Nice hotel, 10 mt from subway to duomo. Wi-fi wasn't working that day. Clean, with good breakfast.

Every thing was great except the internet speed and wifi covrage in the room.

We enjoyed our night at the Mercure Milano Centro. The room was simple but comfortable, with amusing details, such as bathroom fixtures, that may be from the period the hotel was constructed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The real reason we chose the hotel was the location. We could easily walk all around central Milan to all of the sights we […] wanted to see. There's also a tram stop in front of the hotel had we wanted to take the tram. There was no free parking, so we were given the option to park at nearby garage which has an agreement with the hotel for €25 for 24 hours. We chose instead to buy tickets and park on the street. For the hours we needed, it ended up being about €10. However, being so close to everything was an ok trade-off for lack of parking. Overall, this hotel offers a good value. Lisätietoja

The Mercure hotels are generally dependable, in that a person can expect a clean, modern hotel. This is what we found at the Mercure Milano Centro. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were well appointed, with great air conditioning units (it was pretty warm when we visited). Our room was very comfortable, and even had a bidet! Room was small but comfortable enough. Enjoyed my one night. Next to Puerta de Venecia Metro. Free internet at lobby. Be cautious and ALWAYS ask if the Breakfast is included! We were charge 10 Euros per person, dissaponted. When I checked in, I was "informed" the breakfast hours but was not given a "reminder" of the extra cost.

Stayed here for 4 nights and hotel was pretty nice. We had a roach come into our room on 2 of those 4 nights which led to my fiance screaming and waking me up to kill it at 3am and 4am two separate mornings. Our main issue with the hotel wasn't the bugs (we left our balcony open one night and the other our door was left open when we came in. The big […] issue was that we left a do not disturb sign on our door the first 3 days and each day when we came back to the hotel, the room had been disturbed. Fully cleaned by the staff and everything was moved around. It was unfathomable to us why they would enter the room and clean it when the sign clearly read do not disturb. This is a fantastic hotel in a great location, As others have mentioned it doesn't look much from the outside but is much better inside. Rooms were clean and very comfortable with AC, TV, safe, small mini bar and Tea/Coffee making facilities. Tube and Tram stations right outside the Hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location (metro, walking, shopping, rail station etc.). The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful as well. It is a really nice hotel and when you book it at hotels.com you get good value for money only minus is no parking and only option is at another location for 25€ for 24h. Anyway they collect your car and bring it back, so not too bad!

This hotel is situated right on the red metro line, just a few stops from everywhere in central Milan. The rooms were smaller than an American hotel but very clean and well furnished. I would highly recommend this hotel to casual travelers and business people alike.

Hotel quite satisfactory except on Ferragosto (15th August) the night we stayed , there were only 3 people working and room service was non-existent. It was pournig and we wanted a drink in our room. Fortunately the housekeeper managed to rustle up a Heineken and a juice from somewhere or we would've been out of luck. Apart from that fine.

So very satified with the hotel and the staff and the room. The air conditioner was a great releif from the hot and humid July days. We would love to stay there again and spend more time in Milan and Italy.

Расположение отеля - супер. Сам отель оч.хороший. Завтраки - лучше не брать, позавтракать можно в кафе рядом. Самый большой минус - при бронировании указывалось, что в отеле Wi-Fi бесплатный. однако в реальности его не было ВООБЩЕ! Приходилось через телефон подключаться и платить немалые деньги оператору. Все остальное - оч.хорошо

Отдыхал неделю с 9 по 13 января . Приличный и достойный отель на уровне реальных 4х звезд ,

O Hotel segue o bom padrão da Rede Mercure. A localização é excelente, com transporte público (Metro) na frente do Hotel. O quarto é confortável e moderno. O único inconveniente (que parece ser comum em muitos hoteis em Roma) é que ele destroem a tampa da banheira, de modo que só fica disponível a ducha. Ideal location, opposite to a metro station in the center of Milan. In spite of central location, hotel is cosy and well noise isolated. We booked at a discount fare and the value for money was excellent. We did not try the breakfast (there was a surcharge) but it was no issue as there are plenty of shops and local cafes nearby.

очень достойный отель практически в центре за очень небольшие деньги. наш номер стоил 140 евро. мы путешествовали по европе и везде за отели за 3-4 звезды платили гораздо больше. очень рекомендую. отель вообще новый.

Hotellet ligger precis vid en tunnelbanegång (samma linje som till Il Duomo) så det är mycket enkelt att ta sig till och från hotellet. I samma kvarter ligger också en supermarket med bra utbud samt många affärer. Rummen är stora och fräscha, städningen är väldigt bra och trots att det är två stora gator i närheten så hörs det knappt ingenting. Väldigt […] trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Nice clean hotel. Located towards a rather busy road. Fortunately the windows damps the noise quite effectively. Breakfast is average. Perhaps a bit below average. Coffee and cappuccino was from an automatic coffemaker. God service at the front desk and reasonable prices for the minimal. Really pleased with this hotel.

Rent och fint hotell, fræscha rum med mycket bra ljudisolering ut mot den relativt trafikerade gatan. Mysigt område runt hotellet och mycket bra glassbar på hørnet! Dyr frukost, så vi åt hellre på cafeet nere på gatan, tillsammans med lokalbefolkningen! Trevlig betjæning som pratade hyfsad engelska. Fin promenad genom parken ner mot centrum, men metrostation […] (rød linje) precis vid hotelluppgången gør också metro till ett fint alternativ.
