Very Clean, very close to everything. A great breakfast and free theme nights (dinners and drinks) 3* per week. The staff could not have been any more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were great and the kitchenette made things very easy.

Hotel staff was great and the rooms are huge. Was very impressed.

The staff were a friendly bunch, but there was a few problems. I understand that you pay a premium for staying so close to Disneyland, but both of the TV's in our room didn't even get the Disney channel. Then in the breakfast area none of the TV's had the Disney channel on either. Also our toilet was broken the whole time. The second night I called […] to have it fixed. I loved this hotel and I would definitively stay here again. I didn't know it was an "extended stay" hotel so the full kitchen was a nice surprise. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was comfy and cute! We drove to Disneyland instead of taking the shuttle because of our free parking with the annual pass, easy drive. We have 4 adults and three kids staying a suite with master room ( with individual bathroom), separated by a narrow living room plus mini kitchen. This hotel is located on a "one way" traffic which makes it less busy than most others. The suites is a bit small to be called a "Suite", but adequately for a small family. The "full" kitchen has the basic […] stuffs that you need: frig with ice makers, stove, microwave, pots and pans, spoon, knife, can/beer opener etc. We have some small children that the kitchen accessories come handy at times. There is a children Bookshelf which located in the corner with dinning tables. I wish they remove the tables and block off that area for "kids" since this hotel has full of children running around. The complementary Breakfast is standard, nothing "awesome" about it. There are "free" happy hour on week days. The outdoor garden/pool is great for kids. It's not a typical "resort" but it's something for kids to kill time and running around. It's not the most kids friendly hotel on earth but it's a good overall quality hotel for family. We took the whole family ( 3 kids, in-laws and sister in-law) and had a great time. rooms were good and the breakfast was very nice.

This hotel was perfect for our family Disneyland vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The breakfast was great every morning a little late on the weekends when trying to get to the parks first thing but we worked around the schedule. We loved the hotel and the awesome breakfast provided before a long planned day at Disneyland. East to get to hotel and a short distance from Disneyland. The price is great for what u get and the hotel is up to date and grounds and parking were both sufficient! I would and have since recommended Staybridge to coworkers and friends.

This was a great hotel for the Ducks game. You are 2miles away not walking distance. I was so close to a bunch of attractions Honda Center, Angeles, Disney all right by the hotel I will be using my hotels.com app all the time it was so conveinient and quick. The app and discounts are worth the download.

We stayed for 3 nights with our 18 month old while my husband attended a conference. The free breakfast and evening happy hour/snacks was awesome. We swam regularly in the pool/hottub. I needed something close to Disneyland and with a DVD player. The kitchen was a great bonus, and allowed me to combine a nice room, a night at the movies, and an extended happy hour supper all from the comfort of our room. Breakfast was very well done. The guests do not need to know everything you are thinking when they ask for something. The details about how you are going to accomplish the request are for "backstage", just like at Disneyland. We are a family of 4 and found the Staybridge just right for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. They also held snack nights 3 days a week. We made the reservation at this hotel for a group getaway for six. It was one of the only hotels that didn't charge an extra person fee for their suites, a HUGE plus, especially considering that 2 of us weren't able to go at the last minute. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were extremely pleasant. I was in town on business and I was a minority in that sense. 99% of guests here are families with loud kids running around. Granted, it's right down the street from Disneyland. We loved this hotel. It was close to Dinseyland and just the right size for my family. We also took advantage of the kitchen. The breakfast was awesome and the light snack they offered from 5:30 to7:30 was nice too. There is a shuttle service that runs to disneyland and back so you don't have to worry about parking. From the friendly check in to the nice breakfast, this is a very good place for Anaheim activities. We opted to walk to Disneyland from the hotel and it was not bad at all.

Got lost getting there but called and the front desk clerk was very friendly and got us on the right track. Room was spacious.. a little run down but full kitchen, refrig, micro, dishwasher, dishes etc. 2 TV's, sitting room with sofa bed, decent buffet breakfast, great coffee, Wolfgang Puck coffe... it isnt super fancy but it is very comfortable, convient […] to Disneyland and other area attractions and the front desk staff helpful and friendly. would definatly stay again :) Lisätietoja

Decent location for a Disney visit. I had continuing education class in nearby Santa Anna and my wife took the kids to Disneyland. The hotel shuttle was only $6 for all three to Disney round trip. Room was okay. We had a king suite. Kids slept on sofa bed, but I don't think an adult would be comfortable. Kitchen had all but an oven, but we only used […] the fridge and coffee pot. Hotel breakfast was okay, typical of most included breakfasts. Pool was good for the kids and was shared with the Holiday Inn next door. I've long been a fan of the Staybridge Hotels. We sought this out when planning our trip to Disney. Very clean, the staff was fantastic, especially Bonnie at the front desk. She walked us through the complex process of buying Disney tickets (which we bought at the desk). The hotel is right off of I-5 which was a little noisy, but certainly manageable. […] A lot of the reviews complain about the "distance" to Disney. It's a couple streets away from the Toy Story lots. Get over it! The pool area was very clean and friendly, and the free breakfast is hands down the best in American hotel chains for "complimentary". They offered a full slate of cable channels so the kids could watch their shows and the kitchen was good enough for us to cook a nice steak dinner. This hotel is great for kids: Pool, breakfast buffet, the rooms are big, they have a good happy hour for free beer and appetizers plus coloring station and face paint for kids. Great rooms...love individual kitchens & living room. Very clean & enjoyable stay.

This was our second week here. We were here the previous week and this room this week was nicer than last. I will stay here again for sure!

We have always stayed at this same hotel for years. Every time we come to Disneyland we stay here because it has one room that will sleep 8 people. We have me and my husband, 5 kids from 17 - 4, and my mother that all travel together. It has a free breakfast buffet as well everyday. The pool is huge and the perfect temperature and the hot tub is so […] hot and nice. Now, it is not what it used to be however. The carpet in the hallways needs to be stretched. There are bubbles in the carpet all the way down the hall. In the rooms around the tile for the kitchen floor the carpet isn't fitting down like it should. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced. The tv's are not flat screens either. They are the old school tube tv's and when we played dvd's in the living room dvd player it was a fuzzy screen through the whole movie. The breakfast used to be much better and would change everyday. It also had more variety. I think they must be under new management now because the quality compared to even 2 years ago when we were here is not the same. The beds are comfy though and have fairly new mattresses. The kitchens have all cooking utensils. The bathrooms are clean and nice. So, needs updating but overall a nice place to be. Lisätietoja

IT WAS EASY TO FIND, THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. THE HOTEL SUPPLIED HEARTY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING AND 3 NIGHTS THERE WERE EVENING SNACKS. Primero solicite a la recepcion del Hotel que me acumularan los puntos a mi Priority Club, el cual nunca hicieron. Segundo la Habitacion que solicite y pague via Ustedes, con dos camas queen y un sofa cama, no me la dieron en un principio, por lo que baje y les pedi que me cambiaran.
