Huoneemme ainoa positiivinen puoli oli koko. Saimme koko perheemme (5 hlöä) mahtumaan yhteen huoneeseen. Ei tietoakaan puulattiasta tai raikkaista fiiliksistä, koska huoneessa oli kauhtunut kokolattiamatto, iänikuiset nojatuolit ja televisiokin edelliseltä vuosituhannelta. Very nice hotel near the city centre and beside a metro station (one metro change to the city). Service people were very friendly and helpful; they were interested in you. The room was clean, new, big and well cooled when wanted in the summer time. My room was on the inner yard side so it was peaceful. Good WLAN service in the room when wanted. Every […] function worked and there were no bigger problems. The safety box should have been open from the previous guest for me to program it. But it was closed and the "red programming button" is inside; And the written manual didn't emphasize that fact and you find the button only by touching the right point inside the door's back edge beside the hinges. I had to ask help. They helped by coming to the room in 5 minutes. TV was quite small and there were disturbances on some of the channels. The bathroom was big and there was even a hair dryer and automatic air conditioning when putting the lights on. Breakfast price was the only thing i found a bit high but I still took it every morning. Nice breakfast room. Stayed 6 days. A big grocery store in the same building. Hotellin sijaiti on eriomainen. Metron asema on i00m:n päässä ja aivan keskustaan pääsee yhdellä vaihdolla 15 min:ssa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Hotellin aamiainen, joka ei sisälly huoneen hintaan oli erinomainen.

The hotel is close to the subway station "Burggasse" at line U6. Knowing Vienna and its subway, you'll get around quickly. The neighborhood is weird and you'll definitively need the subway to get you places. It's a really nice little hotel but the signs to get there are pretty hard to find.They need a big sign in the main road.Even the local people did not even know they were there!.

My first impression of this hotel was of stepping into an ashtray. The place stinks of cigarettes. My room, a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, smelled of smoke, anyway. The internet connection costs 6EUR an hour, which would be fine if it worked. It seems to be throttled; more than a few minutes on skype results in a dropped connection. Which […] is too bad, since the only reason you'd want to stay in this area is for convenient access to the u-bahn on business. A convenient location next to subway, although not in the center of Vienna. Quite clean, well maintained, kind reception officers. Booked a standard single room, got a nice spacious room with two beds. A great value and an accessible location.

Room was clean, neigborhood was just OK, subway ride to the heart of town. Good value for price!!

Although the hotel is not in downtown, but close to subway and a big shopping center was beside it. For us as a family that wanted sometimes but buy food and also go several places of Vienna, it was great. But if you want to go only to center of city, maybe not a good place.

The hotel is clean, tidy, the staffs were polite and friendly, very impressive. But a little bit noisy, 'cause it situated on a quite busy street. The breakfast was expensive 13 euro. So far, it is a very good hotel, I would recommend to anyone. Thanks

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was exceptionally kind and courteous. It was an easy walk from the public transportation system, but prostitutes do work VERY close by to this location, so unless you plan to be in early each night, this area can be a little sketchy after dark.

Although a lovely hotel, luxurious room and excellent service I would rather have found something cheaper as it was more than I needed for a brief one night stay in Vienna. I stayed there for two nights and the experience was horrible only due to the service at the front desk. The rooms were cleaned quite well and the hotel was in a decent location. However, my wake up call was ignored and when I told them, a woman named tina informed me that it was my fault and there was nothing she could do about it. Definitely not a […] four star hotel. Nice staff. #6 U-bahn line within 2 minutes' walk. The problem of my room is that the windows are facing a bar/club which was busy even at 2am, so I had to keep the curtains completely drawn for all time.

The hotel is located very cloe to the sight seeing venues. The rooms are very big & spacious. When we got into the room we realized that the balcony door was left open so there was lot of rain water in the the room. This is an older hotel that has not been kept up. However it was mostly a nice stay except for one major exception: the carpets in the room were filthy. Good, clean basic hotel near the Metro Station.

Excellent location - subway just round the corner - very quick and efficent. WMF espresso machine in the breakfast room is great very impressed with the hotel and when I return to Vienna I will stay there

The room here was very decent for the money, although instead of a double bed it is just two singles pushed together. The room is pretty basic and the wireless internet is spotty at best. I had to go to the front desk and get a router for my room which they were happy to give me but you can't use computer and watch TV at the same time. Only two stations […] in English. Location is not bad. You one block from the train. It is pretty far from the VIC (Vienna International Center) so if you are going for a conference count on 30 minutes and 3 train changes to get there. There are quite a few bars and restaurants in the area so that was convenient. All in all it was a good experience. They give you a pass for Breakfast in the morning but make no mistake. This was the best place that I stayed while traveling in Europe for 2 weeks. The room was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and it was located right next to the shopping mall. Since I was traveling along, I felf very safe getting off of the metro and walking just a block to the hotel. I also enjoyed the computer with complimentary internet […] in the lobby. In the moring and evenings I was able to go right next door to the grocery store to grab breakfast and snacks and a beer for the evening which was great! A good bargain. Room was very pleasant

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and location was a block away from the metro and two stops away from the main station. While the room was smaller, it served our purpose for a reasonably priced hotel close to public transportation. Very good location for exploring Vienna on budget. 5 minutes from U6 metro station. Perhaps 15 minutes via metro to Vienna old town. Large and clean room. Good air-conditioning. We stayed for two nights at the Atlantis as a base for exploring Vienna. No coffee maker in a room. Having a coffee maker is essential for me. Hotel advertises to have coffee in the lobby - but be prepaid to pay ~$2.75 Euro ($3.5). The neighborhood is not really good. You just do not feel safe there. Also be prepare for over $15 for breakfast cost. Outrages!

The hotel staff were helpful and the hotel was well located to transport links and a very cheap shopping centre (with supermarket) next door. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean but very basic (i.e. no tea/coffee making facilities).
