We got a big room on the 25th floor facing the sea so the view was great. The room was clean enough but bathtub could need some updating. Service was ok and we got answers to our questions but maybe not the most welcoming hotel. The area around the hotel is a bit shady but if you walk on the sea side then it's fine. We stayed one night there on our way to NYC. The hotel is classy, room was nice and clean. Asked for an ocean view room and got it from the 21st floor. Wi-fi was out when we arrived and the lady on the front desk told us that it should be fixed by the evening, and if so we would get it for free for the rest of our stay. However when we called the front […] desk early the next morning before we left a man told us that wi-fi is working but we would have to pay for the day charge it to use it. That reduced the points of the overall impression a little bit. Also parkin cost $12 and there was no breakfast. Time share/condo bldg.....cleaner, quieter, no cigarette smoke. Since I had stayed at the Blue Green for one week in Las Vegas, I thought I'd get the same kind of service and facilities in Atlantic City. First of all the surrounding neighborhood is practically ghetto. I was told that my van was too tall to park on the main level of the parking structure (not true), so I was forced to park my vehicle in an open unsecured […] parking lot for an additional fee of $15 (hidden charge not mentioned during the booking process). The room was clean, but antiquetted. The staff was barely courteous. The "Security Officer" at his post in the lobby behaved as though he could barely stand me; he took his time giving me my parking tag and giving me instructions. I finally got where he was going with his behavior...it was a race thing. Anyway, not a very comfortable environment. I am a very tolerant person with a professional background, but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. Keep yourself and your family safe. Avoid this hotel. The hotel was on the perfect location and the prices is super compare to the others. There is only 1 complaint, they didn't did a good job cleaning the room. The bed sheets were not done and the bathroom wasn't retouch properly.

As an off-season vacationer my experience was slightly less than expected but it meet my needs. I needed a quiet, restful, non-eventful and kind of boring experience, although I did enjoy the casinos on occasions. I enjoyed walking alot although the boardwalk was cool and breezy as well as walking to see some of the outdoor outlet malls. If I had thought […] about it I would have bought some DVD's. I absolutely did not like that the parking lot was close but separate from the hotel. The in-season vacationer would experience the best fun. For the price, this place was just ok compared to casino hotels. Do not expect anything special when you stay here. Although the staff was great, the room was lacking - looked like it was designed in the 80's and smelled like someone had been smoking in there since the 80's, even though its a non-smoking hotel. Cabs do not come here very often, but […] the front desk will call you one. It took less than 5 minutes to arrive. You do not want to walk around the surrounding neighborhood to look for a cab, especially at night during the off-season. If you're just looking for a place to crash for the night that is relatively clean (other than the smoke smell) this place is OK. As mentioned above, the staff was great - very friendly and accommodating. My sister and I got this hotel to attend a concert at the Taj Hahal. How perfect! We could look at the Taj from our window. It was only 8 blocks away. The hotel is right on the boardwalk so, walking on the boardwalk you can't tell its 8 blocks away. We were on the 23rd floor and the view was perfect and beautiful. The room was so nice too. It had a […] nice bathroom, nice size, had a small kitchen section with everything you may need to stay, plates, spoon, cups, glasses, fridge, microwave, toaster oven...you name it. The entire room was really nice, but what really took it over the top for me.....was the beautiful wood floors!!!! Loved the wood floors. It just made it feel so clean. This hotel was perfect. I had read reviews and requested a renovated hotel room like someone else suggested and I am so happy we did. We had a queen suite that had a pull out couch. I was going to AC for a concert and was not willing to pay those crazy casino prices. I found this hotel and I must say I was quite pleased. The hotel is right on the boardwalk. The room was fine and even has a kitchette. I would stay here again.

The price was great, and having a kitchen made the whole trip even more affordable. The size of the room, the ocean view and the bathtub were great as well. I wish the sofa-bed was more comfortable, but it really didn't bother me. I really recommend it.

I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was so much cheaper than the usual hotels by the boardwalk so my expectations were low. But the room was amazing. Extremely clean, functioning and new appliances, large crystal clear TV, a jetted tub, and best of all a perfect view of the ocean and surrounding city. One entire wall was large windows! […] The hotel itself is kept clean and the staff was very friendly. It has a pool and hot tub in the warmer months and a sauna and steam room open year round. It also has a game room with arcade games and pool tables. It also has a cafe sort of area on the ground floor and several vending machines. Its located very close to attractions and has an entrance directly to the boardwalk. However the neighborhood is not the best, especially at night. The studio room was very nice. I was a little disappointed that there was not a regular size refrigerator but only one of those small ones. Hotel is right on boardwalk. It's AC in spring so not many people around. Two added costs: wifi is $6.95 per day and parking is $12.00 per day. The room I stayed at was beyond beautiful. It had a great view with large windows of the ocean. The woman at check in was extremely nice and so helpful. The room was extremely clean and had so many amenities (JACUZZI!!) The room was clean with a great view of the boardwalk. The elevators need upgrading as they are slow and broke down during my stay. However, they were quickly repaired. Also, the tub water was not clear and appeared to be greenish. Not good!

The 'suite' felt like a condo...which it clearly was. Clean, newish furnishings on the modern side, but clearly dated. Separate standup shower and soaking jetted tub...80's putty color but comfortable bed, good location, clean and friendly overall. I'd stay again at a good rate.
