Oikein hyvä perushotelli tapahtumien ja palveluiden keskellä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet moneen suuntaan. Lippupalvelu aulassa ja hyvä ravintola ja pikku kauppa perustarpeineen ja matkamuistoineen samassa rakennuksessa. Siisti hotelli ei kuitenkaan luksus josta joutuisi pulittamaan itsensä kipeäksi. Keskitason yläpuolella kuitenkin. Palvelu aulassa oli todella tökeröä eikä hymyä tarvinnut odottaa saavansa missään kohtaa. Hoitivat kuitenkin asiat mitä pitikin. Yöpyisin todennäköisesti täällä uudelleen jos samaan suuntaan eksyn.

Hinta-laatu-suhde todellakin kohdillaan! Iso siisti huone, jossa mikroaaltouuni ja jääkaappi. Hotellin uima-allasalue siisti ja viihtyisä. Ilmainen kuljetus teemapuistoihin ja takaisin. Hotellin aulassa on lippumyyntipiste, josta kannattaa ostaa etukäteen liput teemapuistoihin. Paljon ravintoloita lähellä.

The overall Hotel is great, convinient, close to the airport, about 9 miles, it took me 12 mins. to get to the airport on an early Monday morning. The hotel is clean, The only thing I have to say is that one of the beds was broken, the mattress was so worn out that it made a dent in the middle. Another thing that I've noticed is that in the 2 beds room in the kitchen they only have dinnerware and silverware, etc. for 2 people, while in the one bed they have settings for 4. "Diamond in the Rough..."
Ok so when you pull up to the property you may feel like your in the middle of no where...its near some Industrial Place, but there is no noise, so its not a bother. Universal is 3 min right down the road, there are several places to eat in the area like Fridays, Panda Express, Arby's and more! The convience completly out weighs the area the Hotel sits […] in. The night Manager is the nicest guy you ever wanna meet. We were a late arrival so we called ahead, which was no trouble at all, just be aware the desk closes at 9pm durring the week at 8p on weekends. He was very helpful and made us feel at home! The hall carpet is old and dingy, def needs some upgrading. The room is very cozy though. Nice Queen bed (which is a great change from the double) Nice Fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, small coffee pot, iron+board, couch, small sitting area....everything you need for a short or longer stay. Granted the carpet needs to be replaced and the couch had some staining, but the room was comfy, roomy and for the price we paid for 1 night you really cant go wrong. The staff was fablous as well, so friendly and helpful, they are even mailing me my charger that I left by mistake! With a few small upgrades this place really would be a 5 star! Lisätietoja

The hotel was a bit out dated, but not horrible. I was surprised to learn that it is an extended stay hotel. I did not like that at all. The carpet needs to be replaced or cleaned very well.

"Horrible Weekend"
I could not get a pillow once the manager left. The toilet stopped working and nothing could be done till the next day when maintance was onsite, which was inconvenient for a seven month pregnant woman to drive to a 24 hour walmart to use the bathroom during the night. The room wasquite large with a kitchenette. However, it did not feel clean, and did require some maintenance. While we were never threatened, we did not feel safe in the hotel.

Housing criminals, a/c didn't work well, dirty room, broken bed,front desk shackeled up after 8pm! I can keep going, I only stayed 2 hours! Disappointed.

not real bad for the price. Carpets were awful. Much masking of carpet smells was going on. Room air conditioner was loud. Place needs updating Staff never showed up on Sunday AM by the time I left at 8:17am.so could not get a zero balance receipt.

"A VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE"
When I walked in the lobby I got the feel it had been a nursing home and it kind of had the look to go along. It was a serene yet erie feeling. When checkin was finished I walked to elevator to go to my floor to check out my room. AWEFUL!!!!! the smell was horrendous as if someone was cooking chitterlings, wallpaper was peeling off the bottom portion […] of the wall. It was an extended stay being rented out as apartments also. The tenants had the look of a half way house out on paroll of violent offenses. No one was friendly. Room was small and not well kept. The entrance door had been previously kicked in by appearance because it could not close completely. Carpet was dirty and sticky, alarm clock did not work, soap wrappers were damaged so I did not trust the soap. I tried to get on the internet but couldn't because too many people were already logged in under hotel password. I did not get any sleep. Only a 30 minute nap. I was awaken by a shaking bed and a nightmare. I call to request service with my bags to the car and was told no such service. The front desk was closed with a metal shade. Me and my infant son rushed out of the hotel and will never go back again. I find out minutes later at the denny's around the corner there is a prison 2 miles from the hotel. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY ORIENTED HOTEL AND HONESTLY PUTS TRAVELERS FROM OUT OF STATE IN DANGER. Location was a little far, but outside of hotel was not exactly what I expected. The rooms were a little small side, but the convenience of having a kitchenette came in very handy, especially when we are working on a budget.

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon check in, I had to wait 15 minutes to acknowledged. I was the only person there. So that was ridiculous. When we went to our room, there was a couch with cigarette holes all over it, stains and a foul smell. The room looked filthy. We didn't even bring our things in because we were afraid we would […] get bed bugs. The place looked decent from the outside, but the inside is hell. It looks like a prison, and the rooms are very dull. Curtains didn't even cover the windows all of the way. Windows opened, but had no screens on them. There is a water tank or something in the parking lot that you can hear clanking at all hours of the night. The room smelled awful. ANd housekeeping came to our room at 10 am to see if we were leaving. C/O was at 11. It was not needed to come bang on the door. Then the front desk called and asked when we were leaving. Overall, the stay was awful. And NOT WORTH IT. I would rather pay 30 bucks more and stay at the Buena Vista Spa than stay here. The low cost doesn't even make the stay worth while. "HORRIBLE..dirty hotel needs alot of work inside"
My family arrived here late in the evening when getting to Orlando early for our Disney vacation. The outside of the hotel looks great, but inside was dirty, old, stained and we didn't even cover up with the blankets. "Nice Place"
The hotel was in a good location and the staff a was helpful and friendly. However, I was locked out of my room twice because the card was deactivated. The night manager came and reactivated the card and said that it usually happens if you are checking out the next day. NO!! But the overall stay was pleasant.

It's a great hotel, and I really enjoyed my stay, but I think the whole hotel needs a serious face-lift that makes it look like the owners really care about their hotel and the business they run.

The front desk closed at 11 pm, then I locked my key in my room but was able to get a replacement key from the night guard. Thanks to Don from Philly. The room was clean and a good bargain for the money.

I requested a smoking room and dont expect a super clean room. the room however was very dirty with broken furniture. I have stayed at suite hotels before and the room was cleaned each day mine was not cleaned for the 4 days I was there

Pro's: friendly daytime staff, definately the kitchen & refrigerator was the best part w/ 2 teen boys, saved alot of money not eating out, price of room reasonable Cons: worst pillows ever, way to thick to sleep on and no others available at front desk, beds not great, hide-a-bed uncomfortable, refrigerator leaking some brown liquid, only 2 serving […] plates in the unit and they were not clean. This room was basic. Maybe I should not complain for the price... Anyway, the furniture is not arranged comfortably. We had to move the dresser that the TV was mounted to so we could see the TV from the bed. Then we had to move the kitchen stool to the otherside for the same reason. Check in was quite tacky. Very good location and good price. I check in at 2AM, the desk was close but I can call the night attendant. He is very nice. Everything else was ok for me.
