after a day's delay. An electric space heater was brought up for our use, when we reported the lack of heat. The heat from central system was restored later in the evening. The body lotion was not always replenished. its located near the triumphal arch, which is close to george V station and the triumphal arch station, about a 7-9 mins walk. excellent location, near champs elysees and surrounded by some nice restaurants. This hotel promises much but delivers little. There is free WiFi, but it does not work; a complimentary newspaper, but none in stock; a fancy coffee maker in the room, but no coffee at any time; a breakfast which is supposedly included but actually not -- a coffee and bread basket is 24 Euros per person; a flat screen TV, but the remote is out of order […] (and the TV turns itself on due to power surges in the hotel, etc. To compensate for the problems, the hotel delivered a dish of stale biscuits and a bottle of Evian (but no bottle opener to open it with). It is churlish to complain about such little things in a world racked with war, but this hotel is overpriced and not worth it. (The "deluxe" room was as small as they come.) Used to be a really nice business hotel and I have stayed there on many occasions in the last 10 years. I will not go back after this last visit. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Rooms and public areas look worn and tired. Furniture chipped or bleached by sunlight. TV barely working, wi-fi slow, telephones not working properly. No menus in the […] room. Wash basin in bathroom looking dirty. Moldstains in the bathroom The real let down is in the little things that the staff used to get right. Instead of taking care of the customers need first they attend to admin. So many small incidents where it is clear that local management have let customer service slip and not staying on top of staff with training and monitoring. I upgraded my room and instead of checking me in quickly and helping me to my room the staff fills in upsale forms and makes me wait whilst doing that. When the TV doesn't work and I call down for someone to take a look no one turns up within 3 hours. Have to call 3 times to get someone to bring room service menus. Service during the breakfast really slow despite very few guest having breakfast...I could go on with many more examples... Lisätietoja

The staff were very warm and friendly in scrupulously clean environment. the decor was modern and contemporary and the location was very convenient. i would definitely revisit the hotel as it was ideal from every angle.

Nice Hotel !!! Rooms kind of small but nice and & clean. Beautiful view from the rooms on top all the way to Champs Elysees. I would go back!! Staff very helpful..

The check-in was very easy and we were greeted very warmly by the staff. Our luggage was in our room by the time we made it upstairs. Although I speak French, all the staff spoke English and went out of their way to help me when I had a question. The room was very clean and well air-conditoned. The location was perfect with the Metro less than a block […] away. There are a variety of restaurants with different price ranges all within walking distance. This was our best stay in Paris! Meget sentralt beliggenhet. Rolig gate, ikke noe trafikkstøy. Hyggelig betjening, alle snakket godt engelsk. Gav god hjelp til å bestille restauranter etc. Store fine rom til å være Paris, gode senger. Kan anbefales

Hotel muito caro pelo padrão apresentado, que certamente não é um 4 estrelas. Quarto escuro, com móveis escuros. Staff atencioso e a poucos metros do arco do triunfo são os pontos positivos deste hotel.

Excelente localização próximo ao Arco do Triunfo e a dois passos da Av. Champs Elysees,bem próximo a 2 estações de metrô ( George V e Etoile).Pudemos entrar assim que chegamos ao hotel às 9:00 da manhã sem que tivéssemos que esperar até 14:00 como normalmente acontece com quem chega cedo.O atendimento de todo staff é super atencioso especialmente dos […] 2 concierges,Said e Nicolas que fizeram todas as resrervas que solicitamos e se esmeraram em atender todas as nossas necessidades.Quarto surpreendentemente grande para quem está acostumado com alguns outros hotéis da cidade.Definitivamente um custo/benefício que eu indicaria para um amigo. Very good location. The best staff I've ever met in a hotel. Rooms are a little smaller than I expected. Not a new building, needs some fixing but kept clean and tidy.

今回は仕事で利用しました。 ホテルの立地は、仕事先やメトロ、コンビニに近く満足でした。 賑やかな界隈ですので、車の騒音は昼間は気になりましたが、夜間は静かでした。 朝食を付けました。パン、飲み物、フルーツでした。規模が小さいためか、バイキングではなく、少し残念。 部屋は綺麗でした。ベッドは私にはやや寝にくいと感じるスプリングでした。 スタッフの対応は良かったです。スリッパも持ってきてくれました。 総合的には価格を考えるともう少し何か付加価値が欲しかったところです。

Meget bra beliggenhet sentralt like ved Triumfbuen. Gåavstand til mange av de interessante stedene (avhenger selvsagt av hvor langt man orker å gå - Paris er diger). Utmerket service fra resepsjon og concierge! Frokosten er for dyr, men croissanter, juice og frukt får man på supert epicerie like ved. Har bodd her flere ggr, kommer gjerne tilbake.
