Hotelli ei ihan yllä kolmeen tähteen mutta jos hotelli on vain yöpymistä varten on hinta kohdillaan. Sijainti rauhallinen. Lähellä on ravintoloita ja suuri Gardens mall. Tallelokeroita ei ollut saatavilla ja hotelli on vaihtanut hiljattain omistajaa, muuttunee Best Western hotelliksi, joten korjaustöitä oli tekeillä hieman. Aamupala ok.

everbody was friendly...i did not appreciate the fact that there was construction going on and that breakfast was the only meal served

This hotel needs renovation. For the money paid - complete disappointment. Dirty wash cloth in the shower was indicative

The room and hotel is very clean, especially the bathroom. I was quite disappointed on the beds,they were very flaky and had very ragged pillows. Other than that it's ok.

I stayed here a few years ago and loved it. This time was even better. It's under new management and the rooms have been re-done and are lovely. Missed the restuarant/bar being open in the evening but the pool area, with fireplace, is as I remembered it. Very friendly staff.

Must say that the staff were incredibly nice, cutomer service is not dead here. They are revamping the hotel, but our rooms were far away from the construction (they did not have occupied rooms near the construction) and we did not encounter any dust or noise. The only disappointment was that the bar/restaurant were closed with the construction.

it should not be open until renovation is complete. presentation of food at breakfast was a 2 at best

When we checked in, the hotel seemed to be deserted and dark. They were doing a re-model and there were construction materials everywhere Tom was at the front desk and was very nice and informative. The room was non-smoking, however it smelled very much like someone had just smoked in there. First thing, the place is under construction. That was not listed on their site. Then, there was paint on the floor, wires hanging from the celing, and dirty sheets in the hallway. The beds are as hard as rocks, the sheets smelled like smoke, and when we complained, they told us, " what do you me to do?". Please at all costs, stay far away from this […] hotel. When we made res. we were not told about major construction. Staff try to be helpful.....

This hotel is under construction, so I would avoid it until complete. Very dirty and dated rooms. Hotel restaurant is closed. Staff is not very friendly.

Hotel is under construction. will definetly stay here again when construction is complete. nice location. rates are reasonable. breakfast was okay, thy ran out of potatoes early and made no more. but aside from that we had a great new years weekend.

I guess a hotel doesn't have to tell you they are under major construction. Anyway once we got in the room it was very nice and comfortable. I think it will be a great place to stay once they are done.

Even though the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, it was a very comfortable stay. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel itself is in the middle of beautiful surroundings. I will definitely look forward to my next stay!

The property was undergoing an extensive renovation but the room was clean. We did not eat breakfast there due to the renovation. The halls and lobby were in disarray with building materials, not a great situation. 3 out of 5 stars is being really nice.

The free breakfast starts at 7 - not good if you have to be on the road at 6am.

I wish that during my booking, I was informed that the hotel is going through renovation and how far away is located from the actual beach. If you are looking to rock West Palm Beach and actually sun bathe at the beach, this hotel is located inconveniently and no actions at the hotel.

The first time we stayed at the Windsor was 3 yrs ago and it was FABULOUS. That's why we choose to come back. This go around was the worst. They were under renovations, so you had a mess from one end to the other. There were workers all over the place, you did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool because you had these men staring at you. They ( […] the workers) parked in all the guest parking in front of the hotel. You would have to park around the side, where there was NO lights for security. The continental breakfast was horrible. They rest/bar was not open for business. There was only 1 attendant at the front desk that would even acknowledge that you were walking through the lobby, everyone else would just look at you and not say a word. As far as the room It was keep clean for the most part. The 3rd day in the remote for the TV was missing so to watch TV you had to get up and change the channels manually. We told the attendant at the front desk and nothing ever came about it and we never got a remote for the rest of our stay. The beds were OLD the impressions were so deep it was hard to roll out of them. The last night we stayed they cleaned the room but never gave us cups or coffee, the towels had a mildew smells to them. The area that they hotel is in a would expect better service. The Hotel was in the midst of remodeling, but despite the work going on the accommodations were clean...the room included fridge and microwave...the breakfast was fresh and hot...included scrambled eggs, potatos and sausages...fresh fruit...All around a great deal and good place to stay

Dirty and dusty due to construction. STAY AWAY from the free breakfast. Yuck!!! Flies and gnats on everything! Price should've been cheaper because of renovations.

The hotel was under construction, I was not informed of that when I booked. This should be posted. There was construction dust everywhere, it smelled of paint and they were working in the room above mine. When we asked the man behind the desk to take our picture....he rolled his eyes and said he was busy and that we were NOT his only customers!!! Come […] on...talk about bad customer service! We were told it was a full buffet for breakfast. There were scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, bread, coffee and tea. That is not a full buffet. Sorry to say, This hotel is also affiliated with the Best Western. I was not informed of this at the time of booking. I have nothing agains Best Western, but if I wanted to stay at that hotel, I would have booked at that hotel. I do not recommend this hotel and we would not stay there again. Lisätietoja

I would never recommend this hotel until the renovations they are doing are complete. There were workers all over blocking the hallways and even our door. Our room was dirty and when we opened the closet there was mud from shoes in there. The whole hotel was a mess and our room smelled awful. Looked great from the outside but horrible inside. Decent place to stay. I had no issues. King size bed, fridge, microwave....U have to get ice from downstairs though. Neighborhood is good. They still need security to keep doors closed around hotel.

5 minutes from one of the nicest beaches on Florida's east coast (Jupiter Beach), with lots of beachside parking and parks. Tons of restaurants along PGA boulevard (excellent gourmet ones as well as family friendly less expensive). Right next to grocery store, drug store, shopping and wonderful Parisian coffee shop.

First impression was overwhelming smell of lysol and dampness. Thrift store furniture, half cleaned toilet, worn out bed sheets....never again.

We weren't sure what we were getting when we booked this last minute, but we were pleasantly surprised. The common areas of the hotel are under renovation, but the room itself was perfect. Decent breakfast (hint: add pancakes/waffles). We decided to add a 2nd night.

Staff was very accommodating; room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet location.

The room a/c was loud and dripping water on the carpet. The hotel is undergoing remodel it looks like. A large roach was in the room. So gross! Also skip the breakfast. Just go elsewhere. Not recommended.

The service provided by Debbie was great but honestly the maintenance is pretty bad, the breakfast Service is the worst we ever had, no service at all, the Pool is so dirty too, check out the pool walls and you never would get in, the hotel is nice but is lack of maintenance .

When my kids and i arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the manager and the other employees there and they were all very friendly. anytime we needed to know where something was or something to do they gave us great diredtions and ideas of fun things to do since it was our first vacation doen that way. the rooms were clean and the location was was […] close to alot of places including the beaches. next time i get a chance to go down that way again i will book a room at the windsor just becasue the people there were great and had great customer service Lisätietoja

Not a bad neighborhood Wonderful Staff They are soon to renovate so the beds will be replaced soon!
