This Orlando all-suite hotel is adjacent to the Grande Pines Golf Course, 2 miles from SeaWorld Orlando, and 3 miles from the Orange County Convention Center. The Downtown Disney® area and Universal Studios are both within 8 miles.
Hotel Features.
An outdoor pool, children's pool, and spa tub are set on a large sundeck. A fitness center is open 24 hours a day. A playground and a video arcade are also on site. Guests enjoy privileges at the Grand Pines Golf Course. The hotel serves a complimentary Continental breakfast each morning. A sports-themed cafe offers indoor and patio dining overlooking a small pond.
Guestrooms.
Condo-style suites have private furnished balconies or patios. All suites feature kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, toasters, coffeemakers, dishwashers, cookware, and dishes. TVs come with premium cable channels. Wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge.

Oikein hyvä perushotelli tapahtumien ja palveluiden keskellä. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet moneen suuntaan. Lippupalvelu aulassa ja hyvä ravintola ja pikku kauppa perustarpeineen ja matkamuistoineen samassa rakennuksessa. Siisti hotelli ei kuitenkaan luksus josta joutuisi pulittamaan itsensä kipeäksi. Keskitason yläpuolella kuitenkin. Palvelu aulassa oli todella tökeröä eikä hymyä tarvinnut odottaa saavansa missään kohtaa. Hoitivat kuitenkin asiat mitä pitikin. Yöpyisin todennäköisesti täällä uudelleen jos samaan suuntaan eksyn.

Hinta-laatu-suhde todellakin kohdillaan! Iso siisti huone, jossa mikroaaltouuni ja jääkaappi. Hotellin uima-allasalue siisti ja viihtyisä. Ilmainen kuljetus teemapuistoihin ja takaisin. Hotellin aulassa on lippumyyntipiste, josta kannattaa ostaa etukäteen liput teemapuistoihin. Paljon ravintoloita lähellä.

"much better than I expected"
I didn't know what to expect but checking in was easy, the neighborhood was great, the condo was clean and everything was in good order. The staff was very nice and the breakfast, although terribly crowded, was good.

"Good hotel for the price"
The rooms are condo style with one and two bedrooms, good for families needing the space. Some have been remodeled and are in pretty good condition. It's close to Seaworld and Aquatica, and about a 12 minute drive to Disney Downtown area. The downfall is that with the renovation the rooms have very poor lighting only side lamps no ceiling light. The continental breakfast was ok, but last time I stayed here they had more choices, but it's free so I really won't criticize it. It works if you are trying to get out quickly in the morning. "Good place if you have your own transportation"
Staff was nice, hotel was clean, breakfast was ok. However, the free shuttle to attractions is extremely limited. There is one time slot, and you must sign up in advance. This was very inconvienent. Also, the driving was texting while driving my family down I-4. I would only stay there again if I had my own car. Beds were very uncomfortable.

"One of worst hotel experience ever"
we have spent thousands of nights in hotels of every classification. We know what to expect when we stay at a roadside motel, and know what to expect at a five-star. this wouldn't even rank as a half-star. We tried to check in at noon (4pm is checkin) and were told to come back in an hour. Came back at 1:30 and told to come back in an hour. came back […] at 3pm, and guess what...when we checked in at 4pm, Our room smelled like garbage and/or septic. and not just a little. called from t desk and they sent a guy who wrinkled his nose and made a face when he walked in, then emptied almost a bottle of febreeze-stuff. made the floors and carpet sticky. then i saw huge globs of toothpaste on the bathroom wall, and hair stuck to the ceiling in the bathroom, as well as hairs and a dead fly on the bathroom floor. called the next morning and complained, but everything was the same when we returned that afternoon. called again and was told they'd tell a manager in the a.m. i told the manager the next morning, and he said they'd have to look into the smell. that was the extent of their concern. Line at breakfast was very long, and seating was very limited. The grounds are immaculate, and the property is adjacent to a non-hotel-owned golf course, and is minutes away from Sea World. "Close to attractions"
This place is 2 miles from Sea World and just off International Drive - very convenient. The free breakfast was great, but it does get busy in there. I didn't get to the pool, but my 3 year old son loved it and he preferred the trip to the pool/playground to Sea World !!

Perfect for quick family vaction weekend trip. Very spacious and on site resturant was a huge plus!
The Parc Corniche in Orlando Florida was close to all must-see sights. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was also, very good. I would highly recommend staying at the Parc Corniche!
Hotel is very nice and lots of room in the suites for family. The breakfast hours have now changed from last year and the breakfast did not have as much to offer as in the past years. It is purely continental now and not a hot breakfast. Overall very well run.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wifi connection does not come with the room, there was an additional fee per day to acsess the internet.

Me and my family are frequent guest everytime we to orlando we always stay there. The front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful.... the food at the bar and grill is delicious and the drinks there awesome.. The Parc was very convenient for our visit to Epcot. Check-in was quick and easy, the young man at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. The lobby and grounds were well-kept. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook and eat with. While we did not use the kitchen during our stay, we did use room service. Overall, we were happy with the condo the only exception being the furnishings and decor. Much of the furniture was scratched or damaged, and very outdated. I checked in for one night before getting on a cruise. We had to use the sofa in the living room, so I took the blankets out of the closet. One of the blankets was dirty with hairs stuck on it. I wouldn't stay here again. The blankets on the beds were so filthy that we called to have them changed. The ones they brought were even filthier. I booked for 7 people and there weren't seven pillows in the room. When I called for more pillows, they wanted to charge me ten dollars each for "extra ones." When we returned the second night, the beds had […] not been made and the floor had not been cleaned. Only the basket inside the bathrooms had been emptied. Furthermore, the continental breakfast seemed more of a local breakfast. It was scarce in variety and the orange juice seemed to be "water juice." Also the place for breakfast was too small for this busy season. We had to wait with our breakfast in our hands for a table to be available. "PARC CORNICHE/SEA WORLD"
Grocery,pharmacy, highway and attractons were just a short drive. Breakfast was decent and the the place was acceptable. Could use some upgrades. Needs to improve on cleanliness coz we found some "hair" around the toilet bowl. Our stay was short but was worth the price we paid for and would like to come back again if the price won't change.

Old furniture....a twin bed that moves when you sit on it... and, a roach in the sink.... What can I say? The best thing about this hotel was its continental breakfast.

it was an ok stay, housekeeping need to pay close attention to cleaning, I found a shoe on the balcony which didnt belong to me, crumbs in the sofa, other than that it was nice place to stay.
