Excellent location where you can walk to a number of attractions and access to amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Good central location. Comfortable clean room. Didn't need a licence to operate TV. Noise from adjacent construction site may bother some people, although it shuts down at end of working day. Quality of food at on-site cafe a bit disappointing. Where was the complimentary newspaper?

Would pick another hotel next time we are in Auckland, hotel very noisey at night. Bathroom had been cleaned but smelt nasty. Reception staff very helpful.

I stayed here for almost a week while on vacation and the staff were really great. Everyone there was really nice and they bent over backwards to assist you with everything. The hotel is a little far from the docks but not too bad. There are a lot of good food places and bars nearby too. I would stay there again.

The hotel is very well located and it is possible to explore the city on foot. The ferry terminal is also within walking distance. Great hotel with a nice location.

We were worried when we got to the hotel because the hotel lobby is outdated and the hall smelled like stale smoke. But, we were pleased with our room. The smell did not carry over, the room was big, clean and comfortable.

I was very impressed with the hotel, the staff were all very friendly, no requests were a problem. The location is great. I couldnt fault anything during my five day stay. Thank you Scenic

I lived in Scenic Hotel for three days for my business trip, what surprised me, they give me a service apartment , and the bed is very soft. The location of Scenic is prefect in CBD, and considering the price and value, I would like stay in Scenic again, Cheers.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Everything was very clean and within close proximity of attractions. Strongly recommend.

Scenic Hotel Airdale is the hotel of our choice when we stay in Auckland.

Great location opp Aotea Square, easy walk down queen street & catch a bus back up to the frontdoor. Friendly staff quick & easy valet service very comfortable, clean with modern amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would gladly stay again.

Love this hotel! Some of the rooms, due to building configuration, are arranged a bit odd, but other than that, the service is great and the quality of the rooms are excellent. Cafe downstairs also good. The only thing that would make this place more perfect would be to have free wi-fi. Will definitely stay here next time I visit Auckland.

We stayed at the Scenic Hotel Auckland,, for three nights in March 2011, before returning to UK, good location, easy to find, near many interesting places, helpful staff and the BEDS just heaven ! best beds we ever slept in, the comfort was amazing, just didn't want to get up in the mornings. Only down-side to this hotel is the city noise and the closet doors closing in the queen bedroom. Noise was easily blocked out by closing the windows and heavy drapes. Liked that the windows opened and the room was air conditioned. Great centralized location within walking distance to most everything one would need.

No complaints about the hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. In general it's actually a very good hotel. The only problem I had was noise from the street at night. Being on Queen street it's noisy for most of the night. Even ear plugs couldn't block out all the noise. This was an older hotel in downtown Auckland. There was a $20/day fee for parking - they valeted your car somewhere off-site (not sure how far that meant). Staff/service were great. We really didn't use any of their facilities other than for sleeping and a quick croissant in the morning on the way out. the beds are the best the pillows are great if you dont like them they have a pillow menu the hotel name is senic but i had no view at all in my room

Scenic is well-named, and at a great location. Our room rate was very good for what we got (suite with twin bed in living room, double bed in separate room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom, view from living room window). The beds were too soft, and it was like sleeping on a large marshmallow. Due to the location, we decided to stay another night, and […] the rate more than doubled - and we couldn't book it online as the hotel was, "full" according to the front desk woman from a Slavic country. She was NOT smiling nor pleasant - a VERY different reception from the accommodating one we received upon check in! A very good hotel, very conveniently placed in the centre of Queen St, Auckland. Within walking distance to most of the attractions (and restaurants) of Auckland. The only "annoyance" is that for the Queens St-facing rooms, the traffic noise can be relatively high. Ask for a room on the other side of the hotel!

I was very pleased with the room layout and having kitchen facilities was a real bonus. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had everything you need. Being at the top of Queen Street made it a perfect location - you could easily walk down to the viaduct area, have lunch, and then head back up to the hotel. I would definitely stay here aga […] in. Le personnel était à l'écoute et près à aider. Le bus pour l'aéroport est situé à la porte de l'hôtel. Nous gardons un bon souvenir des 3 nuits passées dans cet hôtel.

싱크대가 있다길래 푸른 홍합과 스테이크용 고기를 사서 들어 갔다 아무리 불을 찾아없음 조리도구는 있음 희한했다. 조리도구는 오직 전자랜지...뿐이였다.

Excellent. Studio très agréable et très bien équipé. Hôtel très bien situé sur Queen's Sreet. Excellent rapport qualité/Prix.
